The morning staff is horrible.. they messed up my order twice.. I wouldn't recommend this one at all

By far the worse experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. I ordered my food at 11:54 at the kiosk and it wasn't till 20 mins after I saw people who ordered after me to get their food when I went up to ask about mine. After then I was asked for my receipt did it take another 10 minutes or so to finally get my order at 12:28 which was ridiculous for one burger and fries. Personally I've been to ALOT of different McDonald's but overall this is the worst take SO long to bring out food if they tell you to park so if they do tell you to park just forget after 5 min just go back in line and ask for refund and if they do bring it out they ALWAYS forget where they asked u to park cause they take SO LONG personally don't recommend! read more

Like most people I've been trying to wean myself from McDonald's for decades, but by some cosmic like interaction they keep reinventing themselves and we continue to participate. I feel like I'm close to completing the final steps to free myself from my addiction, if it weren't for those damn fries and frozen cokes I'd be McFree. My justification today; its ninety-one degrees here in North Carolina and the humidity has completely saturated the area - my core temperature overrode my sense of logic and then I saw it, the Angelic Golden Arches from at least a mile away, call it an addiction, a lack of self-control or divine intervention I was loving it and my fix was moments away. This McLocation doesn't get the best reviews and after experiencing it this one time I thought I'd agree with most of them, but one sip from the plastic straw I was instantly transformed and having second thoughts. If you order through the mobile app and the app crashes on your way there, don't expect to get the food you paid for. I couldn't get my order to pull up on the app, but I had my email receipt and my bank account receipt showing purchase and the manager Victor refused to give me the order because he couldn't find the receipt on his end. It was his idea for me to show him my bank account and I was able to show him the transaction completed and he still couldn't accept it! Who even reeds McDonald's reviews. Cold Big Mac. This is more about the manager. Very busy drive through at 12:30 on a Wednesday. 12-15 cars waiting to the curb at drive through. That's ok. The sandwich looked great but I am questioning if they even warmed the patties. I ate half of the sandwich in the parking lot before I decided to spend my time waiting for a replacement in such a busy place. Manager didn't want to replace the burger because of that. Kid at counter was afraid of me talking to manager because she "doesn't care" type of manager. I said I wanted a hot burger and I'd wait; I can handle her because it's just not right to NOT heat the "meat"! Even half price would be fine since I did eat half of a sub-par sandwich. Friendly face at the order station, yes. After that its downhill. Ordered 2 different egg Mcmuffin combos. They were both sitting there before i got my change. Quick service? NO. They were sitting there waiting to be purchased. Hash browns were cold, McMuffins were barely warm. I ordered a filet-o-fish and they used the Big Mac tartar sauce instead of the regular tartar sauce it comes with.

Completely screwed up my order. In fact, they somehow deleted it from existence, along with the image of my car from the drive thru, had to give my order at the window 4 different times. It popped up in the end and I ended up with a Frankenstein order. Original order: 2 Large Vanilla Iced Coffees, 3 Hashbrowns, two crispy buttermilk chicken biscuits w/ mayo, one big breakfast with hot cakes. The Receipt: As Pictured. The result: 4 Hashbrowns, two large vanilla iced coffees, two crispy buttermilk chicken biscuits (one w/ mayo, one w/o), and a big breakfast meal with no hot cakes, utensils, or any of the other fixings that go with it. In addition to all of that, by the end of dealing with the irate staff, who were all clearly under pressure, I had been given 4 different totals, each one higher than the last. Started at 15.88 and ended up being 16.10. In short, really?? How do you screw this up this badly? If not for the convenience of the location, I would take my business over to the Forest City McDonald's. This is ridiculous. I understand working minimum wage jobs can suck, as I've done my fair share, but I still payed money for bad service, a screwed up order, and a complete waste of my time that held me up for work (spent over 20 minutes in the drivethru/ dealing with them). Full of mean, idiotic, and rude people. They screw up your order every time. Go to the one on broadway.

