Gekevon saved me in a house fire and proceeded to feed me free McDonald's. Very much appreciate all the service he had given me. He's very polite and well rounded. A great manager. Pay him $30 an hour. read more

Ordered on the app using my points I have collected to get a large caramel frappe. Arrived there and they told me to pull up to the window. No problems so far. I pull up to the window and the lady goes "we're out of caramel frappes do you want an iced coffee" I'm a little disappointed but I say sure. They tell me to pull up to the next window and a different lady comes up with the coffee. I explain to her that I spent a lot of points on the frappe and if I could get something extra like a biscuit for the 1,500 point difference between the two coffees. She very kindly tells me she'll go ask. She comes back and tells me that she is unable to do that and is very understanding. I tell her I appreciate her efforts and drive off. Very disappointed I wasn't able to receive at least something small as compensation because I was never notified that they didn't have frappes until I arrive and am at the second window. Also the coffee I received tasted off and wasn't able to finish it read more

Ordered through DoorDash due to weather & not wanting to get small children out. As usual they left something out, try explaining to a 4 & 2 yr old why they have to share 1 happy meal. When someone went up there to get missing item the lady working the window was extremely nice & professional. I can't say the same for the manager who was extremely rude & accused us of lying. Finally replaced the missing item. Apparently she needs a vacation & a refresher course in customer service! This could have all been avoided if they would have paid attention to begin with! read more

This is by far the best restaurant in Senatobia!! I went through the drive thru line quick and got my food hot and ready!! Never will have a complaint out of this restaurant!! Manager was also a super nice guy!! read more

Over the last few years the service has gotten increasingly worse. Management seems non-existent or simply just as lackluster as the servers. TIP: Do NOT leave the store or drive thru before checking your order. There is a 99.7% chance that it will be wrong. Really a pathetic excuse for a "business". read more

My first time coming to the McDonald's at this location and they were very busy but Ms.reneka (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the absolute sweetest soul . the Food was good , the carmel frappe was great , && seeing how they all worked together as a team and knocked the line they had out was amazing as well . Great hospitality, great manners, great workers and great food ! read more

My daughter order some raw chicken nuggets and the manger was rude and didn't refund her for the entire meal. Even though she return the whole meal. Will not be back. read more

By far the worst McDonald's in America. Young kids working there can't even comprehend, can't understand how to put an order in the computer and very rude. The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced read more

Definitely having a bad day at this McD. Floors in the whole place, especially the bathroom are prime for a slip and fall lawyer. Used the computer and the order was incorrect, still waiting as I write this. Beeper has been chirping the whole time I've been here. Staff of a few people appear to be running around aimlessly. Can't wait for the meals to arrive, this was supposed to be a quick travel stop. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. It's 22:21, credit card posted 11:53. No food but a promise by the manager that I will have it in two minutes. Delivered meals at 12:26, hope they're right. The fries are hot. The order was correct. The manager was very nice through the whole ordeal. Now she need to get that staff up to snuff. read more

2/16/20. This place is a poor excuse for a McDonalds. The manager was RUDE and she has NO people skills. She acted so IGNORANT over hot mustard sauces. She told me that I couldn't have more than 3 hot mustards for a 20 piece chicken nuggets I ordered. I then asked her how much it was, to buy one and she told me $.54 a piece.... I told her I wanted 5 and she acted like a crazy moron. She told me what I owed and I gave her $3 and she stated she was going to give me my change out of her own pocket and that's what she did. She actually told me to keep the extra penny with a sarcastic voice. Makes me wonder if she pocketed my money. Manager needs an attitude adjustment and/or FIRED!!! Corporate is next. They need to send some folks to this location and evaluate under cover!!! read more

This McDonald's is the worst restaurant in Senatobia. Food is always cold. Workers are rude. I took my son there for lunch and to play in the play area and they said they was only open for drive-through and we could not play in a play area and kicked us out. read more

McDonald's - a mcdonald's with a red roof - Burgers Near Me - Senatobia, Mississippi

I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I begin. First, if you use the drive-through, make sure you check your order before you leave. I have never once gotten food from this place and not had something screwed up. Second, when you're ordering the food, someone needs to tell the girl on the mic to shut the f up. I can't even get the whole name of the item out before she cuts me off. And then they get an attitude because I'm not finished. That brings me to my Third problem, they have such a BAD attitudes. They do not need to be working in customer service if they wanna act like this. It's funny to me that you people want $15 an hour and you can't even get a f-ing order right. How hard is it to put two patties on a Mc double, no onions when I ask for no onions or to give me a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke when I order a Dr Pepper. It's quite sad. And I'm not even kidding you this is every single time that I have gone to this location. I'm at my wits end so best believe I won't be going here again. read more

Drive thru was fast and efficient, food was hot and fresh. All three employees encountered were kind and courteous.

