This place needs to be shut down, multiple strands of hair in fry and burger. Extremely rude service, didn't get any of my menu items right. Not even worth the hassle to go back and change the order, probably would've got assaulted. read more

Me and mom ordered a $8 meal deal and a Frosty. Got to the window an it was $32 because the girl at the drive thru screwed up the order. Then got an attitude when told it was wrong. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

Online order. Had to wait in drive through for 10 minutes. They gave my my frosties and said park in the online parking spot. 10 more minutes. Went back in to ask for potato they left off. Got home and found missing salad dressing and no salt for the potato. Didn't eat salad. DRANK the Frosty. Do not recommend. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Also the staff was arguing and cussing at each other. We loaded our children back up and didn't ever bother ordering. read more

If I could give this less then a one I would, but the experience and customer service was terrible. First they took to long to take my order and just ignored me. As I looked around this place was Disgusting if I would have looked around before I ordered my food I would have not even came here. Also People where eating the food on the job infront of you and not in the back. read more

Worse Wendy's ever, should have looked at reviews before we stopped. Ordered multiple chicken sandwiches and a single Dave's, 2 sodes and fries, was in line in the drive through 4 cars deep. Finally got the order, and checked bag and thought the sandwiches were wrong because the wrappers all said different things than what was inside, so chicken said burger, burger said chicken and it was because I had to open the wrapper that I noticed food was cold. Opened the bag with the fries and tried one, and the fries were rubbery cold, not even room temp. I don't understand how long ago this must have been made to actually be cold, and there were 4 cars ahead of me, so I figured everything was going to be hot, nope. Handed both bags back to the manager and asked for my money back. Horrible, this is $35 worth of crap food, not today sister. Opened app and saw 1 star reviews with 21 reviews. PAY ATTENTION WENDYS CORPORATE. read more

This place is ok. The food is pretty good but the employees can be kind of rude. Nothing wrong with the food, but it's the workers and the prices. I know it's hard to get good help, but if the employees would at least try to be nicer and not be like, "What do you want?" The prices are high for a fast food places such as this (like everything else right now). But $65 for four meals at a fast food restaurant does not sound like a reasonable price at all. Besides that, it's a good place to eat and it's an ok place to go to the bathroom (even though I just go through the drive-in part most of the time). If you want good food and a good place to go to the bathroom, I recommend here. read more

We came in to eat before a tee ball game and the drink machine was disgusting. The tables were sticky and not clean. Don't recommend eating inside. read more

Wow, boy-o-boy, where to start? I had to have caught this place at a bad time. I would like to think that your experience will be massively different, but they were falling apart when I rolled up. Something to drink? They had 4 sodas to pick from, no water, no lemonade, 4 sodas. Half the foods were not available. They had ketchup and ghost papper ranch to dip the nugs in. Know why they had ghostpepper ranch? It's gross. In out kids meal, apples were subbed with fries. Milk, of course, had to be one of the sodas. Yeesh, they must have missed a huge order or the manager had mental breakdown. Either way, approach with caution. Danger, Will Robinson, danger. read more

Building is nice. Service was horrible. Rude. No smile and mean to each other behind the counter. Bathrooms was a one stall and really dirty. The only thing this Wendy's has going for it and the only reason I even go is that it's a Wendy's. The customer service is terrible and untrained. I've never had an experience where everything went right. Orders are always messed up and the staff are always rude. The management and ownership should be ashamed I've worked in fast food and the way they conduct business here is unacceptable and not even deserving of 7.25. These staff should be making 3 dollars an hour the way they act and conduct business. read more

Disgusting! I just trashed my food and am driving to Popeyes. Not only was the staff less than enthused to take our order we had to wait while watching two bugs crawl overhead, one of which was a roach. Restaurant is grimy and dirty. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! $20 for 2 burger meals. Both orders were completely wrong and had hair in my food. Employees did not want to refund but only did so with a threatened call to corporate office. Definitely will NOT be back and will not recommend. read more

This Wendy's always have fresh foods and best customer service. Love going here for lunch and dinner.

The food at this Wendy's is sometimes cold, there is never ketchup. I have gone several times and all the times I've gone there is no ketchup. The coke also doesn't taste like coke. read more

Service is the slowest and the inside is always gross. Bugs flying around. Service is slow in drive thru as well.

Don't bother swinging through the drive through unless you have an hour of spare time!

The owner(s) of this Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves. And corporate Wendy's should demand better from something that bears its name. I've never visited a more run-down, dirty, falling apart restaurant in my life. The wallpaper on all the walls was stapled to the wall if it was held up at all. The walls and pictures on it were dirty and the walls probably haven't seen a washcloth or a paintbrush since the place opened. Floors were sticky and the seats were dirty (like sweaty kind of dirty). The servers were kind. But I wouldn't eat anything from a place that looked like this placed looked. Shame on you Wendy's. read more

Don't stop here. It takes way too long to receive any kind of service and once service is received, the employees aren't exactly thrilled. Less than half of the time, the order isn't even correct and pieces of the order are usually missing. If the order is correct, it is usually undercooked or cold. The conditions in the restaurant are not sanitary. I don't see how this place is still operating. read more

This place is just awful waited in line for 45 minutes and no one answered the intercom and when I drove around they were all standing around . EXTREMELY poor service . Said I would never go back the last time I was there a year ago. A friend wanted to meet me there so I tried again. Pathetic management. The food isn't bad for a chain burger. This is possibly the most out of date Wendy's I have ever been in. It is so run down and in serious need of a remodel. This must be a broke franchisee, but I can't believe that corporate let's them get away with this level of decay. read more

Worst wendys ever! Went to order no one there... Pull up no one at the window. We drove away came back another time same crappy employees with an I don't give a crap attitude. Got smashed food to much mayo and mushy with old fries we threw it out. And will never will go back again. read more

I went to Wendy's and ordered a small chocolate Frosty for me and a small vanilla for someone else. Mine was so melted, it was almost chocolate milk. The vanilla Frosty was frozen the way it was supposed to be. If they had told me that the chocolate machine was malfunctioning, I would have ordered a vanilla. I don't treat myself very often and I don't appreciate that it wasn't much of a treat. read more

Went to the drive-thru here yesterday at 2PM. Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger combo. After receiving my order I pulled over to eat in their parking lot and check some emails. When I opened the burger wrapper I immediately noticed the bun was glistening with grease and the burger was sitting in a small puddle of grease in the wrapper. I put a napkin on top of the bun and underneath the bottom bun and both were soaked immediately in grease. The burger patty itself looked like it had been cooked long ago and just been left sitting in a metal container full of grease. I took the burger back inside and told the woman at the counter that it was the most disgusting burger I had ever seen. She apologized and said she would make me another right away. My mistake was to not request my money back and just leave. The next burger was ok, but the burger patty itself was the same as the last. This place is just nasty and disgusting. I would love to know what kind of rating this place gets from the health department. I think the only reason they stay in business is because it's right next to the interstate. I will never go back! Oh, and later in the day I think I got some mild food poisoning. Many trips to the bathroom and I vomited before going to bed last night. This place should be closed! A horrible example of a Wendy's! read more
