The fast in fast food certainly does not describe this location. Ordered on the app and went to pick up through the drive thru. Sat for 30 min and then when I got to the window, I sat again. I had some place to be and couldn't wait. I called into the window and nobody came. I had to leave but returned about 10 min later. Went inside and they all looked confused. Finally, after about a total of 50 min, I had my order. What was it you ask? Two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Only went because of my daughter. Won't go again. read more

if i could give no stars i would. today me & my husband got lunch here, while eating my large fry i find a pink ACRYLIC NAIL. i was disgusted! i call & a lady answered, i keep my cool bc i'm assuming it's not her nail. i explain the situation & she tells me they can "make it right" by giving my money back. we ask about gloves & she said "they only wear gloves when making sandwiches because since covid-19 is over that the only time it's required" i was appalled & angry. she did apologize but also blew me off in the same sentence acting like my meal was just wrong, like i got ketchup instead of mustard when in reality i wanted fries & got someone's fake nail. don't really need to add it but me & my family & friends won't be coming back here. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's, unfortunately it's the closest to my house and I have had to result to driving a further distance to avoid it. If your order is correct you better believe the food will be poorly made or has been sitting for hours. This place has horrible customer service as it is run my minors (presumably due to cheap labor costs). This place needs to be taken over by corporate restaffed and reopened. read more

This location is one of the worst in Spring Hill. They are constantly forgetting items in my order and messing things up. I have to check my bag every single time before I leave their store and their staff on the weekends are a bunch of teenage kids who are incompetent. The service is bad. After having to repeat our order three times, it was still wrong when we pulled around to pay. Then, after paying and pulling to the pickup window they handed us the wrong food so we handed it back. Not a quick or pleasant experience. We then were asked to pull up again as clearly there was confusion on their end. Finally received our food but then they forgot our drinks so we just left. Frankly, it seemed as though management scheduled all of there teenagers at once. I also heard that they generally stop having breakfast prepared at about 11:00. I ordered 3 McGriddles for my family at 1:00 and it took about 10 minutes. We weren't even in a line. This happened at 1:00 on a Sunday. read more

When it first opened, the quality and service was great. Over the past year there hasn't been one time that my order wasn't screwed up in some way. I wish I was exaggerating. They just don't care about what they're doing. I've had big Macs with no lettuce or just a tiny bit of lettuce a dab of big Mac sauce. I've had items with wilted and brown lettuce. I've ordered without lettuce and gotten what seems like twice as much lettuce as there should have been. Tonight I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder. My sandwich was soggy with ketchup, mustard, and mayo. The pathetic piece of lettuce was brown, no tomato, no onions, just a disgusting mess. I'm done with this McDonald's. read more
