If you're driving a 10 feet van don't even bother going there after dine in area is closed, I tried walking to the drive through window, the guy opened it said we don't do walk by and closed it right away, really rude stuff read more

This order sucked! The burger was horrible and super cold. My husband and I were both missing our fries. And no napkins or straws! This was the coldest food we've ever gotten. What a waste! read more

Always told to pull off to the side and wait extra time for normal food order. Then they get it wrong anyway. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, speaking to accuracy and efficiency. Charged me for a Double Filet and made me wait. Delivered a single filet. read more

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Ordered thru the drive thru at 6:37 and got my order at 7:01. They had no problem taking my money so fast. When we finally got to the window to get our food, we waited and waited. If they would have just came to the window and said 'hey, we're short handed but we're getting you your food as fast as possible' it would've been easier to sympathize. Instead when we pulled up we waited and waited. People were even getting out of their car and walking inside to complain. Get it together McDonald's. read more

I cant believe they charge 3.50 for an egg and cheese biscuit. When all the food at McDonald's has been proven nonhealthy. The food here should not be eaten not even by farm animals. It is also been proven to be non biodegradable. I don't even want to give them one star. read more

Everytime I have been to this one. They forget my food or its wrong size. This morning a young blonde lady took my order. She was so rude to me after she argued with me about getting my second drink that was on my receipt. I got an eye roll and window slam. Won't be going back to this location now. If I could give a zero... I would!!! read more

We ordered a crispy chicken of which the chicken patty was just about burnt the bun was soggy though there was no kind of dressing on it our fish fillets were the same over done and there was a new type of bun which was tasted stale and not so good then when my friend went to get catsup the guy at the cash registered kept ignoring him as if he was not there as the cashier passed him by giving coffee or what not to other customers in the dining room. the over all feeling of the place is cold the decor is not bright and festive but over toned in black or gray scale. but the service and food were not good read more

Went this location with my daughter for dinner, we utilized the drive thru and I don't know why I even bother with this restaurant. The service and quality control at this location is very bad. The drive thru person took our order and we pulled around. At we thought our came to us really fast, but was clearly not ours and had to pass the bags back thru the window in full view of people in the dinning room. Then they didn't know what we ordered and we had to explain all over again. Finally they came to the window with our order but we had to remind them about our drinks. The service was so ridiculous that the cheeseburgers were marked "no pickle" as ordered but had pickles on them anyway. That how stupid that location is. It will be along time before I return to this one McDonalds. read more

Come on. $5.20 for Happy meal then extort extra . 55 for the juice. What happened to it being part of the price not an add in? McDonald's has become pathetic. Won't return definitely done with a company that no cheaper than any other and I can get better customer service somewhere else too. McDonald's has fallen to crap Save your money and go to a better restaurant read more

This is a small McDonalds. It has no child play structure, so kids will be disappointed. However on the flip side, if you want a quick junkfood fix without the noise of kids. This location is definitely for you. Off course this McDonalds does have the full menu and a 24-hour drive-thru. read more

Terrible experience. The guy working night shift tonight was disrespectful. He was slamming the window and was rude to us. He also shorted us $5. Normally I have a very good experience with this restaurant in particular. Everyone is always friendly, but not tonight. read more

Women working in drive thru was very rude and seemed to be on drugs. Food was cold which was surprising giving it was 6:30am and they just opened 30 mins before. Also, store was out of sweet and sour and all around just a gross experience l. read more

the morning crew and mid day crew are normally very good at keeping things fast and don't mess up my order too much. but the night crew was absolutely rude and messed up my order, they also took forever with everyones order, and they weren't busy at all, as we were second in line with no prior people that went through. read more

Manager (Sarah) took my order and was very polite. It was a very chaotic Wednesday night but all the staff seemed to be working quickly. They were out of apple pies but after ordering asked if I wanted to wait 12 minutes. I indicated yes and they worked very quickly to get me the remainder of my order. read more

McDonald's food stinks, and people don't know that they put a chemical in the food that makes you wanna eat more and more food. The reason I know this is because I watched a documentary on McDonald's. Called supersize me. I am never eating fast food again. When I eat out, i will only eat at place where they actually cook the food and has flavor. I want real food not something fake. read more

