If you get sick from eating the food served at this McDonald's, I wouldn't be surprised! CROSS-CONTAMINATION RISKS!!! Monday, August 5th, 2026, 9:10PM - I ordered 2 fried apple pies, 2 strawberry'n cream pies, 13 cookies, 4 McChicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger through the McDonald's app. (I had custom ordered my sandwiches, and after leaving and making another stop, I had checked my order and saw that they were made incorrectly.) I returned to the McDonald's and alerted the staff at the Drive-thru window [speaker] of the mistake, and they asked me to pull around to the second window. At the window, I was greeted by a kind young lady who asked about the problem with my order. I told her that my pastries were correct, but that my sandwiches were made incorrectly and that I'd like to have them fixed/re-made. She went and spoke with a manager and then returned and said that the manager wanted me to hand them, through the drive-thru window, my entire order. I told her that it was only the three sandwiches that I had separated from the rest of the order, but she said the manager insisted that he still wanted the whole order. I complied, and the manager came back to tell me that my order was correct. I told him that it wasn't correct and then he started getting loud and telling me that I'm wrong and that my order was correct. He, O'Neal (the supposed manager in question (who wasn't wearing any name badge)), continued to argue back and forth with me, without checking the receipt to see that he was at fault, and instead continued to show his ignorance and lack of good customer service by continuing to argue. I mentioned how this was a mishandling of the situation; and that "taking my food, to check it next to their other prepared food," was a cross contamination violation according to the Arkansas Department of Health Food Safety, at which he got annoyed and handed me back the correct portion of my order. I then told him that due to all of his arguing, and unprofessionalism, that I'd like him to refund my entire order, and give me his name and the phone number to corporate! He have me his name, and said I should be able to find corporate info. somewhere on the receipt; and he said that he can't do a refund, as I can only request a refund through the app, since my purchase wasn't ordered in store (at which point he also gave me back the incorrect sandwiches, that hadn't been corrected) and snarkily said, "Now, have a blessed day." I tried contacting the number on the receipt by calling and leaving messages on 5 separate occasions, over the next two days, none of which were returned. At present, I have reported the mishandling of the food, and possible cross-contamination to the White County Health Unit, and cited 3 infractions: 1.) Contamination of the Prep Line; 2.) Failure to Prevent Cross-Contamination; 3.) Improper Handling of Returns. I suggest that people who care about their health and the quality of their food, to eat WITH CAUTION at the McDonald's located at 600 S Main St., Searcy, AR!!! read more

I had an excellent experience at McDonald's today. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt welcoming and well organized. The dining area was very clean, the tables were wiped down, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful. They greeted customers with a positive attitude and worked quickly to keep the line moving smoothly. My order was taken accurately, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was correct before handing it to me. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy, and my burger was put together neatly and exactly how I ordered it. It was clear that the kitchen staff cared about making sure the food quality was good. Another thing I appreciated was how fast the service was. Even though there were several customers, my order came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. Everything was packaged neatly and ready to go. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald's visits I've had in a while. The combination of friendly service, clean environment, fast service, and fresh food made the experience really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location to others and will be happy to visit again in the fut read more

Let me tell you, the food...shit. I asked for extra mayo and they gave me extra nut. The service almost made me shoot my own balls off, they can't hear for shit and don't get me started on the ambiance, I don't have eyes anymore. read more

I been at McDonalds all my life, but time and time again there LINES, LINES, LINES!!!!! When I went yesterday, there was a line to order, and when it gets worst, IT DOES!!!! They always say "We waiting on meat", when you are a burger restaurant, your lucky your burgers good, other wise this a one star. read more

People who work there are very rude I wish I knew the name of the girl who took our order this morning because she was very rude toward my 4 year old grandson... They had a little red box in front of the cash register, and it had a little lock on it well my grandson was touching the lock on the top of it & she swatted at his hand & said no don't do that & oh my gosh I seriously wanted to go off on her.... You don't touch my grandson like that. It's bs & nobody working there was friendly. They all look snotty and rude. It's definitely a place that I don't care to go back to.... I give it two thumbs down read more

Service is slow, I ordered @8:13 simple breakfast sandwich. It's 8:29 and still waiting, noticed one guy has came back inn2x complaining about them getting his order wrong. Another female also been back in to complain about her drive thru order missing items. read more

Work for the cook is to much pressure and to many orders for two people with complex system to prepare a cheeseburger.

