The workers I interacted with were nice enough, but my order was incorrect. I ordered 6 nuggets with sweet and sour and a bacon qpc with only onions. I received nuggets with no sauce and a qpc without bacon and everything but onions. Another note would be that they had me pull into a parking space from the drive thru to wait for my food, and whilst sitting there, at least 3 more people that were behind me got their food and left before I got mine. This place is literally the worst. Never have the happy meal toys they advertise and give out super old ones, even though they told you they have the new ones. This location is filthy, McDonald's is known for clean bathrooms. Well this place was so smelly and urine on the floor dead flies on the handle of women bathroom door,Yuck,How can you kill a fly and leave it sticking on a door handle. I stopped in to buy a coffee and use the bathroom. After seeing the bathroom I was a little hesitant to buy anything but how can you mess up coffee. I went through the drive through and only ordered a few things, and was told to pull over into a spot to wait because they had dropped one of the sandwiches. Well then it took them over 20 minutes to get our food, and before we even got ours, about 4 or 5 cars where we saw multiple bags of food that were going into the same car, and ours was just one bag of food. Never went inside just drive thru mostly at 2 am craving after bars (Casey's pizza is still my go to at 2 am) but I was craving chicken sandwich and fountain drink. There were 6 cars in front of me and and I was waiting like 10 min before I ordered. WORST MCDONALDS EVER. The service is awful the workers don't greet you they shove your food at you and walk away. My fries I got today was half full not even an actual full size and my drink I got a root beer it was warm with no ice which I didn't ask for no ice. Not to mention I sat at the window looking at my bag of food for 10-15 mins before someone handed the bag to me and my warm ass drink. They need to get some new workers and management in this place. The other day I was really disappointed when I ordered one large coke for mobile pickup- the coke was WARM! I stirred it up a bit and all the ice was melted and it was totally watery. So I went around to tell them and get a new coke and they handed me one that was identical to the last- warm and watered down. The guy even told me "the coke machine is broken" while handing me the coke. The coke machine is apparently always broken because since then they put up a sign on the drivethru "coke machine is broken". This fast food location is not half bad, I really can't find anything wrong with the actual place because it's in a safe town, the only thing I have to complain about is the meat on the quarter pounder. it's not that it tastes bad, it's just a little dry and it help if you have fries and a soft drink to wash it down.
