They are always an I mean ALWAYS slow! They make you wait anywhere from 5-20mins for your drink to your food! It's absurd!!!! You can see where someone got pissed an threw food at the wall in the drive-thru line. I know several of the employees that work here bc they come into my business an they tell me how bad it is as well. This location needs new management badly!!!!! The service is iffy. I've noticed at the same time of day for a couple of weeks now that when i go through the drive through and have to sit in a spot and wait my full order doesn't make it to the car and I have to go inside, without a receipt because they don't provide one, and clear it up and get the second half of my order. read more

This is the worst location. Ever. My order, which was simple was ordered for curbside. When I finally was delivered my bag, only half the order was there. The lady came and took my bag back. After about 15 minutes (now we're at a good 25 minutes from ordering) I was told part of my order would take an additional 15 minutes to make. They got the order a good 25 minutes previously. I was then told they'd refund me and make me a new order. They didn't. It was the same order, now stale and inedible. This used to be a great McDonald's. Not anymore. It's the worst. read more

They don't have items the app says they do ( peppermint moca), the ice cream machine is a running joke (its never running, not once this entire year). Every time you come here it's always a bad experience. I believe my debit card info got stolen here and the workers took a picture of my card and charged $300 worth of uber rides through my card. I cancelled my card quickly. They always tell you to pull up to a parking spot because they never have any food dropped and they always forget half of your order. You cannot expect quality food from McDonalds ever. I ordered a basic chicken sandwich combo. It was about 6:50pm. Maybe the employees were rushed but they gave me no sauce. I would have just overlooked this but with prices of meals and even dollar menu items going up I decided to write a review. Do better. Also the bun was burnt I don't know how my food can be so inconsistent. I made a visit for lunch also another day. They had me wait for a long time just for one part of my order. I did not receive all of my food at the window, they were waiting on nuggets. Everything ready except for one thing, we had to wait to receive, and just have the other meals get colder because I don't like to eat in the car. I am a regular to this mcdonalds because it is near my residence. Their quality has gone downhill and are starting to be worse than the wendy's in that same neighborhood in their consistancy. If you just got a bunch of inexperienced people or just not enough staff, it is sort of understandable. Really they just got to do better. Also can the dollar menu cheeseburgers stay at a dollar? We love McDonalds as it's a family restaurant and friendly. We also love sweet tea, however unfortunately for us we had for the first time ants come out of our straw during a refill. After further looking we realized that they had ants coming from the sweet tea jug. They were busy with 3 police cars and the manager was outside assisting at the moment. Recently I ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget meal through the drive thru. When the order was placed I made sure to specify BBQ sauce. I am very satisfied that this McDonald's offers a military discount but had a poor customer experience. After paying and proceeding to the second window I was quickly handed my meal. The soda had coke running down the outside of the cup which is a common experience I've had at this location. I always have to wipe down the cup to avoid my car cup holder or hands getting sticky. Looking in the bag I discovered I didn't have any napkins so I waited for the window to be opened again and asked for napkins. The clerk seemed annoyed and didn't seem to have any napkins on hand at the window but went to get some for me. After she returned to the window to provide me several napkins I also discovered I had no sauces or ketchup. I then asked if I could get some BBQ sauces and ketchup. I was provided everything I asked for but there was not a single word said or an apology to make things better. What shocks me most about this experience is that I felt that I was requesting something out of the ordinary but shouldn't every customer be provided napkins and sauces with Chicken McNuggets? read more

Beware of drive thru its more stressful.They forget stuff or make your food wrong. Few times my food was cold and my meat was hard and cold. Drink get mixed up all the time. We arrived for a one-day only promotion and took part in a line circling around the building. They were the only McDonalds in the area to receive the promotional item, so their supply should have been great. Instead they ran out extremely quickly, and failed to notify the customers still waiting in line around the building, in the hopes that they would walk in and still buy "something."
