Don't even think about croutons for your Salad. They offer saltine crackers as a substitute. No comparison, but a lot cheaper. My problem is I love sandwiches!!! A total overhaul of the establishment is needed to properly serve this community that is in need of another place for a good sub.

But if you keep walking, it opens up into another section with booths. It honestly looks like an employees-only area at first, so we weren't sure if we were supposed to go back there There's also a side entrance that leads directly into that dining area, which makes a lot more sense once you figure out the layout. The place looks a little worn down, but honestly, it adds to the charm and gives it that classic local spot feel. I ordered the burger, onion rings, and cheddar jalapeño poppers, and everything was really good. Bonus points for serving Pepsi products! Always a win for me! The guy working was also incredibly friendly and was somehow managing both cooking and serving. He immediately noticed how confused we looked walking in and kindly pointed us toward the seating area in the back. Great food and genuinely welcoming service. We were taking our granddaughter from out of state so we could all experience it for the first time together as she had this on her "must try" list. We got 2 box combo's. Chicken was super moist, fries on point and 2 of us liked the sauce. My fiancé does not do pepper well, so she had to eat the strips plain. They do not have seasoning on them at all, so she was a tad bummed. Really wish they would offer ranch at the least. Overall it was good for my granddaughter and myself as we enjoyed the sauce. 4 stars for food, but Sanara got the 5th star with her smile and attitude.

And here's why: Our cashier Jackson was SO cheerful and made the experience worth while. I don't think I've ever heard, "Unfortunately, we're all out of hot sauce" sound more appealing. The key here is he offered alternative options. BUT here is where they lost stars. They didn't give us nearly enough fire sauce for the # of items we had in our bag. Maybe they were running low on that too. On other point I wanted to make was they put the safety seal on it because...well...covid. But could you at least toss some napkins in the bag first before you seal it shut? I know what you're thinking..."it's just Taco Bell." One Taco Bell lover to another, it's never just Taco Bell. Therefore, a thorough review is a must. Needless to say, order was on point, our experience was great, and we weren't in the drive through line for longer than 5 minutes (unlike the Brighton location).
