If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Ordered thru the drive thru at 6:37 and got my order at 7:01. They had no problem taking my money so fast. When we finally got to the window to get our food, we waited and waited. If they would have just came to the window and said 'hey, we're short handed but we're getting you your food as fast as possible' it would've been easier to sympathize. Went this location with my daughter for dinner, we utilized the drive thru and I don't know why I even bother with this restaurant. The service and quality control at this location is very bad. The drive thru person took our order and we pulled around. At we thought our came to us really fast, but was clearly not ours and had to pass the bags back thru the window in full view of people in the dinning room. Then they didn't know what we ordered and we had to explain all over again. Finally they came to the window with our order but we had to remind them about our drinks. The service was so ridiculous that the cheeseburgers were marked "no pickle" as ordered but had pickles on them anyway. That how stupid that location is. This is a small McDonalds. It has no child play structure, so kids will be disappointed. However on the flip side, if you want a quick junkfood fix without the noise of kids. This location is definitely for you. Off course this McDonalds does have the full menu and a 24-hour drive-thru. read more

Manager (Sarah) took my order and was very polite. It was a very chaotic Wednesday night but all the staff seemed to be working quickly. They were out of apple pies but after ordering asked if I wanted to wait 12 minutes. I indicated yes and they worked very quickly to get me the remainder of my order. read more

Now McDonalds run by Gary Eads is falling apart at the seems. People need to just avoid fastfood the portions are getting smaller and prices higher. And well the service sucks as well as the managing team. And it seems spread among all these franchises owned by Gard Eads. This is the place to go if you want your order messed up! Nothings ever right and the employees aren't bright enough to even put patty's on hamburgers. They're a slow and the food is awful even compared to other McDonald's. They never get an order correct, even if it is before I leave, they try to hand me the wrong stuff or are confused about what they already gave me/what I ordered something. The crappiest McDonalds! Food dry, signage poor, misleading, illegible to all non-eagle species (well, the tiny type parts that you actually need to read to order correctly) -- save time and money. The Jack In The Box across the street has better WiFi, better prices, better food, better bathrooms, and much better eating area. Note: breakfast at this McDonalds seems particularly bad. Truly a strange McDonald's. They had about eight people working but service was quite slow -- they asked customers their names instead of using the receipt number which slowed things down -- although there were relatively few customers there was still a crowd of people standing around waiting for their food. The strangest thing was a middle-aged man sitting in a booth, with absolutely no food or drink, having turned to face out of the booth to glare at every customer who was in the restaurant. This was either the owner, or a friend of the owner, apparently. He didn't move from the time we came in until we left. It's strange for a restaurant, even a McDonald's, to allow this. read more

I left so irritated after the service I received. I ordered a big mac sandwich and fries. Paid, got to the window to pickup food and the girl opened the window stuck my food out and said here you go, shut the window and quickly disappeared around the corner. I honked the horn, then again, (they must be deaf) after about 5 honks, then a honk honk honk honk, someone finally came to the window and said "do you need something?" Really?
