I have been to Prime a couple of times and I always enjoy it! All burgers can be made vegetarian or with gluten free buns. Plus you have a great variety of toppings which allows you basically to make your own dream burger!! I give the 4 stars due to quality. Very cozy restaurant with great American/Stockholm vibe. I tried the California burger, which had a healthy dose of avocado, and oh man, it was the best burget I've eaten so far. The bun was soft and the meat was tender and juicy. The combo of avocado, cream cheese and pickled onions just bound it all beautifully together. I also tried their coleslaw, which was maybe to mayo-y for me, but good. The price was alright (around SEK 100 for a burger). If I ever happen to be in Stockholm, I'm definitely coming back to Prime Burger. read more

I've been here three times as a part of parties of 3-6. They always have room, but maybe we've just been lucky. The place looks okay with some bare brick walls, weird pictures from Africa and brown paper on the tables to soak up what you drop. Service is hit-or-miss: It's been okay and it's been horrible (they missed the order of one in the group entirely so she got her food when everyone else had already eaten, they burnt my bacon to black crisps, etc.) No compensation from their end except for an apology. The burgers are great - although they may not always be grilled as per your request. I want it pink and always say so - it hasn't always been pink. They have both regular ground beef burgers and with pulled pork. The bad think about the burgers is the presentation: They are served in little plastic mesh baskets, so it's impossible to cut it up and eat with fork and knife. I understand it's supposed to look like an American diner thingie, but to me it's just tacky and impractical. Fries are good but not great. Onion rings feel too pre-made in a factory and have a chewy texture. I've tried a vanilla milkshake and it's pretty great! read more

Another joint, another burger, another experience. This place can be pretty crowded, but when i went, the swedish summer had a regular appearance providing a heavy rainfall. We had a spot outside on their patio at first, but decided to go inside due to an overhanging risk to get very wet if stayed put. Went with their Original Prime with Cheese, Apple pie milkshake, Chili cheese fries and a second side of parmesan fries. And yes, thats probably 2 times the regular RDA(Recommended daily amount) of calories, but hey...sometimes(read usually) im just a regular guy with cravings as everybody else. I liked the bun and the burger itself was def. cooked to the right temperature. It was simple but combined in a nice way. I wouldnt push the burger for the top, but the Apple pie milshake i would. It was truly amazing, imagine having an apple pie with icecream in a glas infront of you...yeah thats pretty damn good! Regarding the sides, i would definitely go with the Chili cheese fries before the parmesan fries. The Chili cheese fries is another version of In N Out's animal styled fries, but with slow cooked Chili beef on top instead. To sum it up, this a great venue where the burger may not be in center focus. But their unique styled sides, drinks and excellent service will definitely add up to a great night! read more

Was there for lunch, had a double cheese and bacon burger, cheese fries and a strawberry shake. The bun is really nice, even tho mine was a tad bit burnt it was still very nice. Meat has a distrinct flavour, dont know if it was this time or if it is a general thing for prime burger. Also the bacon had a almost perfect smell, taste and texture for me. Burger patty was medium, however I dont understand why they use the prefabbed yellow cheese slices. Really takes the experience down for me. Cheese fries was a disapointment. And now to the star of the show: The strawberry shake (Also had a taste of the vanilla) - however it is worth a trip there, JUST FOR THE SHAKE! It is delicious - DELICIOUS! First with the things I found not that great. The tables outside were all round, that meant they took a lot of space and were in the way when trying to squeeze through. You got a small basket for the burger, too narrow to really use properly if you wanted to cut your burger (and believe me, you sometimes would since they are really big! Which, of course, is a good thing). And that point leads me to the next one: Unless you are crazy hungry you don't need the fries. They are not included in your meal, but cost 30SEK extra. That did surprise me. I find it pretty cheap not to include them in the meal, especially on a burger for 110+ SEK. That said, the burgers tasted great! They were big, they were juicy and the spicy one was actually spicy! I can recommend this place the waiting time is not very long and it was tasty, but don't expect an amazing food experience. Once you have tasted a good and proper burger in your life, you can't go back anymore. I ordered their original prime burger. It was just your basic burger with greens, tomatoes, onion, and medium rare meat. Nothing was special about this burger. The meat was boring. The dressing was bland. It was just slightly better than the burger from burger king. I didn't finish the whole burger, but since I was hungry, I just ate the rest of the meat. There was a big table on the back, closed to the bar, where it could accommodate around eight people. The veggieburger here is a joke. I've had it twice and each time everything just falls apart and you have pieces of burger and sauce everywhere. It's just a mess and served with dressings that I did not order. The taste is ok although nothing special. What's so hard about making a juicy soya burger ? I really don't get it! I quite liked this place!! I didn't have high expectations because of the yelp rating so chose to go here out of convenience of the location. I ordered the chili burger and the chili cheese fries. The burger was quite big but cooked medium which is my preference. The chili cheese fries were really good but I must warn you the chili is very spicy!!! I love spicy food and these fries had my eyes watering. It's a bit expensive but from what I gather this is typical in Stockholm. I'd recommend it to people who enjoy good burgers. Nice burger place, I really like the Zazi Burger. Usually a lot of people during lunch time, so it can be hard to get a table. They are a bit expensive for a lunch burger, but they are good. Prime burger are one of the better of the new fancy burger places that are popping up in Stockholm all over. While it's nice that Burgers are getting some love here in Sweden, I still think we are missing a really good greasy american burger place. read more