Fast food my ass had to wait 20 minutes for an order ahead while watching cars that got there after us get there food first

Food was cold- and they don't have napkins! Lol- no napkins. How does a place not have napkins?????

I was charged for an item they were out of and they refused to refund me. Don't be surprised if you were waiting long periods of time in the drive thru for your order to be taken, eating inside is closed, the buns are stale or if they ran out of ketchup. It is always something with this location. read more

Didn't get my order right charged me for a frappe when I ordered a hash brown like come on bro. Also I tried telling her when I was ordering I didn't want one and when she handed me it. I was charged unfairly read more

This location is awful!! Every staff is unhappy and rude. The lady that was taking orders was rude, I couldn't see the menu because it had the previous persons order still on it and when I told her she said "well just tell me what you want" very rudely. Then at the cashier window the lady was on her phone and wouldn't look up to see I was out there in the rain with my window down waiting to pay, after finally seeing me she tells me my total as she's STILL on her phone not looking at me so I pretended I didn't hear her and she sticks her arm out to take the payment I gave her my card and she gave me a snobby look as she hands me back my card and continues to go on her phone again. Very disappointed with this location. DOOO BETTER!!! read more

Food was okay. About what you would expect from a McDonald's. However, the store was run very poorly. Don't know who's fault it is, but I know that every time I eat there, the lack of communication between employees ends up with me either getting the wrong food, or just not getting it at all. Both of the locations in Searcy aren't great, but this one is the one I have the most consistent problems with read more

I got a double quarter pounder and was told there were single quarter pounder's and was served a double scoop of lettuce and a smiley face with the ketchup. I never got a call back from the store and now I have to leave the restaurant and wasn't allowed back. read more

So I get a McChicken off the dollar menu... I bite in to it and find little bone pieces! My teeth were not expecting that... not pleased. Not to mention it took nearly 15min to get my food. Not using this McDonald's again. read more

Nice people, wait times are long sometimes but eh, I'm not a child so I can wait for my food. Employees work hard under the stress of impatient "adults" throwing a fit all the time for some bs reason or another and the fact they don't tell them to buzz off is a miracle. read more

I got super sloppy burgers that were cold and stale. I went on their "leave us a comment on your visit" site listed on the receipt and it took me to their main page so I left a bad review. I'm not going to sugar coat it just because it's the company website. I got a call a few days later from the manager here and she was VERY upset I insulted her store. She asked if she had the correct name and I said "Yes ma'am". She quickly followed it up with "So you made a complaint against my store care to elaborate on that?" I didn't really know what to say so she said again, more irritated- "You filed a complaint against my store so what's the issue here. Tell me." She didn't yell at me, it was all tone. We talked for a few minutes and I told her the issue, and now evidently next time I go in, ask for her directly and she will remedy the food situation. Thanks but no thanks. I actually left in my review that I thought the attitudes in this location had changed and they were very nice that time and I could tell they were making an attempt to clean house, along with other nice comments. I just said they need to do something about the quality of the food they're sending out. Guess I was wrong. If McDonald's had left it as is, it would've been fine but that really tense, almost threatening phone call was enough for me. I will NEVER visit this place again, and neither will anyone I know (though they all told me not to go in the first place). read more

McDonald's - a message from a customer - Burgers Near Me - Searcy, Arkansas

Restaurant was nasty inside, tables were all dirty with food stuck to them. The soda machine and lid dispensers were nasty also. Our order took a long time and when it was ready our fries were cold and stale. Also ordered an iced coffee and it was basically just milk, no coffee flavor at all. read more

Same old fast food. Had Big Mac because hadn't had in years. Still get that sick feeling later for eating fast food. People were pleasant. Place was clean. I just don't like fast food. read more

I'm so tired of being asked to "pull forward" every time I go through the drive thru. All in the world they're doing is trying to cheat a dang timer system that reflects their performance reviews. If you want your drive thru times reduced then make the orders quicker, otherwise make it the best you can and accept that you're posting real times. Here recently I've stopped pulling forward when they ask, especially if it's a small order and/or there's no one behind me, usually my order comes to the window within 10-15 seconds. They're having you pull forward just to get you out of their timer system, then you have to wait a couple minutes for an order that was probably ready within 15 seconds of you pulling up to pickup window but they need to lie to their corporate about their drive thru times. read more

