Tim was not on duty as his shift was already completed. The two tuna subs my friend purchased were horrible. The asiago rolls were mushy and obviously under done. The tuna was watery and bland. We tried to use forks and even that was a mess. we tried to call the shop and the guy on duty would answer and the minute we tried to speak it just kept saying "leave a message for somebody else, leave a message for somebody else.... over and over. Tim would be mortified to know the two staff members were putting out these messes. very disappointed here. Mary Hall Diane Tiernan

Was surprised when the salad came out and it was in its own dish not on the side of the plate. There was a charge of $3 dollars for the salad on the bill I questioned the server and he said there is a fee for substitutions it is stated in the menu. My menu was closed when I placed the order. You don't come here for the service lol The food was okay. I don't get the praise. Sour dough was decent and pancakes were good. The issue is the cleanlyness of the establishment. The water bottles they have had black mold on the inside so be careful. We ended up buying bottled drinks instead. Took a chance with the coffee and it was decent. My biggest concern is if this is dirty what else is we can't see. Sadly I'd probably just go to McDonald's up the road or pay for hotel food across the street

Service was the only thing that was lacking here, and it was not for lack of trying on the part of the wait staff or rather the one waiter who singlehandedly was working about 15-20 tables at the same time as he was the only person assigned to the restaurant. Needless to say it took forever to get seated and our water glasses ran empty.
