Dear McDonald's, telling a customer you don't do pickles in the morning is bad for business. Do better!

Surprisingly open even after all this COVID nonsense. But I'm glad they are . - I got (2)Tripple cheeses late "last night , and my order was made and brought out to me pretty quickly ,but the drive through man did seem a little too impatient for my friends and I ,when deciding on what we wanted to eat lol. We were a little tippsy and indecisive so that probably didn't help but he hung in there . Other than that I was pleased with my home town McDonald's this weekend . read more

Service is slow and waited in the drive thru said hello twice. No response and won't even say just a moment or let ya know they will be with you. Plus the double quarter pounder are salty as h*** and that's all I could taste so couldn't finish my food off. Just asking for people to do there job instead if not letting us know what's going on. read more

the service is the worst service anyone could possibly give. I waited in the drive through for almost an hour and when I call the manager Michael Crowley answered the phone and I had asked if they were going to take care of their drive through and he said oh yeah sarcastically then hung up on me. so I just go to the window where he refuses me service but there was another gentleman working and he gave me 5 star service like he always does. Brian Kuhn is by far the best employee at McDonald's on Detroit Street and he should be made manager not this Michael Crowley guy. He's terrible and does not have people skills. read more

This place needs a 0 start review i got my food and it was very cold also my ice cream cone was so tiny it wasn't worth the money a fair price for the cone would be 45 cents i said something to the worker snd the worker said thats the way we "serve our damn cones" the manager didn't do anything the manager that was there bout 2pm must be a regular drug user and drunk read more

Service at this McDonald's is absolutely terribly slow! It would be faster to drive across town to one of the other two McDonald's than to wait in the awfully slow line at this one! I just spent 15 minutes waiting and I didn't even get to the point where I can pay yet. I left because there is no sense and rewarding this awful restaurant with my business. I would give it zero stars if that were an option! Update 5/26/2018: I still visited this McDonald's on occasion because if it's convenient location. It is obvious that this McDonald's has had a change in management. Service has greatly improved, and the wait times are not nearly as long. My food orders have been accurate. As a result, my previous one star rating will be upgraded to three stars. read more

Waited 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries before asking if my order was ready. It was sitting there getting cold. Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't asked? No apologies, so is that just the way they do business, the norm? read more

This is a sad excuse for a business, every time I come late at night after a long shift I get told to either leave the lobby cause it's closed, or I get ignored in the drive through, which has happened multiple times as well as being told the systems have gone down which is crystal clearly not true either. Every time I am there during the day time hours the food is decent, but some people have been wonderful and others absolutely hateful, there's one girl here whom I've seen a few times who works her butt off, but I also know others here who I used to work with who came drunk all the time and had gotten fired due to sexual harassment. This is the team they hire? People who ruin sales for the business, and drive away customers? This is horrible management as well, upper management? What are you doing? Because this is not how you manage a business, I would even barely call it a restaurant. Hire more people like the girl who works hard. Not people who will tell people whatever so they leave instead.​ read more

I loved waiting 25 minutes to order just to find out they didn't have lunch ready like they're supposed to. I loved even more that they couldn't serve half of the breakfast items either. Really made my day. read more

I live just around the corner from this location. This is by far the worst McDonald's around. It used to be good, or should I say at least consistent with the quality of other McDonald's. Every time we order there is some kind of issue. Either the food is cold, or burnt, or items are missing. The final straw for our familu was when my son ordered a regular big mac.. Should be super easy, how can u mess that up? Right?! We got home and opened the Big Mac box and everything was separate. The burger and bun were together. But someone took the lettuce,onion and pickle and just threw it in the top of the box, and then added the sauce! WTF! We opened the box and all that was piled on top of the top bun. I called to let them know and nobody seemed concerned or surprised. Didn't even offer a refund or anything! read more

