I'm traveling back to Texas and so happen to come across this gross McDonald's. Its completely gross in the store my God. The bathroom is FILTY like some pissed on the floor. There is toilet paper all over the floor and sink. On top of that some lady in the front had a nasty attitude. Food is gross as well, and I love McDonald's but this has to be the WORST one I've been to. Overcooked fries, spoiled nuggets. Nothing was fresh. 0/10. Store needs better workers, cooks, everything. We visited the drive-thru at 7 AM for our breakfast order placed via the app. There were only 3 cars (one at the other speaker and the other two in line already. It took much longer than it should have for us to get to the window and the lady in front of us only got a small bag of food so I'm not sure what the problem was. I figured maybe the workers were waiting for hash browns to be cooked as they sometimes are but as you will read below, they failed to give us ours. When we got to the window, the unhappy, non-smiling employee was not thrilled with having a job or working. She never said hi, bye, or anything at all to us and we said good morning! Our order was a side of eggs, an egg and cheese biscuit which I paid extra for the cheese, a McMuffin with cheese combo, a sausage egg CHEESE biscuit combo, and a burrito combo. No cheese. I preordered a Steak Bagel Meal...Sandwich, Hash Brown, & Sm Coffee through the Mobile App...get yo speaker & give them my code...pull up get my coffee & was told to pull off to the side for my order...8 other vehicles (behind me) get their order & left...after TWENTY MINUTES of waiting I go inside to ask for my order (completely negating that I selected Drive Thru)...the manager says that Mobile orders don't get made until you arrive in Drive Through...so does EVERYONE NOT using the Mobile App...So what is the point of ordering ahead if you are just going to wait (& wait longer if you hadn't ordered ahead)...Not worth it read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I usually don't write reviews but I've visited this place 4 times in the last few months and had everything from a twenty minute delay where I finally just left to messed up orders to coffee that was so weak it must have just been water pored over the old grounds. Fire the manager and crew and start over. I really used to be convenient because exit 10 was the middle of my route from Dallas to Lafayette but ill have to find a different drive through. read more

15 minutes waiting in drive-through at the order menu...then another 15 to get food... I would have left if I wasn't boxed in! I Would Give This Store A Zero If Possible. On March 1, 2025 Approximately 9:55 Am Saturday Morning. I Went Into This McDonalds & Was Met With Complete Chaos! I Wasn't Addressed At All Being I Was A Customer. The Order Was An App Order For Another...It's Already In The System, I Only Had To Pick It Up. After 3 Minutes Or So I Get A Young Female Who Had Ear Length Golden Tip Dreadlocks. She Worked The Front Orders & Along With Drive Thru. I Greeted Her Then Proceeded To Tell Her Who I'm Here For. She's Goes Ok Got You. Fast Forward 10 Minutes Or So Later NOTHING. I Proceed To The Counter Amongst The Many Many Others Waiting To Ask About The Order. I Get The Same I Got You Girl & Ask What's Going On With The Order? She States Oh Ok Then Walks Off. She Only Then Calls Out The Order. I Wait Another 5 Or So More Minutes & This Person Seems To Purposely Had Decided To Not Complete The Customers Order. I Say This Because She Whispers Something To Another Female Employer. That Employee Makes Eye Contact With Me. There I See This Same I Got You Girl Proceed To Start On Another Order That Arrived After Me...Right Then After 25 Minutes I Left. I Made The Customer Aware Of The Situation As It Was Happening As Well. I Then Called My Employer & McDonald Corp Office As Well. The Entire Store Smells & Is Always No Matter The Time Or Day Unkempt In State Of Complete Disarray! I Personally Don't Eat There Nor Would I Ever. read more

Terrible experience. We pulled in the drive through, the lady over the comm was very rude. Rushing, put a small fry in, which wasn't said. My wife tells her she didn't ask for a fry and to take it off... she doesn't. She didn't tell us the order was complete, so after a couple minutes, we decide to move forward to the window. She then proceeds to ask for a manager yelling for her. She then tells us okay y'all good and gives my wife an ugly look and watches her as she drives away. Nah. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENC! We ordered at the kiosk. people came in after us and waited almost 20 minutes before someone finally got to the register to take their order waited another almost 10 minutes and they all got there food while we were still waiting. We spoke up and he was like oh the ticket just printed. then preceded to wipe his sweat off his face and prepare our food without washing his hands.. hands down the absolute WORST McDonald's I have ever been too!! And then to top it off my daughters food was completely wrong! her hot n spicy was made incorrectly and she ordered ranch not bbq sauce!! It took us at least 20 minutes to order our food despite pre-ordering online. We then got our receipt and waited an additional 30 minutes for the people in front of us to get their order. Ours felt cold when we got it and I saw the girl grab a bag that had been sitting there. We then had to wait again for them to recook our food. This is the first and last time I will come to this McDonalds. Avoid this place unless your life depends on food for survival. read more

