I have been going to this McDonald's for many years and for the last two years the customer service is horrible. They have gotten more orders wrong then right. You have to wait to order at the drive through and have to let them know you are there. This morning I went and ordered two sausage McGriddle's and when Igot home found they had not put the sausage in them and it was only the pancake roll in my bag I had to go back and get my order corrected. I also was suppose to get 1.90 change back and only got $1.50. I had to ask for my .40 that I was still owed. That happened at the first window and fortunately I noticed before I drove to the 2nd window. I don't know what happened to this McDonald's but it is the worst I have ever had to deal with in my long life. They are the closest to my home but I now think I am going to take the extra drive time and go to the McDonald's on Atlantic and University. I've been stopping at this location for breakfast on my way to work in the morning to have my morning Egg McMuffin for months now. For the most part it's been good but today as I pulled in at 7:15am I thought to myself.. Wow I'm the only car in the drive thru this morning.. This should be fast. For the second day in a row there is a sign over the box where you place your order that says"please pull up to the window to place your order". So I followed the instructions and did just that. I sat in front of the window and no one came to greet me or take my order. I honked the horn as several cars had pulled up behind me. Still no response. I pulled out of the drive thru and saw an employee outside and told him that no one was coming to the window. He shook his head and said "wow" and walked away. WHAT??? Are you serious? I guess I'll have to look for a new location to go to.. I need my egg McMuffin in the morning just to function.. read more

Some of the employees here are fabulous, but they shut down the coffee at 9pm latest EVERY NIGHT. Then they try to serve the expresso machine coffee as regular coffee, which comes out like water. I ask them every time if they have any brewed coffee left and they say yes, then I see them making it with the expresso machine and it's horrible. You'd think after 3 years of my coming for coffee every day that they would get the hint, "watered down expresso is not brewed coffee". Otherwise, the place is usually very good. read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. My order number was 190, but when they got to my number, they skipped it, and kept going through the orders. When they finally got me my food (when they were around order 197), it was absolutely demolished in grease to the point where its wrapper was a dark brown from grease alone. The fries were unsalted and the worker who served me was DEFINITELY high. A terrible experience that I will never forget. read more

I rarely go to this McDonald's solely for the fact that they're more expensive than the one on Atlantic and because their customer service is terrible. Today, however, I had to go to this one and while the customer service was great, the meal prep was horrible. I paid for a double cheeseburger, received a double-cheeseburger-wrapped cheeseburger, but it wasn't a double. Either someone thought they could get away with giving me less or they were careless and threw on two pieces of cheese but only one burger patty. Definitely going to stop coming to this McDonald's and drive the extra few miles to go to the one on Atlantic. read more

This McDonald's i am very impressed with the food is very fresh! They are very efficient and have your order ready in a very timely manner. I am extremely impressed with the staff!! I had left my wallet and the next day called this McDonald's and not only did the manager find it she put it in the safe over night and next day gave it back and nothing was missing at all none of the cash was touched!!!! I would give this location zero stars if possible. I have been three times and more than disappointed each time.. I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. All three times I went for an iced coffee with Carmel. Not a complicated order,right? The first two times I got caught in the drive through which took 15-20 minutes when there were only three cars in front of me. They have a drive thru you get trapped in (concrete on both sides) so at that point I was stuck. Today after having those experiences with the drive thru I decided I would run in since again I was only getting an iced coffee. It took me 20 minutes to get my coffee. 20 minutes! I don't know if they are understaffed or just poorly run and disorganized. Either way I will never go back to this location and I was sure to keep my receipt this time to call corporate. On a side not, clearly there fountain machines were down because they had canned soda and were pouring it into cups as if it was no different. This place must just really hate using salt, I've tried to get over the fact they NEVER salt there fries, but today I wanted to actually enjoy my fries, so I asked for extra salt today and these people actually had the nerve to fill the large fry only half way, and they still weren't salted. read more

I just waited 25 minutes in line to get a cold double cheeseburger at this McDonald's. I called the manager to complain and couldn't even communicate with him. Seems like he was overwhelmed and the only one working there besides the cashier. Absolutely no personality or communication skills and he is the store manager. Went here this morning through the drive thru and service was ok nothing special just like it always is as I go there almost every weekend on my way to work. I used a credit card to pay which is something I rarely do when I go there. However they didn't bother reading the back of the card which clearly says ask for I.D. and charged the card without asking me for I.D. Businesses really need to pay attention to the back of credit cards if it's a business that you don't swipe the card yourself. read more