Its certainly no 5 star restaurant, but the food is always served hot and fast. They made a mistake once with my order, corrected it fast and kept the line going. The manager should get the speaker replaced on the drive through because the poor ladies that have taken my order have a hard time hearing me (even though I'm pretty loud), I'm sure it's a pain for them. They've always been polite and courteous. Serve a pretty good frappe too. Can never go wrong with a McDonald's breakfast sandwich, don't usually eat it aside from breakfast. read more

They must have a new person working the drive thru. My order came but it was not even close to what I ordered. I ate what I received but not happy about it. Because I was in a hurry I did not return to the store. I did file a complaint with them however. I get it employees are hard to come by. This is the first time I have ever had this happen at McDonald's for the record and I have ordered thousands of times over the years. Wooowwwweeeee! That was an experience for sure!! I went with my pet car and together we went though the drive through. It's name is the golden nugget, even though it's blue. Anyway, we went to get it some food after giving it some gas to drink at the station, and it's favorite snack is the mcdonut. However, when we got the mcdonut, we didn't get any nappykins which made both of us very sad. At that point, I also started to get a wee bit mad. Both of us were course wearing masks, but I don't think the nappykins could have done any better. Do you know what I mean jelly bean?? The biscuit was ok and kinda warm which I didn't like. I like mine raw. However, my pet car did like it. In case you're wondering, I fed it through the mouth, which is also where you can put CDs in and it will sing for you. This lad here is absolutely correct! I had the same problem with my nappykins! I was setting my food down on my lap because my car is tiny so idk where to put it. And it was hot, which is good because I like it hot but the hash brown I got was burning through the nappykins. This was a problem because now I have a boo boo on my leggy and it hurts to breathe. I suggest stronger nappykins that won't let juice through. Aside from that the food was very delicious and nice and warm. The man was also not wearing a mask when he was bringing out my water. I was kinda upset because the lady also did not have her mask over her nose but sometimes it's hard to breathe.Not very refreshing but a good waker-upper. read more

Usually if you get lucky enough for them to get your order right the bun is hard or the patty is cold. Then there are the rare time you get an undercooked patty. Some of the workers are nice most of them are rude teenagers who only have a job because their parents told them they had to. read more

Okdoke so I just went to this location to get me some oatmeal with some some fruit on top and it was pretty good. However I was very very very disappointed to find out that there were no nappykins in me basket of food! I then had to go get me some used tissues after I got oatmeal all over me car. Very disappointed about that! I was also very surprised to find out that the raisins in my oatmeal were light green! I've always had raisens that we're purple so this really threw me off! I mean has anyone else seen a green raisin before?? Aside form the nappykins problem and green raisens the food was pretty scrumptious! For some reason a lad commented below that they tried to feed their dogs McDonald's which does not make sense to me! Why in the world would go to McDonald's to feel your doggos?? Another fella said that the coffee tasted like brown water!! It hecking cost 99 cents so what did you expect and second of all it taste much better than dirty water... believe me!! I would also like to bring up the fact that the happy meal prizes are much less exciting than they used to be!! Back in my day we used to get nerf water guns that were so much fun! Barely warm McCafe drinks, poor made. Mocha tasted like watery cocoa, and very often has coffee grounds in it

We asked for two Caramel Macchiatos and we received two coffees one with little to no Caramel at all, the other with a seemingly okay amount yet it was not what we ordered. Poor service too. I understand that the people working may be new and might not understand and I'm patient with that, yet I'd definitely like for them to better understand how to make what the customer orders. Service is friendly, but food quality is poor. I wouldn't normally leave reviews for fast food, but this is consistently the worse I've come across. Food is frequently cold, fries are rarely fresh, and buns are hard (stale or ?). The KFC across the street is a better option in the area. read more

They need to hire a new cook. The hamburgers I last received were poorly made. It's like they left it on the burner too long and just slapped cheese on it. What absolutely disgusted me was the wrapper they put my food in. It's gross to reach into your bag, and have your hand covered in ketchup and lettuce from probably the previous order made. We eat from this McDonald's fairly often, or did in the past. The reason we don't eat there more often is because whoever build's your burgers puts wayyy too much Catsup, Mustard, and Mayonnaise on them even if you tell them not to. If I wanted a burger like that, I'd tell them to leave the hamburger and cheese off or just make a condiment sandwich at home. Just stop with all that mess! Please teach your employees how to chop an onion to go on your 1/4 pounders!! We don't need hunks of onion on there. Finally, teach your employees to handle ice cream cones with a napkin. It's great that there's paper wrapped on your ice cream cones, but it's extra sanitary and it just looks better and makes me feel better if they would also wrap a napkin around those ice cream cones too.
