My fries were slightly burning my finger. That is 5 stars right there. They didn't taste salted so I added salt. My cookies were hot and freshly cooked. That's 5 stars right there. My fried apple pie is okay. It really need some glaze or something added after frying. It is not sweet enough to be in the sweets and treats category. My vanilla shake was delicious. The fact that the shake machine was operational is 5 stars. Now that big mac. What a disappointment. That by itself is a 5 star. Where is the beef? What happened to the burger patty. It is incredibly thin. Surely this is not 1/4 lb of beef. Why would 2 of 3 buns be bone dry. Why? Who wants to eat dry bread? How is adding condiments hurting their profit margin. Ridiculous. read more

I'm eaten at McDonalds for many years & never have I ever had to eat a terrible tasting Big Mac. How can you do that? No taste period . Work all day & think you just going to grab some food from MCDONALDS & head home .... Well, what a horrible experience yuck never again. read more

Fast breakfast. Clean place, lady who took my order was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ready before I even got my drink.

They are always an I mean ALWAYS slow! They make you wait anywhere from 5-20mins for your drink to your food! It's absurd!!!! You can see where someone got pissed an threw food at the wall in the drive-thru line. I know several of the employees that work here bc they come into my business an they tell me how bad it is as well. This location needs new management badly!!!!! I hope the district manager sees this review an takes this seriously bc you need too!!!!! Y'all are slow an losing customers at this point!!! Do better!!!! read more

They prepared my breakfast quickly and correctly. It tasted great as it always does. But I have to give the store Manager high praise as I ordered using my app and chose the wrong location! When I showed up to his he said oh no, I'm not going to let you pay for another order! He then went on to fill my order promptly and correctly! Way to go above and beyond for the customer! Thank you again! read more

Don't even bother coming here. They won't give you your food. They build up a line and only bring out 1 order every 15 minutes. They hope they get your money but don't have to make your food. read more

This location has been one of the worst run McDonald's for quite a while now. I don't know if it's the fact that it's understaffed or if it's because the workers aren't being properly trained and prepared by it's a horrible experience. read more

They make a decent burger and chicken tenders. Plus side they had pleasant customer service, downside they don't have sweet and unsweetened tea dispensers with the rest of the drinks. read more

Why 1 star? There's no option for zero! 30 minutes for a simple order, and I had to go back in to get it. No apology; no thank you. Not coming back! read more

The service is iffy. I've noticed at the same time of day for a couple of weeks now that when i go through the drive through and have to sit in a spot and wait my full order doesn't make it to the car and I have to go inside, without a receipt because they don't provide one, and clear it up and get the second half of my order. read more

Ordered food never got it never got refund either left with no food and robbed from my money

Service? I guess bad service is service. They HAD the best service around. I don't know what happened. They don't have items the app says they do ( peppermint moca), the ice cream machine is a running joke (its never running, not once this entire year). In January I would have given 100% 5 star review. I now question if I will ever return since there other options now. read more

Asked for a single sandwich and chicken nuggets, got told to park in a spot and sat there for 25 minutes until they decided to bring out my food. Absolutely appalling service.m with no mention of how long the wait would be. Total garbage. read more

This is the worst location. Ever. My order, which was simple was ordered for curbside. When I finally was delivered my bag, only half the order was there. The lady came and took my bag back. After about 15 minutes (now we're at a good 25 minutes from ordering) I was told part of my order would take an additional 15 minutes to make. They got the order a good 25 minutes previously. I was then told they'd refund me and make me a new order. They didn't. It was the same order, now stale and inedible. This used to be a great McDonald's. Not anymore. It's the worst. read more

Every time you come here it's always a bad experience. I believe my debit card info got stolen here and the workers took a picture of my card and charged $300 worth of uber rides through my card. I cancelled my card quickly. They always tell you to pull up to a parking spot because they never have any food dropped and they always forget half of your order. Don't even bother coming here. read more

You cannot expect quality food from McDonalds ever. I ordered a basic chicken sandwich combo. It was about 6:50pm. Maybe the employees were rushed but they gave me no sauce. I would have just overlooked this but with prices of meals and even dollar menu items going up I decided to write a review. Do better. Also the bun was burnt I don't know how my food can be so inconsistent. I made a visit for lunch also another day. They had me wait for a long time just for one part of my order. I did not receive all of my food at the window, they were waiting on nuggets. Everything ready except for one thing, we had to wait to receive, and just have the other meals get colder because I don't like to eat in the car. I am a regular to this mcdonalds because it is near my residence. Their quality has gone downhill and are starting to be worse than the wendy's in that same neighborhood in their consistancy. If you just got a bunch of inexperienced people or just not enough staff, it is sort of understandable. Really they just got to do better. Also can the dollar menu cheeseburgers stay at a dollar? I used to just order 4 cheeseburgers for $4.30 now my order is now over $6. Fuck JOE BIDEN!! read more

Two times now I've tried to use mobile ordering and pickup and two times they never brought it out. It was just coffee.

I can't even rate my experience. This is the Pines Rd. McDonalds. First of all, the "drive thru" takes forever! Secondly, I ordered 2 Happy Meals with apple slices & Ranch dipping sauce. I got home, opened the boxes, only to find that there no apple slices, no Ranch dipping sauce, and no toy, for both orders! I will never go there again! read more

Found a long black weave hair in my McDouble. Other than that waits aren't that bad during lunch hour.

