Terrible service we ordered curbside they told us our food was ready after 10 minutes and proceeded to not bring it out for 30 minutes so then we had to go inside and get our order which was just sitting on the counter cold and they didn't have our drinks. One of the bags was completely empty so they had to take it back and put food in there. Then we had to get our own drinks because the person who was supposed to be doing drinks was sitting in the back doing nothing. The manager also went to the back and proceeded to not come out, even though the dining area was full of people waiting on their food. They were also rude when dealing with customers who had already payed. They also weren't wearing gloves and touching the food with their bare hands. read more

Waited for someone to take our order for over 20minutes Manager right up front staring at us and nothing. So we ordered on the touch screen kiosks Girl comes outta nowhere from kitchen hair in a sideways 80s style ponytail and takes a mans order that came up after us and is playing with her the whole time. She leaves counter and goes straight to handling food and never washed her hands.. lobby tables disgusting Kitchen floors disgusting Drink area disgusting and just trashy looking everywhere Manager just ignoring everything workers walking around no hats nasty dirty clothes and it seems like there's no control over the shift at all.. got my food finally and the fry's are cold and soggy just gross... Dirtiest McDonald's I've seen in a long time. Only 2 other guest inside yet all the tables were dirty along with fries, crumbs, and trash on the floor. The lobby floor is sticky throughout. It's also really hot in lobby cause apparently their AC is broke. The only saving grace was fries were fresh upon my request. read more

What does it take to get a double quarter pounder meal meat & cheese only and a drink with no ice at this McDonalds? So far they have gotten it wrong twice! First day- got someone else's food in the drive thru. Called mgr said to come back and they would fix it. Went in the store today & with only one order ahead of me, it took over 20 minutes from the time I walked in to get my food. The 3 people behind me got their orders before I did. Then they had to remake my drink because they put ice in it and my hamburger had everything on it - not what I ordered. Also, I hope that the frozen food in my trunk didn't defrost. Plus several employees had their masks under their noses & at the register it was under her mouth. Spoke with another manager and they will make it for me for free next time. The one on race street is horrible service cold as can be food that is burned and has very rude employees.

McDonald's is phasing out human to human contact. It is no longer a place were you feel welcome. The employees are great however the company is not. I will try to find a place where humans are welcome. read more

this was one of the worst visits I have had with McDonald's. The person taking my order was very rude and made me repeat myself multiple times. They also refused to serve me a medium French Fry around 2:45am, which is normally when I go because I work night shift at a near by hospital. When I tried to pay for my food she was very rude and threw the window shut. Then instead of my 2 large sweet teas I got 2 large half full unsweet teas with no ice. I tried to call and see if they just hadn't sweetened the tea yet but she hung up on me after she realized I was the girl that wanted French Fries. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds anytime soon. read more

Had I reviewed this franchise location before today, it definately would've rated one star. Some of the things I've frequently experienced at this location include: long wait time after ordering, mixed up orders, being ignored while waiting for a cashier to take my order, and managers chewing out and berating employees at the cash register. HOWEVER...this morning was a completely different experience for me. Granted it was early morning and only 3 other customers were in the store, but the staff was curteous, helpful, and the manager was working with (not standing around watching) the staff. Could these be signs of change for the good? read more