This is the McDonald's closes to were I live so I have to go here when I want McDonald's. the people that work here are not very customer friendly I always have to ask them twice to put extra ketchup and sauce in the bag and when I do I always get attitude back, some how the ice cream machine is always broken every time one time I ordered a Sunday and they gave it to me with the lid open so it's spilled all over my car I was furious. This place charges extra for condiments.. There is no window or menu display that advises of this charge! I order two hot cakes meals and asked for (4) syrups they wanted to charge me .55 for the each additional syrups???? Who are the to make up charges or to dictate the syrup amount you can only have. This McDonald's is pretty crappy. The customer service barely exists. The wait time on ANY purchase is excessively long. I've been to this location multiple times due to the fact that it's located so close to my house. Although, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My husband and I waited about 15 minutes the last time we went there. Mind you, we only ordered two combo meals (a burger with fries & nuggets with fries). Apparently, the woman in front of us was waiting a long time too; when she finally got her fries she complained loudly and walked away. I think the service is so bad due to its location. It's located close to a high school, so during the week, a lot of the kids hang out there. Very slow service for a fast food restaurant no matter the time of day. Everyone there is very friendly so thats a plus! My cousin had some issues with ants in her drink and a cheese burger with no meat. I personally have never had those issues but figured it would be worth bringing up so that management knows for better training or to make sure the workers tripple check their work. read more

WORST MCDONALDS ON THE PLANET. I live right behind this place and come here often. They have NEVER gotten my order right, EVER. Terrible service, no one has a brain, and the store is always swarmed with thug teenagers from the school down the street. Today was the last straw. Went through the drive through with just enough time to make it to work, and they got the entire order wrong PLUS everything was thrown into the back ie. nuggets and mozz sticks at the bottom out of the box and the burger was completely unwrapped with the crumpled wrapper thrown in next to it. I ordered 2 apple pies and was told it would take 12 minutes - that was ok with me. 20 minutes later I had to ask for a refund since they forgot to put the pies in the oven so I would have to wait for them to get done. Updating this review.. because somehow this store HAS GOTTEN WORSE. Since my last review McDonald's has started using an app program for online orders. This location doesn't know how to use this app so every order I make I have to explain to the employee's how to receive my proper order. They continue to not stock a full menu.. the managers are far worse now somehow (my last visit the manager was screaming at her employee's in Spanish and didn't know what a McRib was)... and if you go there when the high school across the street lets out.. don't expect an order for 30-40 minutes. This location used to be a staple of this area.. it's not what I would call a sh*thole. Very sad. read more

I would give a zero if I could. This is the worst McDonalds the hash browns are always extra oily and have a fish sandwich taste. The fries are cold you have to request fresh. They get slow at times. I have waited over twenty minutes at times with only 5 cars ahead of me. The number they give you to call if there is a problem is an 800 number and no one ever picks up or calls so you have to call corporate. There is a female manager who always has her hair in a bun that always looks like she is miserable and she has an attitude. Order a breakfast sandwich that's on the menu as a combo ask for cheese on it as well they tell me sorry we can't make that a combo. I said forget it and drove up the road to the one on commercial before nob hill and ordered the same way and they made it. All you needed to do was to add cheese to the order for the .35 cents now you have lost another customer. I'm only putting one star because there is no zero, everytime we've gone to this one either the fries are missing or the Coke, today we ordered a #3 meal and a large Mocha Latte, got the burger and fries, no Coke, we asked where the coke was the kid looked at us like we had two heads, my husband said the burger tasted like the sole of a shoe! I can't believe what happened at this store. I ordered a chicken nugget meal at the drive through with a coke. The reply I get is, "Can't you read the sign!" with a lot of sass in her voice. I said no I don't see it. She said, " It's right in front of you!" again with a major attitude. She said, "we aint got no drinks". I said you don't have any drinks? She said, "can't you read the sign... it's right in front of your face!". I said,"no, it's dark outside, I can't see it there is no light". I pulled up and paid her, told her that I thought she was being rude and rolled her eyes and said "I don't care". I said that its sad that she works at McDonalds and that she can't even perform an entry level job properly". Yes, I was mad at this point. I asked for th manager, so she goes and talks to the manager (if it really was the manager). The manager came over to the window and I told her what happened and asked, "Do you let her talk to customers like that?".
