Slowest. Service. Ever. The app may tell you that your order is ready, but you arrive and they are clueless. The food is definitely your typical McDonald's food. Not near as good as it used to be. However, the breakfast sandwiches are still ok, as long as they aren't out of eggs. Worst place in Thomas County Georgia!!! Ordered two egg and sausage taco. That's not what I got. I got two hard as a rock finger long taco burrito with three pieces of eggs and four pieces of sausage that I can maybe see and it was too hard to bite into. Had a person asking me if this was my order look like he was a cleaner not a servant, no gloves, open up the bag open up a biscuit with his bare hands. Asked me if it was mine. I said no I have two tacos, wrapped it back up and put it in the bag and then his hands were touching everything on the counter and the trashcan. There are a lot of fast food, places and Thomas county. There are bad, but this has to be the worst. mind you I was thinking about going to Taco Bell instead there because it was closer and that was a big mistake again Taco Bell is not that great either!! if I could give it a -1 I would give it a -10!!! So here I am ordering some burgers and ice cream cone , and the cashier girl had the nerve to leave the far right register to go to the side door outside to take a puff of smoke from the cigar that the other co-worker is smoking in plain view from the customers' side of the register. The McD's on East Jackson in Thomasville seems chronically poorly run and staffed. They are always "out of" several to numerous items on their menu. Tremendously frustrating, to hear the drive through girl reel off a long list of "we don't haves"! The drive through is very slow. And their prices are through the roof. I am sorry to say that my overall experience at McDonald's was not good. They do not have enough employees. They got my order wrong three times. Also the third burger I got was undercooked. I took it home and cooked it some more. I loved going to McDonald's but I will never go there again. The service and food are terrible The wait time was at least 20 minutes and that was inside not the drive thru. One employee was doing the window and front counter. The card machine is ALWAYS down. Expect to use cash when visiting this location. My double quarter pounder was OVERCOOKED and my nuggets were UNDERCOOKED. Fries were undercooked and unsalted. My coke was FANTASTIC!!! My ketchup packs were nice and sealed. The BBQ sauce for my nuggets was just ok. Probably because I ordered Sweet and Sour and I just had a bad attitude by this point. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The food was fresh and hot. They even gave our daughter a happy meal box even though it was breakfast time. The bathrooms were really clean. Last week I stopped in to pick up my in-laws dinner. Well I decided that it would probably be quicker to order online and then go pickup curbside. When I arrived I pulled in and began to wait.. and wait... and wait. After an hour I tried to call them to see what was going on because inside was closed. They didn't answer so I decided to pull out and get in the drive thru line because it was actually moving. I get in line and it wait and then I see two employees get out of their cars and walk in. About 30 minutes later I got to the drive thru menu and told them that I had a mobile order and they said they had it and to pull up. I went and parked for 15 more minutes (it's now been 2hours of waiting for $40 of food). Angelica came out and apologized that she was in the restaurant by herself until two employees came in and that corporate required her to keep taking orders regardless of short staffing and that if they couldn't do that or closed early they would be fired. She was super kind and I feel very sorry for her and any other employee who may have had to work like that. They food was fresh and good once I got it, but I definitely think corporate has lost their minds. read more

After waiting almost 10 minutes in line to place an order, I was told by the cashier that she could not take anymore orders at that time and would have to wait until the kitchen staff caught up. This is consistently the worst McDonalds I've EVER visited. We go through the drive thru on a Sunday evening and order a McGriddle meal, an apple pie, and an ice cream. When the young lady hands us the drink, it's only two-thirds full. She says she can't fill it up because the machine did it. Needless to say, after a short discussion, she begrudgingly fills it to the top with orange drink running down the sides of the cup. We didn't get the apple pie we ordered. That's ok though, because checking the receipt, she didn't charge us for it. And, as normal, the ice cream machine was down.
