Went through the drive thru and the drink they gave me was super dark. I guess they didn't add cream. I went inside and told the guy it didn't look or taste right. Big sigh, I'll make a new one. They literally have a sign claiming they are proud of the cleanliness. Their standard must be real low. Dirty tables. And whoever hired the girl to be a cashier was drunk. She doesn't know how to use her words. Did not acknowledge anyone, did not ask sizes for any meals, did not give us any options for the kids meals. Cleanliness zero stars: no toilet paper in the stall; Paper everywhere on the bathroom floor; woman employee went from sweeping the floor behind the counter, to picking out the bristles with her hands, to taking my money and then touching my coffee cup before I stopped her and asked for someone else to get it since she hadn't washed her hands. Timeliness: too long. We went off the board and then got brought back up onto the board. Denny's is faster and that's a sit down diner. Customer service: none really. As rest stops go, this one gets near top marks. Clean bathrooms, festive decor, and ample seating. You've even got a fireplace and a little retro faux sitting room. If you're road tripping it, you won't regret a stop here. read more

There's an employee that had erratic driving. Came within inches of hitting another car on the prior on-ramp to McDonald's heading westbound. No blinker or yield. The car in outside line had to swerve at 75-80 mph. Additionally, she flew through the parking lot to get to her parking spot nearly hitting a trucker crossing the road. The trucker was infuriated (rightfully so). She drove a black jeep (compass maybe). I never post but I am trying to provide for the safety of others and hope someone in management see's this (hoping she isn't). read more

The service is fast here and that earns most of the stars for this McD location. The food is standard fair for McDonalds and they have always been correct in filling our orders. The workers are hit or miss on attitude so I dont think that is a big push point for the managers here, although we have had some great service at times. The restaurant needs some more attention to cleaning and keeping supplies up. read more

This is a great spot to stop between OKC and Tulsa. They have typical mcdonalds fare but be prepared to pay a little more. Turnpike prices tend to run a tad more. There is almost always a line but there is also a lot of people to work here and they are usually friendly. There is also a lot of seating here which makes it nice. read more

It's a shame that McDonald's is the ONLY food option allowed on Oklahoma turnpikes! And their drink prices are twice the price than non-turnpike stores! With all of the news and studies linking Oklahoma obesity rates with fast food, this makes NO sense! Why allow them to monopolize the food offerings on turnpikes? And, since Oklahoma does not have rest stops on the turnpikes like the rest of the ENTIRE WORLD, McDonald's and the EZ-Go Convenience stores are your only option other than a ditch or tree. That being said, a ditch or tree would be a refreshing alternative to the restrooms provided by the aforementioned establishments. Be sure NOT to touch the walls if you have to enter the stalls. Made a Yelp account specifically to review this location, since I was not provided a receipt with which I could access the customer satisfaction survey. Very poor service; I ordered a single Frappé and returned to the counter after nearly 15 minutes of waiting, and my order was only made after I asked if it was. Also during my visit, their ice cream machine broke and their card reader as well. Several other people I spoke to experienced atrocious wait times, incorrect orders, and other such issues. It's possible they were just having a bad day, but this was a distinctly unenjoyable experience. The store was clean though, so I'm giving it two stars for that. read more

We waited for 30 minutes for us to get our food and the car in front of us just left before getting their order due to the wait and the confusion of messing up all of our orders.