Let's be real here...breakfast at McDonalds is never the BEST idea. However, due to a brief and unfortunate lapse of judgement, I stopped by this location on my way out of Roseburg. A couple of bites into my Egg McMuffin, I hit something crunchy. There were big chunks of eggshell all throughout my food. To the person cooking the eggs...you had one job sir. And you failed. read more

Horrible food, horrible for you, everything cooked in grease, smells of grease, feels like grease, must be grease. Cancer in all forms comes in your burger. Take your dollar to the store and save yourself a year of your life. read more

Not sure what is happening to our town and fast food places. Dairy Queen left our good graces with a remodel and horrible food and service. Now McDonalds run by Gary Eads is falling apart at the seems. People need to just avoid fastfood the portions are getting smaller and prices higher. And well the service sucks as well as the managing team. And it seems spread among all these franchises owned by Gard Eads. This is my experience having lived here over 20 years that these places are not worth our time or money until they improve. read more

This is the place to go if you want your order messed up! Nothings ever right and the employees aren't bright enough to even put patty's on hamburgers. They're a slow and the food is awful even compared to other McDonald's. They never get an order correct, even if it is before I leave, they try to hand me the wrong stuff or are confused about what they already gave me/what I ordered something. I'll drive across town if someone insists on McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - Where's the second patty?? - Fast Food Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

Absolutely terrible they were so rude to me and my teammates when we were trying to be kind

The crappiest McDonalds! Food dry, signage poor, misleading, illegible to all non-eagle species (well, the tiny type parts that you actually need to read to order correctly) -- save time and money. The Jack In The Box across the street has better WiFi, better prices, better food, better bathrooms, and much better eating area. Note: breakfast at this McDonalds seems particularly bad. This will be my last trip here ever! read more

McDonald's - McDonalds on Garden Valley, Roseburg, OR - Fast Food Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

Wibston oregon Worst customer service ever at a McDonald's. Ordered carside to go not ready for 14 minutes. Manager came to car and said oops didn't see your order for pies so have to wait longer . Didn't even start order till got here . What's purpose of app doesn't save anytime and actually seems longer. Will go somewhere else and tell all friends to do so. read more

Truly a strange McDonald's. They had about eight people working but service was quite slow -- they asked customers their names instead of using the receipt number which slowed things down -- although there were relatively few customers there was still a crowd of people standing around waiting for their food. The strangest thing was a middle-aged man sitting in a booth, with absolutely no food or drink, having turned to face out of the booth to glare at every customer who was in the restaurant. This was either the owner, or a friend of the owner, apparently. He didn't move from the time we came in until we left. It's strange for a restaurant, even a McDonald's, to allow this. read more

Pleasant staff and willing to please customers. Building might be old but having a nice smile at the drive thru never gets old

Terrible customer service. Assistant manager looks spaced out on drugs and has no concern for anything

Customer service is great! I've lived in Roseburg for only 6 months now and I'm surprised with the poor service in the area. Every time I've gone through this McDonald's they are so pleasent and gracious for business. You know, how it should be *wink wink* read more

I left so irritated after the service I received. I ordered a big mac sandwich and fries. Paid, got to the window to pickup food and the girl opened the window stuck my food out and said here you go, shut the window and quickly disappeared around the corner. I honked the horn, then again, (they must be deaf) after about 5 honks, then a honk honk honk honk, someone finally came to the window and said "do you need something?" Really? (no I just want to sit at a drive up window honking my horn to get someones attention. I said I would like some ketchup for my fries. I said that the girl basically shoved my food out, shut the window and left without asking if I needed anything else. The 2nd girl hands me two packs, I then asked if I could get 3 more. Then she says (so not meaning it) I will have a talk with her. She had no intention of doing that and I got the impression I was a bother!! Guess what, NO more GARDEN VALLEY MCDONALDS FOR ME. I will go to Stewart Parkway McD's plus it is closer to home. read more

It's ok I guess...slow drive thru and table service...would recommend the one on Stewart parkway with a play place for younger children to keep them occupied while the parent waits for the food. Would still recommend Stewart parkway joint to people with no children too. read more
