I travel for work and eat fast food sometimes. So I visit McDonald's for the deals. I am an older white guy in sport coat eating in the dining room and a young man named JUNIOR came and asked if he could hang a promotional poster in the window next to my table. First of all YES, because it's work and I am not going to hinder someone's duties. BUT He was so polite, kind and well spoken it was actually kind of moving. My niece went to go get some medium fries And they gave her a almost empty box and old fries, and to top it off they gave her some wrinkle Napkins that were used. how disgusting, I called management and he did nothing. his name was anthony, also told him we had a video and he didn't care. this is just gross and needs to be reported to cooperate and health department, which I will do first thing tomorrow. Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff attempted to give me three different orders and none of the orders were mine. All I ordered was two vanilla cones which took 15 minutes. They have their drive thru set up like Dutch Bros and employees taking orders outside with a tablet but they are not able to keep track of what car ordered what. Not to mention they have two drive thru lines merging into one so be ready for a long wait time. I am surprised that my cones didn't melt. Oh yeah, they forgot to make them! And then tried to tell me that I didn't pay at the first window. Will never go to this location again. Hard pass for me! read more

If I could put no stars I would! They constantly are messing my order....not to mention a lot of the employees are so rude! Today I was in the drive thru and waited more than 7 minutes to get my order started..I arrive to the first window to pay and I wait another ten minutes with nobody in the window..so I go to the second window and I ask the manager since when do we pay at the second window...(note..a simple question) and she was extremely rude and it's not the first time she's like this. This must be the worst McDonalds in the world. The adult seating area is right next to the playland. No doors. Sitting in this place you can hear all of the shrieks and screams. LOUD. I like children, but I also like to have a little peace while I eat. This place makes me physically ill. This McDonalds does not enforce the law about children wearing socks in the playland so the children go to the rest room barefooted, then return to the playland where they climb all over everything with their feet and hands, and then go to the general eating area and climb all over the chairs and tables. My wife has a disabiliity so we have a Disabled Parking Permit, but this McDonalds makes me move our car from the Disabled Parking so the McDonalds truk can back in and unload. An idiot could have designed this better. read more

Passing thru town and stopped with the kids. This was a nice MCD's. Play area, friendly staff. The play area was busy on a sat evening, but nice and it was warm in there too. It was seperated from the other dining area. Looks like they may have remodeled recently. Almost didn't come here because of a bad review on here, but glad we did. read more

It's McDonalds what do you expect?! They take your order and mess it up, it's what they do. Was short ordered a kids meal although there were 2 kids and 2 milks yet was told only 1 order of kids meal. Food taste like McDonalds food should taste, this time I got a double quarter pounder with cheese and their new pico Guac. This is the slowest and most unapologetic McDonalds I've been too. The food is basically McDonalds. Yet their lack of speed, efficiency, and service isn't typical McDonald's. I've been here a couple of times before and I came again just to see if it's consistently poor throughout the day. And sadly too say it is. The other night I stopped through drive thru for a late dinner it was a quarter pounder meal and I was the only car in line and they made me pull to the drive thru wait spot for my meal and I waited 10 minutes? And when it comes there is no apology for taking so long. Today I'm going through the drive-thru and I'm waiting for a breakfast burrito meal? I'm sent to the drive thru wait area and I'm waiting another 10 minutes and when it comes there's no apology? And the burritos are cold! Then there was yesterday, I stopped in to use the Wifi And have a latte. There's people in line waiting then their put to the side and they have to wait for 10 minutes for their 2 meals? It just killed me to watch this Mother and young daughter have to wait. All I can say is go everywhere else than here. No matters if you love McDonalds, don't come here, you will experience disappointment. The owners need to train their managers about customer service and the managers need to teach the staff about customer service. Plain and simple. read more

Rudest most stubborn employees , first of all I only order two simple things and accidentally gave them the wrong card that was overdue and they said I was short I asked for the card again and she closed the window on my face "hold on" like excuse you have my card and then when she open it I told her if she could cancel that transaction and she said no ? No really I work at a fast food and it isn't that hard to cancel that transaction then she got her manager and said this was the first and last time he would cancel the transaction . Really ? "I ate it I'll rate it.", what's their to say it's McDonalds. They do not Run out of items like the KFC down the road. The Bacon Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap is good. The Nuggets are always hard and extremely over salted on the outside. They have great Wifi. Fast service and don't get your order wrong. Clean with new paved parking lot. Horrible service and food. Food was raw and felt like it was thrown in cold oil. French fries were cold and limp. The staff were all kids and rude, i felt like i was on some prank show or some twilight zone episode. Do not come after 3pm when they let the high schoolers start working. Rudest employees ever!! they should seriously think about firing that maria girl who always is at the window. First of all I ordered my food and she gave me attitude the whole time like if i was lucky she was even helping me. Then I go to window and she practically drops my drink out the window not even giving me enough time to grab it. Then doesn't ask but tells me to pull to the side then slams the window on me while i'm talking. After waiting 8 minutes for someone to come outside they mess up on the order and I have to go back through, that maria girl was at the window again and was giving me nothing but attitude, I then asked for some sauce and she slams the window and makes me wait 5 minutes while she stands there playing with the pop machine.
