The Cheeseburgers and fries are my favorite, the drive thru was fast and got the order right.

4:50pm Bruh... I should've just ordered a small. This "large" fry box got more cardboard than fries. Inflation must've hit the fry scoop too 'cause they in here acting like potatoes on backorder. Like... who y'all rationing fries for? The next world war? I didn't come here for the vibes--I came for a full box of fries, and y'all gave me hope and air. Next time I'm bringing my own potatoes. Don't play with me like this again, McDonald's. 5:12pm Quick update: I'm sitting here minding my business and someone just said "they're low on fries." OH OKAY. So it wasn't personal... they just running a fry famine. Got it. Next time just tape a sign to the door: "Now serving disappointment in all sizes." read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Sylvania, Ohio

Worst McDonald's ever tbh please don't go here. They gave me crusty fries and then made me pay for a ranch and wouldn't give it to me

Ordered a large and small fry. Small had more fries than the large. This so not the first time this has happened at this location. It's against the law not to fill the container appropriately. read more

I ordered a meal and ate it at this McDonald's and was there a little over an hour. Then a employee came to me and said the general manager said that I could only be there 30 to 35 minutes and then i had to order something and that I had to order something else or I had to leave. McDonald's collects money for Ronald McDonald's house that's supposed to be for the poor and McDonald's is supposed help the poor. Yet I am the poor and I am homeless. I go to McDonald's once in awhile because it is my favorite restaurant and I go there to enjoy a meal and enjoy eating in the restaurant and to charge my phone a little because I do have any where else to charge my phone. I believe Ronald McDonald's house is a front to make people think that McDonald's cares about the poor. But I don't believe that McDonald's cares about the poor. And as long as somebody order and is not bothering any one they should be able to say there as long as they want. It should not matter if they are there 5 minutes or a hour or so. I buy food and drink every time I go there and I do not bother anyone. McDonald's is supposed to be a family friendly place. But on more than one occasion I've heard employees in the back cussing and seen and heard employees in front cussing. I've heard them say the f word and the n word and a few other cuss words. I go to McDonald's to relax now to hear employees cussing and venting their personal problems so loud you can hear to across the whole restaurant. read more

Just went through the drive Thur. they were completely dead. One car ahead of me. I ordered a large fry large Coke with light ice. The coke is good but the fries are cold and hard. Waste of money read more

I ordered McDonald's from doordash and they forgot half of my food. I ordered a 20 piece nugget a happy meal and 2 medium fries and some sauce, they forgot both of my medium fry's and all my sauce. They forgot the drink for the happy meal too. Whatever you do DO NOT order McDonald's from DoorDash read more

if I could give no stars I would. I waited 20 minutes for breakfast in their line just for them to refuse to serve me breakfast.

Went the day before Mothers day to the mcdonalds on alexis road in Sylvania. I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. Went down the road opened the sandwich turned around fast and went back to the mcdonalds. Oh my Gosh you could have thrown the bun at a window and you could've broke the glass with the bun it was so hard. As far as extra tarter sauce no extra paid extra and sloppy as crap. I went back to the store told them I needed a manager was told no one was available. I said I want my money back. That took me 15 mins I asked to get my money back at least 5 times everyone just ignored me and after waiting and the inconvenient not even a sorry for the bad meal. What are we going to do Mcdonalds needs to take control of things or close these stores that constantly produce bad meals. My meal was 9 dollars not cheap and you could not even eat it. No quality control what so ever cold and hard and not even sorry for the quality of their meal. Unreal get a clue!! read more

Second worst McDonald's ever. I wish I could have read this review that I found hidden about this place. "This McDonalds has to be the worst for fast service. They have no concept of what fast food means. You could run to your local Meijers jump in the handicap power chair and drive to a Toledo Mcdonalds quicker than going thru the drive thru in Sylvania. I have more than twice reluctantly got into the drive thru lane to sit for more than 10 minutes. One time after I ordered the line did not move for 5 minutes so I left drove to Central Ave got breakfast picked up some lumber and on my way home saw the same cars in line.. Ok maybe not that bad but they only get a 1 rating because there isnt anything lower." The food was ok when they finally figured out our orders, but man were the workers confused. I also found that the bathrooms were absolutely horrendous. When I discreetly told the manager about the state of the bathrooms, she seemed irritated and said that they are "doing their best because they are short staffed". SO, if they weren't short staffed they would not do their best? Obviously the management is the problem here. I say go somewhere else, unless you don't mind waiting forever and don't need to use a restroom. read more

Was there at 4pm. Nobody in line and only 6 customers in the store. Tables not wiped, floors filthy. The lights over the tables had weeks of dust caked on. Full crew in the back doing ??? No excuse, these people are just lazy. I worked at McD 35 years ago over a Summer. This would NEVER been allowed to happen. Blame management more than crew for this. Undisciplined mgmt and employees. read more

Seriously, just go to Burger King. It's less than a 1/4 mile away. I refuse to come to this location any more. It just sucks because I live so close, but this location is consistently horrible. read more

There was hardly anyone in line but the food still took a while. The order was incorrect when we got it. The tables hadn't been wiped all day and the ketchup dispenser was empty. Not a great experience. They said they were short staffed but really they were inefficient. read more

Seriously, what is the deal with this place? We waited for 20 minutes to get 2 Diet Cokes. When we finally received our drinks, the young woman at the drive thru told us to have a great day. Unfortunately, we spent a good portion of our day waiting in their damn drive thru line, but we are going to try to make the best if what is left of it. read more

After regular visits for close to a year, and multiple additional chances, I'm done with this location. I've asked for my food to be cooked to order, and I get greasy overcooked fries and a stale, poorly constructed double cheese burger, both of which were obviously not made fresh. I'm utterly disappointed in the constant letdowns at this location. The manager Daniel has been condescending and unhelpful several times. I'll no longer give this location my business, and I highly recommend anyone who wants McDonald's to go to another location. read more

The worst place I've ever eaten. First we are ordering and they say "and what Bitch"... Then they give us cold food. I will never do business again with this company. I have a huge network and will post this review all over radio and TV!! This place is a joke and serves horrible cold food with terrible customer service read more

Would give it no stars if I could but I can't. My sister and I took our mother there for Mother's Day. They were having a special for Mother's Day. The signs in all the windows said that it was an all day special. "Free breakfast for mom. Valid all day..." When we orders, the employee knew nothing about it and asked the manager. His manager said "no, it was breakfast hours only". I went over to double check the sign and I confronted the manager. She said she was told it was the morning only. I asked her if she knew how to read. She said "yes". I told her that she needs to go over and read the sign (which she didn't) she replied "What I don't need right now is an attitude from you" then she turned around and walked away. Every time I go to this location, they always manage to screw up my order (even if it's SOO easy). For example, yesterday I ordered my mother a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato only. After waiting 10 minutes, I got the sandwich with tomato only. After trying to get the managers attention after 5 minutes (along with everyone else that was waiting for their food and/or drinks), i showed her my receipt that I was missing lettuce. Instead of giving me the lettuce in a box, she (the manager) took the sandwich, put lettuce on it and gave the SAME sandwich back to me (which I'm pretty sure is in violation of health codes). They also didn't have sweet and unsweetened tea out for the dinning room like they do on MOST occasions. That day there were about a half a dozen of other people waiting for their orders. They weren't even THAT busy they were just THAT understaffed. read more

Hm this restraint is average. Their fries are super good and so is the chicken but I don't think it's real meat. Sometimes their food hurts my tummy. They often mess up orders but that's okay bc I know some of the staff. Love me some Ronald McDonald read more