Just don't go. Worst service ever. Couldn't break a $20.00 bill. Got order wrong. Rude rude rude. Told them we were in a hurry after waiting so long for change and she announced it to the rest of the staff that this man says he is in a hurry, very sarcastically. Rude rude rude. read more

and they want 15 dollars a hour lady hands me a large coke with no ice. and i say i would like ice in my drink she says it is and there was 2 pieces in there. so she got all pissed abd did all but thru drink back at me. i guess to work here u just need a pulse !!!! read more

The people were very rude, wouldn't take our order when we explained to them that we could not go through the drive through and then lied to us and said a computer wouldn't work to take our order when we saw another crew member take someone's order seconds before. read more

Good food but people stand around act like they don't know what to do

If you intend to use the drive-through, make sure you check all of your food before you drive off---only once did we actually receive OUR order, or the ENTIRETY of our order. Almost every single time, they will either not give you straws for your drink, get your order wrong, give you someone elses order...or their fountain drinks will lack syrup and be PURE carbonated water. If you decide to go inside, you first have to walk past the staff, who have decided they should be able to lounge with their friends all over the dining area or out front on the benches, where they glare at you and huff if you walk past them. The floors are dirty. Many times the air conditioner is broken. The drink machines are frequently out of everything but Hi-C and Powerade, they are out of ketchup, and the napkins are littered all over the place instead of in the holders. Dirty handprints that were on the windows the last time you visited will still be there. The restrooms are covered in feces smeared across the stalls and the toilets are clogged. When you try to order inside, you will be surprised to learn that no matter what time of day, the ice cream machine is always out of order and there's going to be a lengthy wait for your food. Promotions that are going on in other McDonald's around the country will not be honored here, nor will coupons. Signs may still be up outside proclaiming that you can get a soda for $1, but when you order it you will be charged substantially more without warning. Good luck with that dollar menu. If you don't already feel uneasy, wait until you're told at the last minute that they're not currently accepting credit or debit and will need you to pay for everything in cash. And your receipt? Illegible, as they never replace the ink cartridge. If at the end of receiving terrible food with terrible service in a terrible atmosphere you think the best thing to do is notify the management...best of luck to you. Ken-Kel management has evidently received so many complaints about their various stores they send everything straight to voice mail and have no intentions of ever calling you back. The best you can hope for is the generic McDonald's response sent out on behalf of the main office. read more

Never been too impressed with this McDonalds. It's a shame, considering that there are some really great McD's out there serving up delicious Americana meals. But sometimes, I will break down and go here to get some fries and chicken nuggets - they've never messed those up, quite yet. read more

If there was a negative rating scale I'd give it one. This ole booty ass restaurant took half a century just to get their lazy ass up to take my order. Next the lady had a half smoked cig in her ear so that was appealing, and when I finally got my order she gave me back incorrect change, fries all in the bag not in the box, and a sloppy sandwich with 60% of it mayo. Booty ass service, dusty ass employees, loud ass kids running around. This place is dead hit up Burger King around the corner read more

No stars for Senatobia, Ms. McDonald's on Norfleet. Went through drive thru. Pulled up to first window to pay. The girl (Neckbone) ask if I had.... (speaking too fast to understand) . I asked if she could make a print out so I could make sure order was right. Into the window stepped a woman who starts yelling at me. I told her to stop yelling at me, but she continued. I asked her to leave (3 times) and let the first girl work with me. She continued to yell at me. When I asked for the number for her manager, she said she was the General Manager. I finally had had all the yelling she was going to do. I parked my car and went in, and told her to come out and yell at me again. She again said she was the General Manager and continued her yelling, saying that is the way she talks, so I yelled right back at her. She told me to leave and I said not until I get Corporate's number. She said she was calling the cops and I said yes call the cops. I asked Neckbone for the number which she was kindly getting for me when this "manager" hands me her phone saying it was her manager. Still this women is yelling at me while I'm on the phone with who I thought was the real G.M., she takes my number and says she will call me right back, but that didn't happen. I travel through Mississippi several times a month. I will never stop in that town again. If that manager is allowed to speak like that to customers, just imagine who she talks to the staff. Employees don't make great employees when mistreated by management. And customers don't return when treated that way. read more

