I went after practice for something quick because it was 11pm and I got a 5 dollar meal deal and ordered a medium chocolate shake, which I did not receive, partially my fault because I drove away but everything else was good except my McChicken the bun was super floury on the bottom, I took one bite and all I could taste was flower. read more

Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's! Their food is never right when you order it the inside of this McDonald's is very dirty and nasty! Don't even get me started on their bathrooms eww! The workers have major attitude problems,the food is way overpriced for the toddler portions that they give you! absolutely horrible, i made a mobile order, got my two drinks and was asked to park at the mobile spot til my food was ready. 4/3/25 i ordered a hot fudge Sunday and a mc chicken and a coke and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a French vanilla latte, first they messed up my coffee and it wasn't the right coffee i ordered and they didn't add mayo on my mc chicken and it tasted dry, and they didn't give me another straw they only gave me 1 when i ordered 2 drinks, they also didn't give my sweet n sour and they didn't give a spoon for my hot fudge Sunday and they gave me a sprite when i ordered a coke, and i said extra salt for my fries an then they add ANY salt. Also ordered extra cream for my coffee and they didn't add any cream.. and there service sucks, been kicked out for no reason when one of the employees were being rude. Service in this Mcdonalds is a joke. They only have one register because they want to force you on kiosks. So many people didn't know how to use them so the line was incredibly long. They don't have a pop machine so you have wait in a long line to get a refill because they don't want you to get them. Then to get a refill they have to give you a whole new cup and the person at the register had to get it leading to an even longer line. Tables were all dirty, you could tell staff was stressed out because they were pulled in all directions. None of what they do here makes any sense. read more

I ordered from the app in a store parking lot today, so it would be ready for an easy pickup on my way home. I have a bunch of points accumulated, so threw in a fish sandwich, and since you can only use 1 item free on your points, mine will end up expired again. I added another fish for hubby, an order of fries and 2 drinks. I entered my credit card info. App told me to head to the restaurant, and go inside or park curbside and log in. I chose curbside, as I have arthritis and waiting in lines hurts. When i tried to enter my parking spot that I was there, I got the error message attached. Then another one popped over that one, listing message BS51. It told me to go in to the counter and show the message. I went in, 4 people ahead of me in line. When they got to the old man using a cane in front of me, he tried to order the fish sandwich 2 for ? special. The girl at the register didnt know how much it was, yelled at another girl, who also didn't know. They went to the back, came back and told that old man that the special price was only on the app apparently. He left. I showed them the screen on my phone with the error code. I was told, oh, that's the app, we dont have anything to do with that. They asked if i just wanted to place my order in there. I no longer had time to deal with it, so I said no, but please check to see if I got charged on the app. You guessed it, they couldn't do that either. Needless to say, at least 2 customers today walked away with nothing, and will never be back. Very poor customer service. read more

They have robots taking your order. I drive a truck and always get the "how may I take your order" and it NEVER takes my order. I've tried no less than 5 times and ALWAYS have to do it at the window and they are very impolite about it. 0/10 DONT GO THERE. read more

Horrible horrible service. Very rude, they make you wait and when your orders wrong it's your problem. Waited for an order to be done for almost 10 mins while half the staff stood around, there was a couple cars in the drive thru, and nobody in the lobby. After being stared at for 5 of the minutes I was waiting, I asked several staff about the order I was waiting for just for them to walk up and hand it to me. They have a brand new pick up rack for mobile orders and deliveries but refuse to use it, and make people wait, just to be rude and act like you're the problem. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get our food and 3 return trips to the counter to get everything correct (and we still were shorted a beverage...I gave up). The dining area was atrociously dirty. The trash bins were all full with empty trays stacked like cordwood on top of them. Tables were filthy. Floor was filthy. Mop bucket with dirty water and mop in the middle of the floor. And this was all at a time when the place was empty!! I seriously hope someone with some authority does something about this place. I will NEVER, EVER return to this location again. Went to drive thru a 2am to get a few diet pops, 5 cars in front of me. it took over 25 minutes to get my order. Every car in line was at the window for 5 minutes, the car in front of me took 5 minutes at the window to get the 2 small bags of food that she ordered over 20 minutes before. The lady talking to me through the speaker to me at the drive through was very rude and had a major attitude problem.

One star for the hot, fresh fries that we had to wait for; but zero stars for cleanliness. We had to ask for a worker to wipe a table for us. When she came to wipe it, we overheard her tell the other workers, "Somebody gotta go out and clean the dining area, bc it's trashed". No one came out while we ate. This photo is what one table in another dining section looked like when we walked in, AND left. We also had to wait a long time to get our burgers. We had to ask for our food so that it wasn't sitting on the tray until the remaing food was done. Still after that, the last 2 regular cheeseburgers were delivered to the table. read more

I was in a hurry so I asked for my drink cup so I could fill it up and be out the door when my order was ready. Two employees refused to give me my cup. I explained I was in a hurry and they said it was policy to not give the beverage cup before the entire order was complete. One employee then told me it was like going to a mechanic and getting a $900 bill and asking to make two payments and then never coming back. I explained how asinine that comparison was then took my order and left. Horrid customer service. They also overcharged me/gave me the wrong item which I found out later. read more

It's basically Russian roulette when you order. There's a 90% chance they will get absolutely nothing correct. If they do get it right it's usually on the 3rd try. These are the same people that want $15/hour. read more
