Worst McDonald's around the area... Stay away from here, unless you want to leave upset and angry. Bad food, bad management, BAD service... BAD... HORRIBLE. And there are other rotten McDonald's around, but this one is consistently horrible. Just look at the reviews through the years ... Driving through town and figured we would pick up something for the kids after a day in the water. Ordered the usual, which isn't anything crazy, and pulled up to the window. After getting our drinks we were asked to pull up to the third window. Not unusual. Normally just means they have to make new fries or something. 18 minutes later we finally got our food. Never had to wait that long for fast food. Guess next time we will stop at Wendy's. read more

Went threw drive threw and burgers were dried out and I asked for extra pickels on my cheese burgers so they would make it fresh but who ever made it just put pickels on a dried out cheese burger and food was cold to top it off. One of the better looking McD's that I ever been to. The place is 100% renovated and it shows. The inside is set up with four TV's on a central wall with one facing in each direction. Several booths have a game system that you can play while waiting for you food, since there usually is a wait, or while you're eating. The downside to that system is that it's not uncommon to see employees who are, I guess on break, sitting at these booths and playing themselves. Overall we've never encountered any rude employees and aside from the occasional slow wait for our food things have been very positive here. This is a decent place to stop before or after a visit to the LV Zoo. read more

It is getting one star because of the girl who takes the order at the drive thru, whom is always pleasant. I don't remember her name but I believe she may have been pregnant. So anyway, the one who prepares the order can never get it right. It's a simple order of coffee with a few extras, that I pay for. 4 out of 10, it's wrong. I can't understand why, when it's printed on the screen. There is nothing more off-putting then getting on 78 for a 2 he ride with nasty coffee. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. What Aaron said is dead on. The drive thru service is more of a crawl through service. The staff is mostly rude and inattentive resulting in incomplete orders and/or receiving the wrong food. The construction has taken months and is in progress. Being the only McDonalds for probably 10 miles each way they keep getting customers due to a lack of other fast food options. read more

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible and the order is NEVER right! Every time I have gone I've been ask to go and wait in a spot till my food is ready. as a former employee of 2 years, i would just like to say, that place is a shithole. & when i say that, i mean management. TWO cases of sexual harassment, with just me, & nothing was done about it. there's multiple other females who can say the same. i will not say names, but the one manager, is just straight disrespectful. i give him 0 stars. how are you gonna straight out disrespect me, then tell me i should have respect for you? respect is a 2 way street. the amount of times i have almost walked out of there, is insane. the gm does absolutely nothing about anything there besides bash you, & talk about shit no one cares about. if you can avoid there, at all costs, do it. & do not have your child work there. our ac didn't work, so the kitchen came to 103° & it's supposed to be at around 70°. you know what they did? put a portable ac that cost them 5000$. instead of simply fixing it, & the new ac doesn't even come in till september. so at all costs, AVOID. read more

2 stars for the inattentive and rude staff. One of the girls that works there is the most insincere person I have ever met. She will always say "Have a great day" in the most uncaring voice you have ever heard, and doesn't seem to care about you at all. The food is usually pretty good, however, standard McD's. BAD SERVICE. Don't bother going inside. You could be the only one at the counter and at least a dozen cars driving through will get their order before you do. If you order a McFlurrie or a Smoothie, the rude staff will make you feel like you inconvienced them because they have to make it. The manager does not appear to want to help the staff in anyway, and never makes eye contact with me or other customers. POOR SERVICE. Too bad my kids enjoy an occasional McDonald's treat, otherwise I would never stop here ever again!!!!! read more

Like other commentators have said, service at this particular McDonalds is exceptionally slow and items ordered are frequently wrong and/or missing. Don't expext the store manager to be of any assistance as I found Carla to be rude and condescending. She shouted out of the drive thru window as I was leaving "We don't deliver". No truer words spoken, the Schnecksville McDonalds absolutely does not deliver service or courtesy. Avoid this store. read more