Just left the Shreveport location at 6705 Pines. This was the most disgusting fast food establishment I have ever been in. Ive never been in a McDonalds location that didnt smell like fries. This place smells like bad mildew and old mop water. The smell was so bad we had to take our food to go. The location was also extremely dirty. Stopped at this McDonalds 8/4/24. Asked for a 10 piece nugget meal. Wanted nuggets cooked to order and fries no salt. Got my food got all the way back to my destination and I ate a few fries and they were salted down. I truly feel like that was done on purpose because i asked for no salt. It really seemed intentional. Seemed like they poured the whole thing of salt in a medium box of fries. We went through the drive through earlier and I've got to say that Bon Que Que and Felicia did a great job! The experience was awesome! They were obviously having fun, but just as important, they were spot on with the food delivery and customer service! I hope they're there next time we come to Shreveport because we'll definitely be stopping in! read more

I try to always have positive reviews but there wasn't anything here to support a positive review. No stars.....had to give one and that was too much! Terrible quality and wouldn't stop here if it was the only place to eat in Louisiana!! Stopped to get coffee at the drive through and they didn't put the cream in the coffee as requested then didn't know how to enter a code from the McDonald's app. Had to get a manager to get the code in and I guess it made some mad so they put a half inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of each of the cups, in a small (senior) coffee cup! The only way you are going to get this much grounds in a cup is intentional! At this point didn't want anything this place had to offer! This place needs help. read more

If I could negative stars I would. Went to get to food and somehow I was talked into McDonald's after not going to a different one and getting bad service a year ago. Went through the drive through, checked my food that I waited half an hour for , and was missing items. Sat for another 15 to get the last few items . Got home, even the food that I got 5 minutes ago , was cold. Fries were stale and hard and to top it off , wrong sandwiches, no coffee , no apples , no toys for the kids meals. Possibly one of the worst McDonald's I've visited ... the service is very poor. Team members and managers standing around chatting while customers wait. I had to ask twice to get cashed out ... one particular team member chose to ignore me and pass me on to another team member...very very, unprofessional ... but then again ... it's McDonald's ... who am I kidding? at 2:57pm on 12/30/2023 i got my door dash order which i order two chicken sandwhiches with no pickles , a triple cheese burger with only cheese and onions, and a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my 1 year old , two drinks one a dr.pepper and a small lemonade for my 1 year old. tell me when i open my bag the fries where not in containers they were just dumped in the bottom of the bag, the burgers where ice cold, my 1 year old daughter happy meal box had fries dump in it, the suppose to be chicken nuggets container had no chicken nuggets but mac sauce full to the rim. and the drinks were spilled all over the bottom of the bag. and when i tried to call the store to talk to a manager no one answer the phone. read more

I can't tell you how many times my mom has taken me to this McDonald's. It goes for every drive through restaurant that my family had been to. They always mess up the orders. Not to mention McDonald's Ice Cream Machine never works. I'm not even surprised if it just magically starts to work. It is absolutely astonishing how little your employees pay attention to the customers. A) the lady taking orders with no smile on her face asks for my order with a "yeah?" This McDonald's is horrible! The drive thru is as slow as molasses and shake machine is always down and the girl wearing the Army jacket at the drive thru is rude. Slow!!! We stopped by here to get a coffee and an ice cream cone and waited for 45 mins!! The stupid lady at the window didn't put the creamers and sugars in my coffee so I had to pull over and put them in myself and fidnt me a straw to stir my coffee, so now that added 45 mins more to my 11 hour trip and we got a horrible looking and messy ice cream cone!! I understand all of the 1 star reviews. The apparent lack of management seems to be a theme for almost any fast food restaurant on pines road. This mcdonalds location fits into that mold. I've ordered food from here 3 times. Both the second and third orders were screwed up. I'll never understand why it's so difficult to put down a cell phone and place items in a bag to hand to the customer. And these are the same people that don't understand why they shouldn't be paid $15 a hour. read more

There was one lady that began to take my order, but another cashier got on the speaker, and proceeded to tell me , in a loud rude tone, that the line was closed, that's why the cone is out there. I am not happy with the rudeness that I keep experiencing at the McDonald's on Pines Rd. It is the worse McDonald's in Shreveport. Slowest service and nasty bathrooms of any McDonald's in the state. It took me 15 minutes to get one cup coffee. The cashier just stood there with his hands in his pocket and he said that they were understaffed and I must dissolve a whole handful of people working in the back. They didn't appear to be understaffed to me just unorganized. read more

They show how much they don't care every time. Never offer any condiments, just shut the window on you. This time I got a quarter pounder in a double quarter pounder box, even though the receipt on the box says it's a double. Oh and I got a Dr Pepper when I ordered a coke. read more
