I was gonna go to the drive through, but also didn't want to be that person holding up the line because she had no idea what to get. There was no one else in there as everyone was driving through. I was told, they'd be right there as they were taking & making drive through orders. I didn't wait too long before being helped. Ordered my iced matcha & it was ready real quick. I forgot to ask for oat milk, which I usually like with it, but regardless it was good. Will have to stop by to try something else as there are other non coffee drinks.

Had to drop off some family at the Portland airport so naturally we stopped in Vancouver to hangout…read morea bit before, my sister in law loves coffee and found this place online and noted they had a lot of speciality drinks so we had to give it a try! We didn't expect a small drive up coffee hut but we are still glad we tried it! My father in law got a white coffee speciality drink and my sis the same but with regular coffee, and I got a matcha! They were all so flavorful and yummy! But what really stood out was the service, she was so kind answering questions giving recs and offering chocolate espresso beans on our coffees. Such a sweetheart! We'd go back again :)

Unfortunately, our matchas were terrible and the service wasn't great…read more We're from north of Seattle, where the coffee shop scene is incredible, so I've always assumed that quality was just a Western Washington thing. I was hoping Vancouver would be in the same category, but unfortunately, this experience was a major letdown. The woman who greeted us was very friendly, and I genuinely appreciated that. However, despite taking our order on a device, she asked us multiple times to confirm our drink sizes, whether they were hot or cold, etc. Then, a second employee came out and asked us if we wanted straws... something we had literally been asked about maybe two minutes earlier. Normally, I'm extremely understanding when a business is busy and orders get mixed up. But we were the only car there. There was no one in front of us or behind us, so I'm not really sure how our order was still getting confused after being confirmed so many times and entered into a device. And somehow, the drink sizes were STILL wrong. The matcha was the biggest disappointment. I could immediately tell by the color that something was off. It was this cloudy, grayish-turquoise color, and unfortunately, it tasted about as bad as it looked. The breakfast sandwich was also disappointing because it was essentially a Jimmy Dean sandwich. I hate giving a local business one star because I know how much that can hurt, and I really wanted to like this place. But between the repeated confusion over a very simple order, the incorrect drink sizes, the poor matcha, and the disappointing breakfast sandwich, I just can't justify giving more.

I can give you my take on the coffee, but if you're like me, coffee is coffee!! So you'll have to check this place out for yourself to determine whether or not this place is your cup of tea or not!! What compelled me to write this review was the very welcoming and pleasant demeanor of the two young ladies working here this morning. While busy working hard turning out the drink orders, one of the baristas totally engaged us in conversation. She was attentive, to us and just overall very pleasant in her demeanor. I'm an old school kinda guy so I appreciate the feeling of the good ole days when life was slower and people still cared about each other enough to initiate and carry on a conversation. It's a little thing by today's standards but boy does it impact your day in such a positive way. As if our experience in and of itself wasn't already pleasant enough, a customer ahead of us paid for our coffee order this morning. Some days God's goodness just overfills our cups. Today has the beginnings of being one of those days. Thank you to the two ladies working this morning (8-24-26) and to whoever was nice enough to pay for our coffee order this morning!! We will do our part to pay it forward!! Our stay in the state of Washington has started off beautifully!! Thank you for being so welcoming!! We'll see you again before we leave back home.

Eventually it's own building popped up & kept checking google for when it would be open. Finally, the day came & I was so excited as it's very close to me. Stopped in on opening day, luckily the drive thru line wasn't long. I have never been to any of their locations before & later learned they have an app, which would've made my ordering easier. The menu on the drive thru doesn't show everything, like for smoothies, it just says "smoothies", but doesn't tell you what kind. So I had to ask, to which the lovely person at the window was happy to answer. I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk for myself as I wanted to compare to a certain other mainstream place & a strawberry banana smoothie for the bf. The lined moved very quickly & the girls at the window were also very friendly. They recommended I get the app as there's perks & I can pay easily pay through there. Took the drinks home & they were both really good. Boyfriend enjoyed his smoothie & I tasted it as well. You could taste the fruits in there & it was really refreshing. I loved my matcha, depending on the place its either sweetened or unsweetened. This one was sweetened, but not overly sweet. Yum, can't wait to go back & I'll have the app next time.

The woman who took my order was wonderful -- she offered great suggestions and took the time to explain the seasonal drinks, which was helpful since I don't visit coffee shops often. That part of the experience was genuinely positive. That said, the overall atmosphere made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I later learned the locations are franchised, and I believe the owners may have been present during my visit. Unfortunately, there was very little warmth or friendliness from them. There were no smiles or welcoming gestures, and at times I felt stared at, which made the experience feel awkward and uninviting. I tried to brush it off, took a few photos, and carried on, but the lack of friendliness continued, which left me feeling uneasy. I always try to support local businesses and give thoughtful reviews, so I wanted to share this in the hopes that it's taken as constructive feedback. The drinks and front-line service were great -- I just hope the overall environment can become a bit more welcoming in the future.