This location! My home Mickey D's! Will now be open 24 hours IN THE LOBBY, starting November 1st!!!! They've had the 24 hour drive thru since re-opening after the re-model, but now they will be open on the INSIDE 24/7! Sweet! And with the holidays approaching, could the McRib be far behind? I havent eaten at McDonald's in ages! I received a few coupons in the mail and decide to swing by. I bought a happy meal got a happy meal free (coupon). The drive experience was okay. We love McDonalds as it's a family restaurant and friendly. We also love sweet tea, however unfortunately for us we had for the first time ants come out of our straw during a refill. After further looking we realized that they had ants coming from the sweet tea jug. They were busy with 3 police cars and the manager was outside assisting at the moment. We'll head to the next McDonalds next time. Please reach out to us if you'd like. Thank you. read more

Left my debit card 20 miles away and was so embarrassed after ordering my Caramel Frappe because I had no way to pay. Stopped in for a double meat cheeseburger and some coffee to go. My hamburger was unwrapped in the bag and ice cold. The cheese almost was frozen it was so cold. What a waste of money. I think people in soup kitchens are having a better prepared meal that what I just paid money for at McDonald's. read more

Recently I ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget meal through the drive thru. When the order was placed I made sure to specify BBQ sauce. I am very satisfied that this McDonald's offers a military discount but had a poor customer experience. After paying and proceeding to the second window I was quickly handed my meal. The soda had coke running down the outside of the cup which is a common experience I've had at this location. I always have to wipe down the cup to avoid my car cup holder or hands getting sticky. Looking in the bag I discovered I didn't have any napkins so I waited for the window to be opened again and asked for napkins. The clerk seemed annoyed and didn't seem to have any napkins on hand at the window but went to get some for me. After she returned to the window to provide me several napkins I also discovered I had no sauces or ketchup. I then asked if I could get some BBQ sauces and ketchup. I was provided everything I asked for but there was not a single word said or an apology to make things better. What shocks me most about this experience is that I felt that I was requesting something out of the ordinary but shouldn't every customer be provided napkins and sauces with Chicken McNuggets? read more

Save yourself the trouble of wasting your money here. Got a 4 McDoubles, hair in two. If you can't wear a hair net then buy a better weave.

They have NO idea what fast food means. It's hit or miss in the a.m. I don't do the drive through anymore, always a mistake. This morning there was no one in line when I went in and it still took forever for them to stop their conversations and acknowledge me. Then I was told 'I'll be right with you' 3 times, I just left....never to return. read more

I am 40 years old and can fairly say I've eaten at tons of fast food restaurants, many of the repeated, many times even drunk. I can without a doubt, say with certainty, far apart from others, this McDonald'sis the WORST I've EVER encountered in 20 states. Didn't answer in the drive thru, sat there for 10 min, then the lady gave me attitude when I came inside to order and the food was again, the WORST. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague. read more

On more than one occasion they have been out of Coke. How is this possible you may ask? Crappy management from the owner down to the everyday employee. Coke is a staple to the McDonalds franchise and being out is poor management. Three separate occasions have now provided me enough of a decision to never go back. No trust! I've complained to the corporate office....they don't care! read more

Shitty service. Lady at first window was unable to talk to me because she was helping the next customer before i pulled up to the window. Then they gave me ice cream that looked spoiled. I recommend the extra drive if you really want McDonald's. read more

An old woman who looks like as their manager is very rude! I got McFlurry many times there, they don't serve Strawberry topping, but it was still shown in the self serve order menu which should be deleted! And, every time I added caramel topping, but they always didn't add on the McFlurry actually. So if you wanna get something, please double check you get exact everything. read more

What used to be the best McDonald's in town has quickly fallen to the bottom. They must have new management. I no longer see the smiling face of the previous manager here anymore. I come to this McDonald's at least once a day (It is located close to my office) and order the exact same thing. Now a days you should expect to wait for your order. Almost every time I order, I am asked to pull forward and wait in the parking spot for them to bring it out. I don't know why they are out of cheeseburgers and fries. Isn't that McDonald's staple menu item?? read more

Terrible came through drive through at 2.51 am and no one answered. Along one of the other people behind me also went though the whole drive through both of us honking horns after waiting around 2 minutes as no was even Present! So called 24 hours. This is complete negigence and everyone should b reprimanded or fired for not doing their damn job. This is a business and no one left a letter. I've alaways had problems with this location. Date was 6 -29-2018. Please look into this. read more

Beware of drive thru its more stressful. They forget stuff or make your food wrong. Few times my food was cold and my meat was hard and cold. Drink get mixed up all the time. There drive thur is worst than the casino ,you never know if you'll get your order right. Just eat you money instead use their drive thru. Because sometimes its better choice. Also they screw up 24 hrs a day. So you never know. Only good thing they give military discount. read more

We arrived for a one-day only promotion and took part in a line circling around the building. They were the only McDonalds in the area to receive the promotional item, so their supply should have been great. Instead they ran out extremely quickly, and failed to notify the customers still waiting in line around the building, in the hopes that they would walk in and still buy "something." Untrustworthy, poorly supplied, and poor communication. read more
