When I called the store I got sent to voicemail twice, just trying to get a refund. When I called the number on the receipt that says call if you have issues, I got sent to voice mail immediately. This place was super gross. There was food all over the floor, flies for fornicating on food left on tables. The floor was horrendous. Did I mention the flies? The kids area was worse than the main dining area food everywhere. Not a single table top was clean. We took care of it ourselves with baby wipes. But ultimately we decided to leave because we were concerned about eating here because the flies landing on everything after landing on rotting food. This location is by far the worst McDonalds I've been to. Given this location multiple tries and it is just not it. I don't know if management is lazy or they are just can't even read but they seem to get our order wrong everytime. Usually they just mess up one thing and it's fine. Today we order four sandwiches for breakfast and two hashbrowns. We get our bag and I look and of course there isn't hashbrowns. I have to walk inside and get new ones. Then we drive home and the sandwiches are wrong. To be specific we got the biscuit sandwiches instead of McGriddles. I just don't understand how you can mess up a 6 item order and get the whole thing wrong. Like are they not reading the receipts or do they simple just don't care. Ordered from drive thru for a hot coffee, large iced coffee and sausage mcmuffin. When she handed us the drink she gave us two hot coffees. So, she had to get my iced coffee and when we drove off, there was no straw. No stir for the hot coffee. The iced coffee was weak tasting too! read more

I have to admit, I'm not "lovin' it.". We got shorted on our order and could not go inside to get the remaining items, so we entered the drive-thru line again only to wait behind a solid seven cars for about twenty-five minutes. Then, upon arriving at the window, the cashier--the same one that waited on us shortly before--attempted to charge me again for the items they neglected to put in our bag the first time. So now, as I sit here eating what was, originally, some nice, hot, tasty food, I can only reflect on how disappointing this was to me and my pregnant wife. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but the service we received and the wait time in line indicated that whoever was working was totally inept. I eat at the local McDonald's drive-thru on St George Blvd at least 3 mornings a week, often more. I never go inside. I also eat at the McDonald's on S. Bluff regularly. I'm sure this is a waste of time writing this review. But here goes. Both are terrible at getting the order correct. At the Blvd restaurant this morning I ordered a #2, Sausage & Egg McMuffin, with an extra hash brown. I instantly knew the order was wrong when she handed me the bag. Too light, missing a hash brown. The person suggested I didn't pay for the 2nd hash brown. I immediately showed my receipt, I paid for it. So she takes my bag drops another hash brown in it. I gently complained to the window person about regularly getting the wrong order and it fell on deaf ears. She didn't care. If she was doing any sort of good job she would confirm one last time at the window what order she is handing out. Back at my office I find a stinking McGriddle breakfast sandwich. Yuck! Wrong. Obviously she handed me the wrong bag. As noted, I eat there way too much. At least 30% of the time the order is wrong. Missing food or wrong order completely, as this time. If it happen to me that much it has to happening regularly to other guests. And it is no longer inexpensive. $6.90 for a sandwich and hash browns. I understand, high employee turnover, poorly trained. Employees who are desperate to have any job. An employer desperate to have any reasonable employee. I'm sure you hire the bright eyed, sunny smile kids then burn them up with too many rules and terrible schedules. The over 50 hires just plod along step by step to their graves. I promise you they are more worried about making a procedural mistake and showing up on time than they are about getting the order right. I see those white boards with notes written on them. Very frustrated with the service here. I purchased the local Dixie Direct card and it has a coupon in the front for a free breakfast sandwich. I went inside to avoid holding up the drive threw. The manager had to step in and then asked way to many questions and did not want to honor it. If a business does not want to give freebies out then why do they offer it. As far as local McD's go, this one is the one I frequent most. I'm a fan of McBreakfast food. This location has recently been renovated with the new McCafe theme. There is a TV and it shows the news all day. The TV sits in front of a high bar, and that is where I usually like to sit, eat my breakfast, drink my Coke, and watch the dancing man. If you are wondering, the dancing man is a guy who works for Baja Broadband that comes into this McD's every morning around the same time, usually 8 AM, and sets up his perputer in the back, eats his breakfast, and dances to music he loads on YouTube. He wears headphones, so you don't have to listen with him, but his smooth moves are a sight to behold. It is never a dull moment at this McD's. read more

I really hated how I had to wait on an order to be processed after 2 hrs. It's ridiculous to even think how the app still said McDonald's was open yet I went there to pick the item up for myself because dash could not find a dasher!! As I entered their drive I didn't see any crate on the floor indicating they were closed. Next thing I know I'm there saying hello twice to this lady asking if my order is there she said "we're closed" with such attitude. Seemed to me they just didn't want to take an order since they're are too lazy to even do their job and let customers know they are closed. I wish the managers or even bosses would care to changed their open-closed times on google, google maps, dash and other fast food apps. When I say I will never EVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS even if it was the LAST thing on earth I would rather hunt boars and deers than ever RETURNING to a crappy company like they. On a road trip from Montana to California I stopped in for coffee and a McMuffin and I was very surprised in what assholes the employees are. I am surprised because the place is located in St George Utah which is filled with super nice people. Maybe these rude asses were imported from California where being rude is normal. Apparently you can't get fresh food at McDonald's any longer. I ordered large fry made fresh and after about two min they showed up with my so called fresh fries which im were limp and barely warm. I told these idiots that I ordered fresh. The window boy took them and went to the back then came right back and said they said these were fresh. I said No! I want fresh ones. He left again only to return with the same fries. They must think I'm an idiot. I told him that I used to work for McDonald's and fries take at least 3-4 min to cook. He insisted they were fresh. I am a fan of McDonald's. Wherever I am in the world, on Saturday mornings, I find one and order my usual Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a large Diet Coke. I had a McDonalds closer to my hotel, but chose this one because it had the self-service ordering boards, which I was excited to try, it being that my local McDonalds does not have them yet. The process was easy to follow. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to pull up any money-saving offers on my phone app, perhaps this McDees doesn't participate. The board and keypad had a lot of fingerprints, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. I was surprised to see that the Shamrock shake was still in the system, I let my daughter order it anyway. The board instructed us to take a numbered pager and wait in the pickup area for our drink cups. The inside of the restaurant was not busy, I waited awhile for our cups, but was given a show by the on-duty manager who was mocking an employee who wanted to clock out early. The manager told her, "People are our business," or something like that, and told her just to go, while the employee, caught by surprise, by the vitriol and sarcasm, insisted she was sorry and could stay. Lucky me, I got to witness it all (sarcasm). The cups did come and at that point I was informed that the Shamrock shake was not available. We opted for strawberry. The food arrived, we were still minus two large cups, I ended up grabbing my own next to the cash register, sorry. The food was as expected, except the McMuffin was under-toasted. The drink station was filthy. I had seen an employee there refilling supplies a couple minutes before I arrived. I was surprised to see trash and ketchup everywhere. I also need to mention the homemade sign with petrified chicken nuggets glued to the poster board, boasting of fresh, simple ingredients is not only tacky, but conveys the opposite message. Overall, this McDonalds has the benefit of a great location and the latest in brand's technology and aesthetics, but it really lacks in utilization of the provided processes, customer service, and cleanliness.
