Fries are always either colder and way over cooked. Or hot and way undercooked. Whether there are 2 or 10 customers waiting, the orders take forever to get. The staff is always rude and short to customers in drive thru.... Burgers are hit and miss. Cold and stale. Or fresh and hot. But you never know what you'll get. Pretty sad. read more

I know, it's super weird to review a McDonald's, however you should have seen the old McDonald's in this town! (Now bulldozed to a bare slab along with my previous Yelp review). In a town of very few restaurants, McDonalds is important and a really big deal. This location has a long list of regulars who hold court daily. It is the new "town square" where everyone gathers and I enjoy recognizing my neighbors in this small community. This location also hosts a 2 lane drive thru. Be warned at times one of the lanes is somehow forgotten and queues up for awhile. Service is friendly but just as spotty as the old location despite the shiny new building and computerized order system (eg order just a coffee or soft drink and you'll wait an annoyingly long time for another team member to hand you a cup instead of the cashier). They're the only game in town so you just grin and bare it! It is much cleaner/nicer than the old place, up to the McDonald empire standard, with the exception of the flies that somehow manage to stick around even thru the winter months! read more

The quarter pounder was freakin raw. The middle was pink like it was not even cooked except the outside. Also the staff was not helpful. It took forever and we got no straws. Also employees are slow. The fries were also very raw and was like eating potato that was uncool. read more

Normal fast food. Management is good. Very slow backed up drive through especially early mornings.

I have given this location many different times to show off any talent they might have had however I've never been shown anything but crap. They undercook the burgers. The fries are cold, always! && they are incredibly slow. I was the only car there one and ordered two med. fries and two ice cream cones and it took them 38 minutes. & the fries still came out cold and stale. Maybe hire less kids and more mature adults. The food taste like it has been sitting out for hours. Not fresh!!! Go to pochahontas or paragould for food.

Clean and good updated setup. Enjoyed coffee there 4 days in a row. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.

I wish zero stars was an option. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Someone needs to do something to change the culture here. Service is always atrocious (with one exception, the lady who works the rear drive-through window. She is the most friendly person I've ever had take my order.) I've been asked to pull into a parking spot and wait after ordering a tea. You have to check your order before pulling away. It's wrong around 60% of the time. Don't waste your time here. Ordered a simple order (bacon McGriddle no cheese). They put cheese on it of course. Then when we drove back we weren't given an apology but made to open the sandwich to prove there was cheese on it. THEN THEY TOOK THE SANDWICH BACK! Like they plan on serving it again. You can't hand them an empty McDonald cup to throw away "because they aren't allowed to accept anything through the window". The sandwich I could have given to my dog since no discounts or apology were offered. Worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Avoid if you can, check your food for sure. Plus the burgers aren't fit to eat during the day. The sausage biscuits are microwaved in the middle of the night. I even called and gave them a chance to make things right before I reviewed them here. I told them I was going to put it on yelp. They could care less. I hope the owners of the franchise know what kind of service their location in Walnut Ridge is putting out. read more
