I ordered the biggie bag. Jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget, small fries and small drink. The fries were great, fresh and just the right amount of salt. The nuggets were also good. But the Star of the show here is the jr bacon cheeseburger and it was TERRIBLE. The bun was literally hard. The cheese was dried out. It was cold. It was so disappointing. I know, I know.. it's fast food, what could one expect...? Well I expect to be sold food that's actually edible. Sadly, that was not the case. I won't return to this Wendy's. read more

Went to Wendy's at around midnight and was greeted immediately when I pulled up to the window, and when I placed my order they had it done super quick. It was definitely some of the freshest Wendy's I've ever had. Shoutout to my new friend Tommy at the window he was super nice which is refreshing. read more

I don't know why I thought this Wendys might improve but I keep giving them the better of the doubt they always fall short of falling short. The attitude and customer service is deplorable. When I have visited they are routinely out of chili and frostys. Today I visited to grab a burger, at 1028am. The lady informed me that they don't serve lunch until 1030am. It was 2 min before. They have a 97 health rating. They were nice but the place looks old and run down. Save yourself the time and choose somewhere else. I didn't get mayo on my burger as I requested but wanted bbq sauce on it, they charged me 0.15 extra. So I save them money by not having mayo and wanted to replace t with bbq sauce. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. The fries tasted old and stale. Not sure if they've been sitting around or the oil is old. I get home and open it up and it's completely the wrong order. They have one job, to get an order right and can't even do that. read more

I live near this location and only went there 1 time in 8 years, 8 years ago the service was bad, the food wasn't properly organized or burgers were of a sloppy build and were barely warm, and the fries were cold. I decided to try there yesterday and check to see if maybe it has gotten better over the years, I hoped for new management or something. To my surprise, it didn't. It was a little worse with line wait without line traffic, window service, and employee rudeness. The food wait was long, sloppy build Dave's burger, and the fries were cold. The drink had just a few ice cubes and wasn't cold and overfilled. I won't be going back to this Wendy's location again, even after 8 more years I'm pretty sure I will just pass it by. read more

Went through the drive thru, waited in a 40 minute line. When I pulled up to order I was not greeted & was spoke to very poorly. I ordered a classic Asiago sandwich , the woman then replied "home style okay" and then told me to pull forward. When I got to the window i sat for another 10 mins until she opened the window to tell told me the total , I asked did you hear I said classic not home style and she said umm no u said home style (went back and forth with me) I asked could you check just to make sure she said no.. just no. & then closed the window and yelled is she gonna get the f out of line. This woman was wearing what looked like a mangers shirt & I have tried calling their number, no answer. I go there everyday after work this is my first and last bad experience there. My wife & I went through the drive-thru tonight at around 9 pm. After sitting in line for about 5-10 mins we go to order & they tell us they have no burgers, just chicken & some chili. That was laughable if we hadn't been hungry so we said no thanks & drove away. I would have given less stars if possible, but come on if your a fast food restaurant that brags about your burgers on TV & other media then you best have the goods to back it up. I was incredibly surprised with my experience at Wendy's. I pulled up to the drive there and the line was to the road, I didn't mind waiting, I had no where else to be. After a while, I get to the part to order and asked for a chicken bacon biscuit. It was my mistake, I had thought they had breakfast all day and didn't realize it was only in the morning. When I ordered that, in a very short and rude-tones response the woman taking my order snipped "it isn't breakfast time, it's lunch." I apologized, that was my bad for not reading the sign close enough. I asked for a minute to revise my options. I tried to order the BLT chicken but with crispy chicken instead of grilled. She didn't respond to my request and gave me an option of something that I couldn't hear. I had thought perhaps she was asking me about how I wanted my chicken so I repeated crispy. Then is a really rude and exasperated tone yelled "That's not what I asked, I SAID do you want..." I still couldn't hear the option because the speakers cut out. This time she sounded just plain angry with me, so I told her "Forget it, I'm leaving. You didn't have to be quite so rude." And left. As I drove by to exit, I got glares from inside. I was shocked at that experience. I completely understand that it was a busy time, I'm a patient person and I didn't mind waiting but the tone and language used was incredibly rude and surprising. I would give one star but the 2nd star is for the food being consistent with the others that I have been to. Service is almost always slow. Tables and floor are old, worn out and often dirty. Every time I come in, they are either out of one of the sodas or mixed wrong; or the ketchup pumps are empty... could also do without the religious music that is ALWAYS on. read more

The serve here is very slow. Ordered two salads and had to wait for the chicken to be cooked. Let alone the girl taking my order never once asked how I wanted the chicken cook, home style, grilled or spicy. Also listening to someone else ordering after me she never asked if the gentleman wanted chicken with his salad. They are really slow and don't seem to able to handle when a lot of people come all at once. Let alone not having enough chicken for the salads and making you have too wait. Went to this Wendy's with my husband the other night the manager was sitting in a table with another manager gossiping as a cashier run me up she needed help she yelled and yelled multiple times for the manager who finally came after being yelled at multiple times corrected the mistake we ordered potatoes which they were out of than we ordered something else which they were out of we finally ordered diet cokes which they were out of a manager was just simply too lazy to change the syrup in the machine is what the cashier informed us after sitting and eating our chili that we had ordered was cold and the staff was just rude and this place sucks until the newly training manager came around this manager apparently has not been confirmed as manager but is still in training wish I knew her name good job read more

Have given this Wendy's location ample tries with no positive results. Last week, went in to place my "to go" order to ensure it was accurate. Ordered spicy chicken on pretzel bun with mayo only. Cashier was very pleasant - chatty & good customer service. The "server" behind the counter just plopped a container on the counter and said nothing to me. Nothing in a bag - just the cardboard box that supposedly held my lunch. She said not a word to me...I asked "is this my chix sandwich," to which she nodded. I took it & went to the car & opened it to discover that the sandwich was covered in cheese. I took it back into the restaurant and waited for someone to acknowledge me. I informed them that it was covered with cheese and all of a sudden the seemingly friendly cashier just a few moments ago, would not even make eye contact with me. The sandwich was rapidly returned me but it was obvious that the cheese had been scrapped off..I asked for a new sandwich to be made. Not more than a few seconds later, it appeared again and the container was so greasy it would barely stay in my hand. The place was packed by this time and lots of people in line so I took it & left. Tried to take a bite when I got in the car to discover that the bread was hard and the chicken was cold. I was not very happy...I will NOT patron this place again! read more

I came to town with on a bus with a touring group and we were staying next to this Wendy's. we needed to find a place to eat after our show and the crew went WAY above and beyond to accommodate a large group of us!! They never once acted as if we were putting them out or an inconvenience.
