The kid acknowledged I had waited for an hour, and still said nothing. Worst fast food experience ever. I wish I could give this McDonald's 0 stars. Paid $24 for food in the drive-thru, had to pull into a parking spot to wait. After a 15 minute wait, walked in, and they had forgotten my order. Finally got my food, got to the car and checked my order, only to find that it was wrong. This happened TWICE! Finally left without my shake, because by now all of the food was cold! I'm going to start with saying I don't know if this is UberEATS fault or McDonald's fault. I don't write reviews typically but my experience tonight was incredibly unfortunate. I ordered food through UberEATS at 1:27am as shown in photo below. Not only did my food arrive over an hour later at 2:30am, but it was all cold. I'm not a very picky person but my burgers were not warm whatsoever. My milkshake was half melted. I had no idea it took over an hour to make some McNuggets, 2 cheese burgers, a milkshake, and a sweetened ice tea. When you order two regular fries is it too much to ask that you don't have to go back into the store and ask for them with their being missing from your bag (getting a shrug from the guy behind the counter)? Updated to add: I did receive a phone call from the store manager, who was "reviewing the tapes" to see who's hair it was... (Quick idea- someone with long red hair who was working that morning might give you a starting point.) Though friendly, one thing stuck with me... He stated repeatedly that if I have a problem in the future, don't email corporate, but call him instead. To me, this seemed like he might have gotten a reprimand from the higher ups, and wanted to avoid that in the future. Not sure if that was the motive, but it sure felt like it. It's not hard I'm just starting by saying that. I ordered a strawberry milkshake they accidentally put the chocolate sauce in the bottom I assume think they were going to make a chocolate shake and instead of just throwing away the cup they just left the chocolate sauce in the bottom of my cup and put in the strawberry milkshake. Wouldn't have been a big issue if I wasn't allergic to chocolate and I couldn't go inside and get a new one either and their was a big big line so I wasn't going to go back so, I had to give it to my friend. Stopped here one night on the way back from a trip from out of town and used the drive-thru. It appeared to be just a regular chain. This McDonald's is much quieter than the other McDonald's that I have been to. Expect short lines and fast service. The restaurant is clean and quiet. The only problem is, the store is so slow that employees forget to refill the paper towel dispensers. Other than that, it meets McDonald's standards. read more

First off there were some people already hating their service. When we got to them, they gave us the wrong order. We knew because we checked and saw fries and Big Macs we gave them back and the lady working with the worker named Clark took them out and got another bag to put them in. Need I remind we opened and touched the food to check it was our order. We told them specifically to make a new order for the people they mistook us for, so it will be perfect acquirements for the COVID-19 expectations. When we called for the manager we noticed that the manager was trying trying to defend the worker by saying the trash is there when we saw her get another bag. I recommend that you talk to HR for the exposures to COVID-19 that happened here. We are not mad just want to do whats right for the precautions we need to take. read more

This was not a good experience. I brought both of my kids through the drive-through, and ordered two Happy Meals and a large fry. I took a picture of my large fry because it was only half-full. I also took a picture of my son's kid's meal, because there were only 8 french fries in his little box, one of which had a black blemish on the tip. Customer service was also poor. This place sucks. I know that's not the most mature way to start a review, but it's just so true. There's an employee, Kris, who is just plain rude and obnoxious. My first experience with him was him shoving a bag of food thru the window out to me. I already had my food, he was trying to give me someone else's food. I told let him know I already gotten my sandwich and he rudely said "well then what are you doing?" Seriously? Sigh. I was waiting on my Coke. I told him that and he just said "oh" and walked away. 9 times out of 10, like today, I have to wait and wait and wait at the order screen for about 30 seconds before I say hello. I counted today and got to 30 before I said hello and guess who it was. Kris. So I asked why I always have to say hello before someone acknowledges I'm wanting to order. He said something about only hearing a ding in his ear? Another time I got to the window to pay and the cashier was crying because she had been being bullied by the managers. Well first off I'm bummed to give a two star review which is only because it's a locally owned franchise but it absolutely deserves a one star. One of the little joys in life when I was younger was to get a "treat" and go to McDonalds as a kid and get a toy from what was ever popular at the time. I wanted to share the same experience with my kids. Unfortunately the first time both of my boys got girl toys, 4 days ago one got a girl toy and the other got a boy toy and one was missing apple slices, and today I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and I got pickles on my burger with was haggard over cooked fries. I get it.... it's fast food. You can't expect much but my thing is it is all repetitive so I'm not sure why so many mistakes happen. 3 orders with a total of 5 mistakes. That is absolutely crazy. It has a sign posted "call owner if any problems". I like that but does anyone sincerely think the owner wants to deal with wrong toys for my kids and a pickle? I also go there because it fast food and I don't have time to go in and explain myself to a defensive McDonald's manager. My buddy who lives by this Mc Donald's says it's notorious for making mistakes. listen i know it's mcdonalds so usually i don't care but as a customer service employee, i'm always kind to other customer service people. i don't know why the people here are so mean back. i don't usually get mcdonalds a lot but i get off late and they're open 24 hrs i'm pretty sure. anyway, the employee that had been handing out my food the last couple of times i went there was super rude to me and also my nuggets were rock solid, like probably over an hour old. i didn't notice until i got home and i hate taking things back so i just threw them out. i found a couple hairs in my fries as well? again, i usually don't care about small mistakes but please be nice for christ sakes and also don't hand out food that you wouldn't eat yourself. read more

If I could choose "no stars" I would. This has to be the WORST location I have ever been to. Whether I order from them through a delivery app like UberEats or go through the drive thru myself...they NEVER give me my whole meal and don't ever listen to instructions like "ketchup only" or "no onions". I have never written a yelp review but after the treatment received, I created a yelp account just to write this review. We frequent this location, probably more than anyone should eat fast food and have never had much problem. We had dealings with the manager recently and were treated with rudeness and disrespect. If someone is going to be placed in a position of authority and where public relations is involved they should have a shred of decency and kindness. They're remodeling this location and now you can't use then drive through from the 129th St entrance. Terrible design given how small the parking lot is. Now all the drive through traffic will back up in main parking lot. If it gets busy you could be trapped if you park and walk in. read more

Jan and all the staff here are so friendly! The store had a recent remodel and things are clean and new. Drive thru is super quick.
