I had downloaded the mcds app and it had 40pc nugget meal for 9$ i was ready to throwdown on some nuggets so i went in ordered took the gal at the counter forever to figure out why when i ordered the amount wouldnt register down ...finally a manager came out and said " oh well it says right here at participating mcds!" One thing that makes McDonalds McDonald's is consistency. Theoretically you should know what to expect when you order. That is NOT the case at this location. I keep coming back here because it's the only quick food option within a few miles of my house, and also because I keep telling myself the poor quality of food I got the previous time was a one off situation. At this point I'm just going to accept this location is absolute sh** Tonight my crispy chicken club sandwich was almost all breading with no chicken, the shredded lettuce was super sloppy (most of it on the bottom of the box, the Mayo was super sparse so the sandwich was dry, it was cold, and each bite took like 100 chews before you could swallow it down, so I couldn't even eat half of it before giving up. This morning I got called a bitch by the window clerk while I'm trying to order my food through the McDonald mobile app. She told me I'm holding up the line, I'm also a customer just because I'm not ordering through you I can pick up my order there also. Their cook who was on break in uniform, was FaceTimeing someone and pointing the camera at me and my coworker(and her child) and recording us. When caught she denied everything and was rude as hell. The owner and corporate have done nothing to reprimand this unprofessional worker and corporate was rude to my coworker when she called to report it. This is also the same location that tried to scam sugar tax out of people when they arent really considered seattle and jesse jones did an expose on that. This usually is my coffee stop on my way to work, but i let the manager know to let the owner know that i wouldnt be back and i might let my several hundreds of coworkers a lot of them who stop by their know how the situation was handled. That cook should be written up and/or fired for recording guests and making fun of them. When all we were doing was ordering dinner after a long day of hard work(which miss Nita the unprofessional cook could learn how to do instead of being rude to customers). read more

Ordered with the McDonald's app. I went inside to wait for my order and eventually the screen showed that it was finished but I didn't see my order. I then thought they were probably just finishing it up so I waited a bit longer. Then I came up to ask them about my order an they informed me that I did not order here. I looked up to see my order number on the screen and I looked it up on my phone. I then proceeded to show them that I chose this address and the manager/supervisor looked on her screen and she said I didn't order there. I then told her it was on the now serving screen displayed to me. A minute later she pulls a bag out and places it on the counter with stickers saying delivery on it. They made a mistake with my order and I did not get an apology from them. They just acted like I was in the wrong and went on with their business. read more

Never thought I'd write a review on McDonalds but, consumer beware. Higher prices and poor execution. Orders or food prep is wrong about 45% of the time. Even when you double check before leaving, you start eating and ask yourself "whats wrong with this spicy chicken sandwich?". Ohhhhhh forgot to open the sandwich to see if they remembered the spicy sauce. Drive to the next "nearest to me" McD so a simple meal isn't just wrong. read more

Depending on what time you go and who helps the service will vary. Usually the staff is really nice and the wait time isn't bad. Tonight I went for coffee through the drive through and was told they were closed. They close at 11pm and I was trying to order a coffee at 10:50. 1. Stay open until your "close time" 2. One coffee doesn't take more than 10min to prepare so theoretically I could have ordered, payed, and left, all before closing. read more

One problem, rarely gets order correct, went through the drive thru today, got to the second window and they asked me to pull around park and wait for a McChiken. really, number one i went to drive thru because i dont want to park in your lot and end up with damage from the undersized parking stalls.
