We ordered a few meals and they never got delivered and they took are money and didn't bring it

Sadly this is my local McDonald's. It is the slowest location I've ever been to. It consistently will take 15-20 min to get through the drive through, then1 out of 3 times they will get the order wrong. read more

I see many bad reviews about this restaurant. I worked at a McDonalds in Tulsa many moons ago. It was a franchise store with a manager that worked her behind off and took time to help when needed and never embarrassed an employee in front of co-workers. I have found the employees to be nice and friendly. Sometimes they seem preoccupied, but I smile and speak and all but one didn't respond positively. Frequently they have to apologize because someone didn't come in to work. They sometimes are working two employees short. I just feel like there's a cloud over them. Management training? Money too tight? Just not a good team? I know my manager would come in, as would the assistant manager and helped us. We frequently were swamped with customers from Skelley Stadium, bus loads of kids playing ball etc. I've seen buses stop at the Skiatook store. Anyway I do find the wait in line kinda long especially when I've used online app. Now frequently my wait is caused by my request for unsalted fries. The food seems to vary in presentability, texture, contents on sandwiches, but I would say it's likely set by corporate standards. I think the old food was better. Do not work here I've been here for nearly 9 months now and almost everyday I've experienced sexual harassment, hypocritical targeting, social outcasting, and blame for things entirely out of my control. When I tried bringing any of it up it was all either brushed off or flipped back onto me as if I was the one to blame. This place is not good for your mental health. The paycheck is not worth it. Unless you enjoy being treated like a lesser your time would be better spent elsewhere. read more

Listen I love McDonald's but the workers here are always so rude I've only seen a few nice ones ( including the manager ). Also they never add sauce only if you ask at the second window. Also they forget too ask stuff or they forget to even add it even if you asked . But it's better than the McDonald's in Cleveland oklahoma. read more

I had not eaten here in a few years. It's always been real good. Today we ate here and it was awful! I got a quarter pounder with cheese. The meat was cold and dry, bun was hard and no flavor at all in this burger. Needless to say I won't be back. That's a shame that it has gone downhill! read more

Mobile app is trash. I put in my order before I left parked in the curb pick up after got there. I put in the number I was parked in and waited, waited and waited. After 10 minutes, at least, I pulled up to the pick up window. This was during lunch so they were busy but they were moving the window line out fast. I watched as car after car put their order in, received it and left before I got mine. I talked to the manager and she said they do the orders in order they receive them. I asked her to explain why people were able to put their order in and get it before me and she had nothing to say. read more

Lady at the 2nd window was very rude. She gave me one of my drinks half full and said "there's nothing I can do about it" in a snarky tone. I've had drinks given to me half full before and they took it back and finished filling it up. read more

The owner of this establishment needs to sell it. They are not worthy of ownership. If you cannot operate a business ethically and correctly, then you need to divest your interest and let someone else that is responsive and caring take it over. It is painfully obvious that there are major problems here. And I do mean major. You read the reviews after YOUR bad experience and it all comes clear. Today we stopped and waited for 30 minutes in the lobby for a simple order. What happened is that there was one fellow taking care of the lobby and the rest were doing the drive thru. It was hopping swimmingly, but the lobby was crickets. The wait was barbaric. A guy and his boy came in and I told him he needed to go elsewhere. He saw and understood the situation and said thanks and left. Another man and I began parsing out the situation and then the man called out the lobby guy. He gave him a much deserved dress down and I whole heartedly approved. The poor fellow said he was the only one there to do the lobby. This is a management fail. If you cannot get, keep and succeed with your staff, then perhaps you need to get off the wallet and pay more??????????????? What the hell over?! I sincerely hope your business fails and goes away. Probably huge turnover of employees, but most were nice. One helped me with the self order kiosk!!! You can use the touch screen on either side of the kiosk and pay with credit card, or at register. McFlurry and caramel sundae were pretty good. The service was kind of slow and employees seemed to be walking in circles and tripping over each other. I think two of the employees were orienting. Small tight parking lot. Easy to get blocked in by drive thru traffic. read more

If I could have put less thann one star or left them blank I definitely would have!!! I'm not sure how long this store has been open. I think about 5 years. I'm not one to go through their drive through often, probably once every 2 or 3 months and I have never gone inside. I have been there at different times of the day with the same result every single time. The food is ALWAYS cold especially the fries. I stopped tonight about 7:30 after a wrestling match. Not only were the fries completely cold so were the cheeseburgers. In addition to that the buns were dried out and hard. I escentially paid $8.50 for a medium coke. In my estimation this store needs new ownership, new managers and someone who knows how to properly train the employees. Better yet maybe it could be replaced by something better! Yay! First McDonald's I've had a good experience with! This location had the holiday pies which I haven't been able to find in two states now! There was a little bit of a wait, but it went by fairly and we got our food rather quickly with it hot and fresh! I'm very impressed by this location, and the employees were pretty friendly as well! read more

The food was great! My precious hard-working mother requested a cheeseburger so I purchased her supper and delivered it to her. All the food was hot and delicious! HOWEVER, there is a car swallowing and damaging pothole near the exit of the drive through! I'm glad I didn't do more damage than I did to my car! I normally have no issue with this McDonald's. Unfortunately this evening I waited to order for a while and that is okay but, once I ordered and made it to the window I handed the employee my money, and she dropped it on the floor and started screaming profanity. The floor's were a bit dirty but mostly clean. Quick and good food. Would suggest to your nearest family member or friend.

Usually youd at least see one happy person behind the counter. Not one here, instead it was constant arguing and yelling.

Save your money and drive to owasso. Literally never gotten my correct order when I go here and they always have a shit attitude.

I need to have my head examined. I come to this place once or twice a month. Small town, few choices, national chain, how bad could it get. One big reason I keep coming here is the sausage egg biscuit. I hate their cheese and it's not on the item. Until today. I ordered my usual #5 breakfast with coffee and orange juice. They made a new item just for me. They put the crappy cheese on my sandwich. Yuck! Every time we come here our order is screwed. This is the last time. They made the list. read more
