Rather than cut the baguette in half, they drill a hole in the middle, and then fill it with the sausage and toppings, which makes for a neat eating experience without condiments dripping out of the side of the bun. All of the ingredients seem to be high quality, and the chimichurri is an amazing compliment to the sausage. (I always get the sausage with everything, but the chimichurri stands out.) I've been to Günter's at least four times over multiple trips to Stockholm. I've liked everything I've eaten there, but I don't have a standard sausage I order. If you have a disabiity, it would be impossible to access this restaurant, but I would say this is true for most of Sweden. It's not a bad place inside the mall.
