Can you imagine being called a thief and being accused of not paying for your medium Fanta? The drive thru order consisted of one item. Medium Fanta. 1.59 ! Ok get to window asked the young person did you hear "yes" when you asked me to add the extra for the McDonald house? No ok round up hand over my card for the 2.00 medium drink. I get the receipt and let it float to the floor. Wait for the 4 cars in front of me . I'm met by another young person who is overwhelmed by the order of said soda she does not see it on the screen and then says "you ordered a root beer and coke ?" Nope a large or medium Fanta . Blank look while she is restocking the cups. Order taker and window one person says "she didn't pay for anything she's trying to..." I frantically search for receipt while logging into my card to PROVE i have not robbed the McDonald Stanwood store of $2. I kid you not I hand the receipt over and the young lady checks her phone to see the date and time of receipt she seems shocked and annoyed that not only do I have the receipt for them and I told her, but it's within the last two minutes which she checks her wristwatch. Every time we've come here there's an issue. The play place- my daughter wants us to sit in there, which is fine but when I see a bunch of grown men without kids eating g in there, that's disturbing. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Drove thru this morning on our way to a job, and they had us pull over and wait for 10+ mins. We asked for a big breakfast, a bacon egg cheese bagel and a side of sausage and eggs as well as a sprite. They brought the food without the drink first, then we saw the sides were missing. One of the cooks came out to fight with us that they put the "sides" inside the big breakfast - ok that's not a side and you order a side for it to be on the SIDE! Then as we drove away opened the bagel sandwhich and it was just egg and cheese with a disgusting yellow tartar sauce and everything was COLD. Waited 15+ minutes while our food just sat on their counter. Went outside to eat and opened up the nuggets only to find one four piece and a container of old tartar sauce. We have been to this McDonald's a few times because it's a McDonald's and kids like McDonald's for some reason. I think McDonald's has a reputation of messing up orders but this location has made a science of it- I am pretty sure they have left items out every time. This last time I got a quarter pounder and it was over seasoned to the point that it was inedible - and my order was missing fries. I am willing to deal with meh food from a McDonald's because we know what we are getting into when we go there. To top everything off we have had to call the manager twice because of employees doing unsanitary things, once because someone handled something on the floor with gloves on and then went back to handling food without changing them and once because the guy behind the counter dropped a stack of cups on the ground and then went ahead and popped them into the holder for service.
