Went inside and instead of the MANGER saying hello like any professional would do, she yelled "Be with you in a minute." as she bagged fries. I replied, " That's fine but do you know if you have any fresh coffee?". She literally stopped bagging her fries, gave me an angry look and replied in a louder, nasty voice, " Be with you in a minute!". I don't think so. The tall girl with the light brown hair may think she is all that but if I were her DM, I would have fired her on the spot. You always greet a customer with a smile and a hello. Or at least my staff was taught to. I may be a senior citizen now but I'm not demanding and I am always respectful. No snotty kid with an attitude is gonna be rude to me and then I turn around and spend my money at that business. Maybe you shouldn't hire brats. Every single day I have tried to order a flurry they have been "cleaning" the machine. Sub par McDonald's at best. They wait too long to change the oil for the nuggets and fries. I am done with McDonald's. The location did the push for me. Always a waste of time and or money. read more

Ignore the bad ratings! This is a great location! They have their stuff together. Food is pretty good and the service is good and friendly. Do not go here during or before the holidays as the service declines a little bit during holidays. They rarely make mistakes and when they do they fix it professionally. Much better location than Wyandotte, Trenton, and Lincoln park. read more

This McDonald's serves some of the nastiest food I've ever tasted. If they haven't forgotten half of my order, they serve my order covered in grease and smashed. When I called to complain, I was treated like an asshole for even mentioning the missing food. This has totally ruined me on fast food. read more

This is literally the worst McDonald. Any time i come to this one i always had issues. 1. The lady in the drive thru was so Rude she said "Are you ready to Order Yet" when im only there 10 seconds waiting to decide. 2. I had coupon for a free medium fries with a purchase of a 6 pc tender & she marks down 3... 3. Go up to the window to pay & she marks it as 3 charge fries everything full price. 4. I complain an they say ill get a refund on fries an can keep the other fries. 5. D7dnt yet refund & only had 1 set of fries with tenders. read more

We stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day at work. Got four double cheeseburgers, nuggets, and a Big Mac meal. My Big Mac had a fistful of wet onions on it and the bottom bun was soaking wet. All four of the doubles were laying in the bag outside of their wrappers. This really bothered me given the fact that we are in a global pandemic. It seems very unhygienic to me. My four piece was actually a trio and of course the ice cream machine was down. All that aside, the most annoying part of all of this was the manager, CeCe, insisted that she could only give me two meals as a replacement. Um, no! How about you replace what you messed up? If I wanted two value meals, that's what I would have ordered. It just doesn't make sense. She's forcing me into her idea of an upgrade. Silly as all this may seem, it's the principle of the matter. I worked here in high school and the standards we adhered to then were much more strict than today. I won't eat here again. read more

Went there today around 1:30 pm. This store was FILTHY. The soda fountain area covered in dried pop, the only ketchup pump was broken and sitting up at the counter where you order. The napkin dispenser, also at the counter was broken, the floors were covered in fries and straw wrappers etc... and there was not one single clean table in the entire restaurant. Food arrived cold, lots of chaos. Won't be back. As we were leaving a man was being told that there was something wrong with the credit card machine. read more

This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I hated that it was the only close knee to our house. Breakfast service was great and Trevor who worked mornings was always smiling and made sure everything was right. Never go there after breakfast. The employees are lazy, the dining room is always a mess, our order was wrong almost every time. I called their manager Ashley many times and she just kind of blew new of. I also called corporate to complain. Nothing ever improved. All I got was a bunch of replaced order and cards for free items. Still not worth it because they still messed up your replacement orders. I'm do glad we moved and never have to go there again. They should be ashamed. read more

By far one of the worst McDonalds I have been too. When I go to McDonalds I expect mediocre food, but the food I received here was abysmal. My chicken wrap I wouldn't even considered wrapped and the chicken in it tasted like it was two days old. The French fries were were completely burnt, were unsalted, and tasted like chemicals. Mar. 2 around 2:30 pm. Ordered 2 unsweetened teas. Got home, they were sweet teas, ok, no biggy, call there. Told us to come back for replacement teas. Went through the drive-thru again, got teas, hubby ask jokingly, " should I taste these ?" The girl replied " No, that they had already gotten 3 other complaints about the unsweet tea, some one must of mixed up the urns, so she got these from another urn" Got home, and ugh..once again, sweet tea ! So hubby once again calls, the manager was so rude...she told him he did not come there for replacement teas ! he went back & forth saying he did, she better check with her crew, she ask him what McDonalds did he go to? he replied the one in kroger's lot. Well she is just about calling him a liar !! really ?? So I get on the phone, she is rude, not sorry and snotty, when i told her, this will be the 3rd time coming up there ( gas & time ) she hung up on me !! So we go there with the teas, walk in and ask for manager, I said hi, I'm the one ya hung up on and here is the teas, her reply..your harassing me leave or I'll call the cops really ?? I go on to say, this is the 3rd time and her attitude with customers is rude, she said she yelled at the girl for not telling her she past out the replacement teas, really, she yelled at an employee doing the right thing, but she herself is being rude ? and once again ask us to leave or she is calling cops...No offer for refund, 18 years been going there, less than 1 mile from our home, and this tops it all...we will NEVER return there !! read more
