I didn't peruse the menu, wish I had at least taken a pic so I could tell you what the basics are. As soon as I saw the Crazy Fries and Aranachi Balls, I knew I'd found nirvana. Two of us ordered up one of each to share. So the crazy fries are covered in chunks of pulled pork, cheese curds, a cheese sauce and their own BBQ sauce. Talk about a big plate of artery clogging goodness! And the Arancini balls, rice wrapped around cheese, breaded, deep fried and presented with a marinara sauce for dipping. Really, what's not to like about all that? All of that with with a bottle of water and can of pop came to just over $21. It is cash only so come prepared. Nestled into it's own cradle next to the Butcher Shop at the north end of Central Street. There are a few picnic tables nearby. They have a Facebook page where they post some daily or weekly specials. As with most food trucks they have only so many servings of items available a day, so if you see something you like, get there early. It's kind of a good thing I don't have access to a food truck everyday but wish I could get here more often.

That was my fish & chip special $9.99 The "two piece" ended up being 3 tiny pieces which only meant more thin surface area to turn rubbery and unchewable The chips were plentiful but not homemade, sone kinda frozen ones I think. The pulled pork was white and oven cooked, a big disappoint. I am all for the concept of food trucks, but only if the food is good. Will not return.

The bread is freshly baked, sliced and toasted and is a real plus. The bacon was also especially good. Eggs cooked just as requestd. Bottomless cup of coffee. Service was relaxed and pleasant. The cinnamon rolls looked divine but we didn't indulge. One downside when we were there. A family with several loud children came halfway through our meal. The children were alllowed to run around screaming, which was annoying. Not the fault of the rstaurant of course, but did detract from the quality of our experience. The Bedeque Museum is just next door and is worth a visit.

So refreshing to see a new unique/quality restaurant in Summerside, PEI. The dips the chef makes are amazing, so if you get a chance order your meal with a side of sweet potato fries and dip. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the chipotle lemon mayo! I got a chance to try the cedar planked herb & honey salmon filet and would highly recommend it - I didn't know salmon could taste this good! I ordered the brushetta steak sandwich with garlic & lemon mayo, and the steak was quite good. Definitely a "sit down for a while" place, probably not the best for younger children, although the staff is very friendly towards kids as well.

The decor was fine, the staff was OK... our server seemed to have a BIG chip on her shoulder but warmed up a bit by the end. Since we'd never eaten here before I asked the cashier if we ordered there or we'd get table service. The woman that was working seemed annoyed at my question and said she'd show us to a table. We ordered seafood chowder, fish & chips, and a lobster roll. When the server/cashier came around with glasses of water and utensils she still seemed a bit huffy. The seafood chowder was amazing! Most of the time chowder at restaurants are very watery and there's only small pieces of seafood floating around in the bowl. This chowder was very chunky and absolutely filled with huge pieces of seafood. This was my first lobster roll and I was not disappointed. It was so tasty, not too much mayo, large pieces of lobster all in a soft roll. The fish and chips wasn't spectacular like the other two dishes but good enough and the crinkle cut fries were perfect. Perhaps the server wasn't having a good day but eventually her mood lightened up just a bit. I'm not sure if having the manager was sitting at a table going through numbers/reports contributed to her improved service.
