We had to wander around a bit first before a staff member found us, but after that we were told to sit where we pleased. We were promptly asked for drinks, and were quickly brought the ice waters we ordered. They had a variety of espresso based coffee drinks, as well as freshly pressed regular coffee. I ordered a croque-monsieur sandwich, which is basically a grilled ham and cheese. Theirs comes with spinach, I ordered without. The sandwich comes without fries, salad, or any other side. It was good, if a little bland. It could have been piled with a bit more ham, and grilled a bit crispier. (The croque in croque-monsieur means crunchy, after all). However, it was decent. Not worth the 15 minute wait, though!! The service was pleasant. Our waitress was very friendly, and was quick to offer suggestions and explain the dishes. All in all, it was a nice place to stop by and eat. I'd be willing to try it again.

You get to pick out a teacup from the wall to drink your tea from (as you can see, there was a lot to choose from, I was impressed!). I like how there's options to just get a pot of tea with a pastry which makes it a more affordable way to enjoy some tea :) There's a selection of Jassy house teas and also some TWG teas, we tried a peach black tea and a green Korean one which were gentle and floral -- they also sell the teas as well!

There is plenty of seating and good sound absorption, so it doesn't get too loud. The menu system is pretty confusing, though. There are some on the wall in chalk, some online, some on regular menus, some on flyers/papers, and in the display case. I love the options, but it can be difficult to know what all there is.
