Worse Wendy's ever, should have looked at reviews before we stopped. Ordered multiple chicken sandwiches and a single Dave's, 2 sodes and fries, was in line in the drive through 4 cars deep. Finally got the order, and checked bag and thought the sandwiches were wrong because the wrappers all said different things than what was inside, so chicken said burger, burger said chicken and it was because I had to open the wrapper that I noticed food was cold. Opened the bag with the fries and tried one, and the fries were rubbery cold, not even room temp. I don't understand how long ago this must have been made to actually be cold, and there were 4 cars ahead of me, so I figured everything was going to be hot, nope. Handed both bags back to the manager and asked for my money back. Horrible, this is $35 worth of crap food, not today sister. Opened app and saw 1 star reviews with 21 reviews. This place is ok. The food is pretty good but the employees can be kind of rude. Nothing wrong with the food, but it's the workers and the prices. I know it's hard to get good help, but if the employees would at least try to be nicer and not be like, "What do you want?" The prices are high for a fast food places such as this (like everything else right now). But $65 for four meals at a fast food restaurant does not sound like a reasonable price at all. Besides that, it's a good place to eat and it's an ok place to go to the bathroom (even though I just go through the drive-in part most of the time). Wow, boy-o-boy, where to start? I had to have caught this place at a bad time. I would like to think that your experience will be massively different, but they were falling apart when I rolled up. Something to drink? They had 4 sodas to pick from, no water, no lemonade, 4 sodas. Half the foods were not available. They had ketchup and ghost papper ranch to dip the nugs in. Know why they had ghostpepper ranch? It's gross. In out kids meal, apples were subbed with fries. Milk, of course, had to be one of the sodas. Building is nice. Service was horrible. Rude. No smile and mean to each other behind the counter. Bathrooms was a one stall and really dirty. Toilet paper as out of the holder and hand paper dispenser was running all over the floor and trash was overflowing. Got the order incorrect. No napkins or condiments in the bag. read more

The only thing this Wendy's has going for it and the only reason I even go is that it's a Wendy's. The customer service is terrible and untrained. I've never had an experience where everything went right. Orders are always messed up and the staff are always rude. The management and ownership should be ashamed I've worked in fast food and the way they conduct business here is unacceptable and not even deserving of 7.25. The owner(s) of this Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves. And corporate Wendy's should demand better from something that bears its name. I've never visited a more run-down, dirty, falling apart restaurant in my life. The wallpaper on all the walls was stapled to the wall if it was held up at all. The walls and pictures on it were dirty and the walls probably haven't seen a washcloth or a paintbrush since the place opened. Floors were sticky and the seats were dirty (like sweaty kind of dirty). The servers were kind. But I wouldn't eat anything from a place that looked like this placed looked. Don't stop here. It takes way too long to receive any kind of service and once service is received, the employees aren't exactly thrilled. Less than half of the time, the order isn't even correct and pieces of the order are usually missing. If the order is correct, it is usually undercooked or cold. The conditions in the restaurant are not sanitary. I don't see how this place is still operating. read more

I went to Wendy's and ordered a small chocolate Frosty for me and a small vanilla for someone else. Mine was so melted, it was almost chocolate milk. The vanilla Frosty was frozen the way it was supposed to be. If they had told me that the chocolate machine was malfunctioning, I would have ordered a vanilla. Went to the drive-thru here yesterday at 2PM. Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger combo. After receiving my order I pulled over to eat in their parking lot and check some emails. When I opened the burger wrapper I immediately noticed the bun was glistening with grease and the burger was sitting in a small puddle of grease in the wrapper. I put a napkin on top of the bun and underneath the bottom bun and both were soaked immediately in grease. The burger patty itself looked like it had been cooked long ago and just been left sitting in a metal container full of grease. I took the burger back inside and told the woman at the counter that it was the most disgusting burger I had ever seen. She apologized and said she would make me another right away. My mistake was to not request my money back and just leave. The next burger was ok, but the burger patty itself was the same as the last. This place is just nasty and disgusting. I would love to know what kind of rating this place gets from the health department. I think the only reason they stay in business is because it's right next to the interstate. I will never go back! Oh, and later in the day I think I got some mild food poisoning. Many trips to the bathroom and I vomited before going to bed last night. This place should be closed!