The service is terrible, most of the workers act like first graders. They are usually playing on their phones and the place is filthy

Horrible service. Always out of something. Mustard?? Really? No shake flavors. The coffee, especially the McCafe ones, have always tasted burnt and lacking the noted flavor. The staff - LOUD! And just seem to get annoyed if you walk in, and just plain rude. Yeah, we finally decided Sonic or Back Yard Burgers will get our business. read more

Worst service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. The "crew lead" who rang us up wasn't friendly or personable. We had an order for two adults, four kids, repeated the order, repeated all drinks, repeated my Big Mac. They shorted us a Big Mac which isn't a big deal until you get four kids loaded back in the truck. They didn't ring it up so we had to wait and order it again. When we got back in the truck we realized my boyfriend was missing his burger. So he ate his cheesy bacon fries... until he found a hair. We were already on the interstate so I called the restaurant. The extremely rude girl claiming to be a manager interrupted me twice to say "So... what are you missing? Ma'am. We're busy! What are you kidding? What do you need? Hold on.!" When she came back I asked for the district managers' name. Her tone slightly changed. Another manager got on the phone and was actually apologetic which is all we needed. That and a refund ‍ Terrible terrible service. Aaaaand just bit into my Big Mac. No sauce. It's not even warm. read more

Extremely long wait for food. In drive thru 20 minutes. You're better off going to Applebees next door or Hardee's.

If I could give this place less that a one star, I would. I never leave reviews, ever. But I feel this needs to be known. I come here every single morning to order coffee before going to work. Today, they gave me coffee in a busted cup, which spilled all over my cup holder when I set it down. I went inside to ask for another drink and half of the drink was inside my car due to the crack on the cup. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. She snatched the coffee out of my hands, slammed it inside another plastic cup and gave it back to me. I told her it was just going to continue spilling into the other cup and a lot of my drink had already spilled, I asked if she could just make another one. I paid almost $5 for the coffee to only drink some of it because they gave it to me in a broken cup. She said she refused to do that because there was nothing wrong with the coffee that was left. I asked for my money back, and as I was leaving she screamed at me in front of the entire restaurant to have a great day. This experience was Highly embarrassing and stressful to say the least. This establishment will never have my business again. read more

I dread walking in the door of this McDonald's......it is dirty, the staff could care less if they serve you or not. Stay away!

If I could give zero stars,I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. We whave by at midnight this past weekend hoping for a. Enter experience than last one which had us waiting for over 15 min for our food in the drive thru. This time there were a bunch of silly girls working. Drive thru was all that was open. Let's see: the McCafe machine was "down" & the shake machine was "down". Knowing how places like this operate, I asked was it really down or did they just not want to clean it. I heard giggling in the background from several stupid, silly girls. Knew it. They were too lazy to clean it. Then I ordered a coke even though the last 2 I had didn't have the mix set right. I was told it was also "down". We left without ordering anything. Let's see how funny the little girls think it is when I get finished reporting them to their manager & everyone up through corporate. I'm going to slam this McDonald's location via fb because I'm sick of consistently bad service & a poor attitude. And they want $15 an hour to giggle & tell customers things are "down"??? Pathetic **Update** I called just now to talk the manager who refused 3 times to give me her name & would only ask how she could help me. Supposedly those things are all down. I doubt it. But if so I asked her what is a customer supposed to think when u have giggly crap in the background. For that I got an apology but still no name. I could have been talking to the French fry cook. read more

Extremely bad attitude from staff this evening around 645 from both the cashier and the server at the window. At the window when I exchanged the toy from a recall the girl threw the apples at me! My children's eyes were like saucers when they came flying across the car. I was able to catch one bag and my son in passengers seat caught the other! Then to top it all off I waited and was never given my drink. After the apples incident I forgot to ask them for my drink ! Maybe because I had to ask for the apples that I ordered with my meal? Senatobia recently remodeled their store but they didn't change anything! Service is still poor and attitudes are horrible! I wished my baby girl didn't like McDonalds this way I would never have a reason to even pull into their parking lot. ! I have to go to Southaven for any decent service from McDonalds! read more

The drive through didnt ask if i wanted anything else, which i did. Then made it a separate order. They were excessively greasy and even my fries sucked. Didnt ask if i wanted ketchup either. read more