Ok, so they get a 4/5 bcuz I went one morning recently on my lunch break, I was craving chicken nuggets, and they were closed due to short staffing! Never in my life have I known Mickey D's to be closed lol. Oh well, I still like them. read more

OK first of all the night staff here is terrible mainly the one man working at the first window. When I came back with an order the screwed up I had the window shut in my face mid sentence. Preceding to the next window I was told if it wasn't on the receipt it wasn't there fault I had the reviept it was on there so they fixed it and then wouldn't say a word to me when handing me my food back (that the kitchen screwed up not me!). Got home and my husbands big Mac literally had both parties together with two buns at the bottom do he fixed it and ate it but honestly how hard is it to have put the patties where the actually go. Burgers were cold and nasty to top it off cheese was still cold wasn't melted . read more

I come here all the time but no more. There are several roaches inside and it's disgusting. Every time I go i get my burger plain, and it's ALWAYS got all the toppings on in which i will not eat. they also never give me the sauce i asked for. it's like they can't read or can't follow directions. i'm no longer a customer. read more

I love there Big Macs and quarter pounders! Also, there ice coffee is super delicious! Keep up the good work, McDonald's!!!!

I waited to write this review till I had calmed a little. This will be the last time I come to this location, as it is quite literally the worst one in this state. The fries tasted/felt like they had been sitting out since the previous night, terribly cold, stale and left a weird film in your mouth. Both chicken sandwiches were made incorrectly and were cold as well. Tomatoes were sour as if they were soaked in the pickle juice, and the pickles were limp and flavorless which is almost funny. I could go on near endlessly about this visit, as everything was of the worst quality sadly. I will never go back, and everyone that I can convince to stay away from this disgusting mess is another person saved from a disgusting encounter. 0/5 is more appropriate for what this place is. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment and go to the burger king, or the McD across town where they have better service and food. read more

I came to this McDonalds to kill time while we were waiting to pick someone up. I needed a place where the kids could play while we waited. The playplace here is disgusting! It took 11 minutes for them to serve me at the drive thru AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG! Really guys? ELEVEN minutes to give me an order that was wrong and was room temperature!? This place actually went out of its way to suck. I mean, these guys are pros at it. Unbelievable, the manager spent 10 minutes explaining to some kid and his dad that only kiddie cones were free. No one was served. The rest of the clown crew was on a break. One kid came off break, messed with a register, then walked away. I'm finding the same crapy service at many McDonalds. When you travel through Searcy and see the McDonalds drive thru sign, do exactly that...drive thru...town...go somewhere else. read more

I'm not lovin' it. The staff was inattentive (no syrup with a Big Breakfast, seriously?), there were flies in the eating area, and the food was only average. My wife's gravy (with her sausage biscuit and gravy) was too spicy. The Big Breakfast wasn't even listed on the breakfast menu. I had to ask about it. When I asked for the syrup for my Big Breakfast, they handed me only one. I had to ask for the second one. We'll go to Hardee's next time, even if they're less convenient. read more

Slowest fast food. They cater to drive up. Mc Donalds food is poor. Lots of restaurants near faster and better.

I was a patron of this store for a long time. Mainly because it is the one nearest to my route to go to school. Anyhow, the other day I ordered a sandwich and was "greeted" by a girl who was snotty, snide, and snarky. I was polite in return, she still wanted to be rude. White girl, brown hair, glasses, looked youngish. This girl wanted to argue the ingredients of an item I had ordered. I am pretty savvy about what I eat (I have a food allergy) and I am quite gracious when someone looks out for my well being. However, this girl was clueless about the ingredients, wanted to argue ARGUE with me about it. If you are going to be aggressive and snarky about something, make sure you have the right info first. Not only was she wrong, but she was RUDE wrong, and you lost a customer. I will go to the McDs on Race Street. read more

Ok, I stop by McDonald's at 430am a few times a week but they take so long in the drive thru averaging 10 minutes to get a biscuit and a coffee! It's not "fast food" by any means!