This used to be a decent place. Been going here since I was a kid. However in recent years this place has gone downhill drastically in the service dept., despite the nice makeover. I rarely go here because they either mess up my order, I have to wait 10-15 minutes to get my food, or something mechanical in nature has brought them to a dead stop. Overall a very unorganized, & chaotic environment. Go out of your way a bit to the McDonalds across town on Commerce Dr. for a much better experience. Update**7/5/17 Avoid this place at all costs. Waited in line for 25 minutes for a 10 piece nugget meal. Was trapped in the bottleneck in line so i could not leave. Watched people honking horns, yelling at workers that it got so bad. I finally got to the window and asked what the reason is I just waited 25 minutes for nuggets? Just a blank stare and I dont know was all I got. I told manager that this was unnaceptable and left without food. If they spent half as much time vetting their employees as they do on the outside and landscaping maybe this place would be like it used to be when I was a kid. GOOD! read more

Came in at 12:20pm for one ice cream cone. Found out the Ice cream machine was broken after we waited in line for 10 minutes. There was one person working one cash register at a prime lunch hour. We only got fries, 10 minutes later. There were several flies everywhere. Several people came in just for ice cream, only to find out it wasn't working after they got to the front. The lady behind me told me it was pretty common. We sat down 20 minutes later. Where I am from, McDonald's the fastest, most consistent place around. They have one job- make it fast and consistent (even if it's not the best). Will not be back. read more

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Their fries taste like they haven't change the oil in months. My fiancé stopped on his way home and got a "fresh" quarter pounder. He took a bite and it was raw. I went back to get a refund and they only refunded us for his sandwich. How could they except us to eat the rest of our food when the first one was under cooked. I understand it's fast food but come on, it's just a burger! Have some kind of standards. read more

Though this location is "24 hours", it's not always open. On top of that, wait times are long-- expect the drive thru to take 20-30 minutes. Still, if they're open and I'm not in a hurry, sometimes I'll stop. That ends today. While paying for my order I saw an employee with her shoe and sock off touching her foot and shaking her sock out as if to air it out. IN THE RESTAURANT. Then my sausage (ordered hot cakes & sausage) was completely burnt. Like, black on the edges, inedible. I've never had this kind of experience at any other McDonald's, only this one. read more

Only gave 1 star since you can't give 0! This place needs shut down! Busy mornings and there's more employees outside smoking instead of helping customers! Good luck getting your order right! I give this McDonald's 3 stars and I am only giving the 3 stars to the 3 staff members who are the only ones who smile here. Other then that this Mcdonald's I usually try to avoid anymore due to them always getting our order wrong everytime I do have to stop at this one. Been to all 3 stores in Warsaw Indiana on 4 different occasions. All 3 keep serving raw burgers, especially the 1/4 pounder. Never got a raw burger until they switched to the new method of cooking when you order. I'm done, won't go back again. If you value you kids lives stay away. Someone is going to get sick or worse. read more

This place is terrible -- Such an insane contrast between this location and the other McDonalds across town. The other location is clean, the staff is friendly, and food is prepped quickly. It looks like they barely sweep the foor once a day at this location. Unfriendly staff (from the manager on down), and grime and trash everywhere. I live about a minute from this location, and will drive to the other side of town to hit up the other McD just to avoid this one. read more

I am disappointed in this establishment. The drive through line was very long. The tables and floor were filthy. As soon as we came in the door, a rude employee made snide comments about us. Mostly the other employees were very helpful and nice. We will definitely avoid this business for some time. read more

We went last Friday night. No one was answering either speaker. Everyone in front of us was pulling out of line and leaving. We pulled out of line and I went inside only to hear the manager complaining about 4 people not showing up for work! A person in line tried to go behind counter because she had worked there before. She was yelled at. She shouldn't be back there, but yelled at! I left. We then went to the one out by Walmart. The drive through took longer than it should. We were stopped at the window watching the woman make ice cream cones and making the swirl on top with her finger and then licking it then making another cone doing the same thing! Then we were told that they were out of the dressing that the girl on the speaker said was an option. We had a medium order of French fries. They were cold tough and little short pieces- like the last ones before putting in fresh ones. I don't think I'll be back at any of the three McDonald's in Warsaw anytime in the foreseeable future! read more
