Ordered curbside and been waiting 20 minutes and still have no food. Locked lobby. Place is a joke.

When I come in the lobby is always dirty. When I ask if some can clean a table off they give me a dirty look. They don't put at the table makers and they say it doesn't work but it does or how do you find me every time. Lol they just rude all the time. I have on more then one occasion arguing in the back instead of doing their job.if they don't like it get a different job. After today I am not coming again. read more

I was getting off work, exhausted and so ready to eat, I figured I'd get some mc Donald's since I've been craving a mc griddle for the LONGESTT!! I go to the drive thru and as I'm placing my order I catch on to this lady's very nasty attitude....almost as if she didn't wanna be there... I had went up the drive thru, didn't even bother talking to her simply gave her my card and as I was taking off she turned to give me such a stank ass face, like if I had done something.... One thing I will say is, it's best to remain unemployed if you're gonna come to work with such a nasty attitude. I've worked in the food chain industry and I've always been taught that customer service is top tier, very disappointing!!! sadder part is she didn't even get my order correct and I was repeatedly asking her for a sausage mc griddle yet I get a bacon one‍. The service is terrible and the food is slowly getting better. my burgers are soaking wet with grease usually and lately they haven't been but the service is getting terrible! They are so disrespectful and rude for no reason. I had two mobile orders told them twice at the box and at the first window. Got to the second window the guy asked me, "Do you have the mobile order?" I said yes I have two. He goes "Okay do you have the mobile order?" I said again "Yes, the name's are ****" and he said okay handed me ONE and walked away and then he came back after a few minutes asked what was i waiting on i said "The second mobile order i told you had." Went to Mickey D's this morning. My husband put In a mobile order. I tell the lady on the speaker the code. She confirms, ok got it! My husband told me, just go to the 2nd window I don't need a receipt. The chick at the 2nd window proceeds to give us the wrong order, so I let her know it's not ours. She rudely asks what we ordered. My husband tells her. She asks if we stopped at the 1st window and he says no. She proceeds to yell at us that we HAVE to stop at the first window! I have work years in customer service, I understand bad days. However, you have to fake it! They don't always mess up and they aren't always rude, but starting our day like that wasn't ideal. read more

I know it's just McDonald's, but the one In Taft is always consistent . My food is always hot my coffee is always fresh and super hot like I love it, and I always get exceptional service with friendly smiling faces behind the counter. This location is always clean at least when I've been there. Make sure to try out the new chicken biscuit it's not to shabby. read more

Order a two breakfast platter and it had no pancakes in there and my son was really sad he didn't get any pancakes!!

The white male guy did not get our order correct. They forgot to give my large ice water. Manager was so rude. They charged a medium fries $3.42 which I feel is insane. Once again the Taft McDonald's does the usual and screws up my super simple order This place should have a 3rd window so you can exchange the wrong stuff that they gave you at the 2nd window. On November 12, 2013, I decided to order a 3 piece mighty wing, a double cheeseburger and a Southwest Chicken Wrap. Simple you say. Well you would be wrong. We paid at the first window and moved up to the 2nd window where we were handed our food. As we drove off we noticed the Double Cheeseburger was missing. So back in the drive thru we go. We wait a few minutes and bypass window #1 and head for #2. They quickly respond and hand us our missing item. All is well. ... Elk think again. As I get to work I open my chicken wrap only to find out that it is the wrong wrap. Now I know what you are thinking.... at least I got a wrap right? Nope I was actually pretty frustrated knowing that I work everyday for my money and to have it wasted because people just don't care enough to check the order not 2 or 3 times but just check my order once. That's all it really takes. I know this is McDonald's and my expectations are probably way to high considering my past experiences at this exact location. With that being said I still expect or at least hope to at least get most of what I order. It's so frustrating because Taft is a small town and there are not a lot of options. I feel they know this so quality control is of no concern. I will say they ate consistent because they consistently mess up my order. Thank you again for wasting my money. read more

Taft McDonald's wow what to say. Why is this the only mc Donald's with dry hamburger breads I never had them like this. Breads are not fresh they are dry as hell. Severely understaffed. One person running the register during lunch rush with ~15 people in line. Of course, all the order kiosks aren't accepting cards, which is *the whole point of having them*. The staff that are there, are incompetent when it comes to handling long lines. This, In combination with the bad food as mentioned in my last review, puts this place on my blacklist. Well of course, this is McDonald's but... There have been multiple times when we were missing a part of our order - only in the drive-thru though! Double, double check your bag before leaving the drive-thru. Nice thing is the double order windows at the drive-thru. Restrooms and inside eating area are clean, service good and usually, inside orders are filled very quickly. read more

Who knows if a McDonald's every deserves a 5 star review, but I feel the need to balance out the other negative comments. We passed through Taft at lunch time while on a driving tour, and were looking for something quick and familiar. McDonald's it was. The orders were taken reasonably quickly and prepared reasonably quickly. The burgers and fries were so warm you know they had just been made. The dining room and restroom were both clean. This is actually one of the nicer and more efficient McDonalds I've been to recently. read more
