I had an excellent experience at McDonald's today. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt welcoming and well organized. The dining area was very clean, the tables were wiped down, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful. They greeted customers with a positive attitude and worked quickly to keep the line moving smoothly. My order was taken accurately, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was correct before handing it to me. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy, and my burger was put together neatly and exactly how I ordered it. It was clear that the kitchen staff cared about making sure the food quality was good. Another thing I appreciated was how fast the service was. Even though there were several customers, my order came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. Everything was packaged neatly and ready to go. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald's visits I've had in a while. The combination of friendly service, clean environment, fast service, and fresh food made the experience really enjoyable. I was charged for an item they were out of and they refused to refund me. Don't be surprised if you were waiting long periods of time in the drive thru for your order to be taken, eating inside is closed, the buns are stale or if they ran out of ketchup. This location is awful!! Every staff is unhappy and rude. The lady that was taking orders was rude, I couldn't see the menu because it had the previous persons order still on it and when I told her she said "well just tell me what you want" very rudely. Then at the cashier window the lady was on her phone and wouldn't look up to see I was out there in the rain with my window down waiting to pay, after finally seeing me she tells me my total as she's STILL on her phone not looking at me so I pretended I didn't hear her and she sticks her arm out to take the payment I gave her my card and she gave me a snobby look as she hands me back my card and continues to go on her phone again. Don't know who's fault it is, but I know that every time I eat there, the lack of communication between employees ends up with me either getting the wrong food, or just not getting it at all. I got super sloppy burgers that were cold and stale. I went on their "leave us a comment on your visit" site listed on the receipt and it took me to their main page so I left a bad review. I'm not going to sugar coat it just because it's the company website. I got a call a few days later from the manager here and she was VERY upset I insulted her store. She asked if she had the correct name and I said "Yes ma'am". She quickly followed it up with "So you made a complaint against my store care to elaborate on that?" I didn't really know what to say so she said again, more irritated- "You filed a complaint against my store so what's the issue here. Tell me." She didn't yell at me, it was all tone. We talked for a few minutes and I told her the issue, and now evidently next time I go in, ask for her directly and she will remedy the food situation. Thanks but no thanks. I actually left in my review that I thought the attitudes in this location had changed and they were very nice that time and I could tell they were making an attempt to clean house, along with other nice comments. I just said they need to do something about the quality of the food they're sending out. Guess I was wrong. If McDonald's had left it as is, it would've been fine but that really tense, almost threatening phone call was enough for me. I'm so tired of being asked to "pull forward" every time I go through the drive thru. All in the world they're doing is trying to cheat a dang timer system that reflects their performance reviews. If you want your drive thru times reduced then make the orders quicker, otherwise make it the best you can and accept that you're posting real times. Here recently I've stopped pulling forward when they ask, especially if it's a small order and/or there's no one behind me, usually my order comes to the window within 10-15 seconds. They're having you pull forward just to get you out of their timer system, then you have to wait a couple minutes for an order that was probably ready within 15 seconds of you pulling up to pickup window but they need to lie to their corporate about their drive thru times. read more

OK first of all the night staff here is terrible mainly the one man working at the first window. When I came back with an order the screwed up I had the window shut in my face mid sentence. Preceding to the next window I was told if it wasn't on the receipt it wasn't there fault I had the reviept it was on there so they fixed it and then wouldn't say a word to me when handing me my food back (that the kitchen screwed up not me!). Got home and my husbands big Mac literally had both parties together with two buns at the bottom do he fixed it and ate it but honestly how hard is it to have put the patties where the actually go. I come here all the time but no more. There are several roaches inside and it's disgusting. Every time I go i get my burger plain, and it's ALWAYS got all the toppings on in which i will not eat. they also never give me the sauce i asked for. it's like they can't read or can't follow directions. i'm no longer a customer. read more

I waited to write this review till I had calmed a little. This will be the last time I come to this location, as it is quite literally the worst one in this state. The fries tasted/felt like they had been sitting out since the previous night, terribly cold, stale and left a weird film in your mouth. Both chicken sandwiches were made incorrectly and were cold as well. Tomatoes were sour as if they were soaked in the pickle juice, and the pickles were limp and flavorless which is almost funny. I could go on near endlessly about this visit, as everything was of the worst quality sadly. I will never go back, and everyone that I can convince to stay away from this disgusting mess is another person saved from a disgusting encounter. 0/5 is more appropriate for what this place is. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment and go to the burger king, or the McD across town where they have better service and food. read more

I'm not lovin' it. The staff was inattentive (no syrup with a Big Breakfast, seriously?), there were flies in the eating area, and the food was only average. My wife's gravy (with her sausage biscuit and gravy) was too spicy. The Big Breakfast wasn't even listed on the breakfast menu. I had to ask about it. I was a patron of this store for a long time. Mainly because it is the one nearest to my route to go to school. Anyhow, the other day I ordered a sandwich and was "greeted" by a girl who was snotty, snide, and snarky. I was polite in return, she still wanted to be rude. White girl, brown hair, glasses, looked youngish. This girl wanted to argue the ingredients of an item I had ordered. I am pretty savvy about what I eat (I have a food allergy) and I am quite gracious when someone looks out for my well being. However, this girl was clueless about the ingredients, wanted to argue ARGUE with me about it. If you are going to be aggressive and snarky about something, make sure you have the right info first. Ok, I stop by McDonald's at 430am a few times a week but they take so long in the drive thru averaging 10 minutes to get a biscuit and a coffee! It's not "fast food" by any means!
