Waited 10+ minutes for a curbside order which was only a latte. I had to walk inside to actually get my drink, as I asked about it the man went to the tickets and picked it up. The teen said "oops I forgot to make it"... If I had seen the place inside before ordering, I would never have ordered here. Place is horribly disgusting. We only stopped in here on a quick trip through what my husband started calling the "bathroom tour of Missouri and Iowa" as with a pregnant woman and a four year old you're sure to stop a lot on a road trip! That being said, we made a very quick pit stop here and I had no issues. It's a very normal and updated McDonald's location. The cashier was super sweet. We ordered and took a seat, after I cleaned it off. The place had trash everywhere. There was no one in it at 7:30 at night. We ordered the spicy chicken deluxe. The sauce tasted funny. Hope we don't get sick. No ketchup out. When the grumpy old man, I'm old so not being ageist, dropped off our food my husband asked where we could find ketchup. As he was walking away, he said you can go up front. My husband was not pleased. He got up and went and got it. As he was walking back he stated if these people get off their phones they could probably clean this trash hole. As we were leaving we didn't see anyone. Appeared they were all in the back. My friends and I stopped at this location on our way to Kansas City. We placed our orders at their kiosk, and I waited a couple minutes for my food. My order was correct and tasted great. Overall, the inside/outside looks dirty and needs cleaning. Tables were dirty, the parking lot had trash all over it, and the trash needed to be emptied outside. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean, so I guess you can't have everything clean at the same time. read more

Customer Service is the absolute worst here, my husband is a semi driver and frequently stops at this McDonald's and the white male in his late 50s in the front who is suppose to be friendly gave my husband an attitude not just once but EVERYTIME HE GOES and , he asked for a McGriddle with cheese no egg and only received BREAD WITH JUST CHEESE BE SO SERIOUS. This was supposed to be a quick stop through Missouri into Iowa but the drive through line wasn't moving. The next option was to find a parking spot and walk in to place an order. The touch screen kiosk wasn't working well. After several attempts, an order did go through but the credit card scanner kept bouncing my order off the screen. After these futile attempts, I got back in the car and drove around to get in line for the drive through method. What a surprise....my order and credit card was accepted. We literally waited 30 minutes for our meal. They blamed it on waiting for the fries, as if many other customers hadn't come and gone throughout those 30 minutes. The bathrooms are terrifyingly gross. My sister said she would rather deal with a soiled child than go back in there. They recently remodeled and got rid of a lot of the seating, so it's way too crowded inside. Most of the seating that remains is in a dining area on the west side with massive windows and no blinds, so it's like sitting in a greenhouse sauna with nothing shielding you from the sun. The fat girl couldn't bother to reach for my card. The food was all messy. Everybody working was mean and the customer service was horrible. Food was nasty, the fries were cold. If you want to live, DONT EAT HERE!!!! Went in, placed my order at the kiosk. I guess someone walked off the job-thats what they all told me. Supposedly only 3 workers but I saw 4 total. That wasn't even the issue. The kid in the front had zero good hygienic practices. He handled the trash, then a dirty broom. He set those down, ran his hands through his hair then put his hat back on. I witnessed this as I was waiting for my fries. The nice lady in the yellow tshirt called to him to help with the fries. He went straight to the fry station and before he touched anything, I called out to them and said, whoa, whoa, whoa! He didnt wash his hands! They both looked at me, turned around and went right back to doing what they were doing. No hand washing. I was done at that point so I asked for a refund. The manager came to the front and politely refunded my money. The young man kept right on bundling up fries for everyone and claimed that he put sanitizer on his hands which was a lie. What the Golden Arches charges for food, what you pay employees nowadays.. I dont think Im asking too much if I want it served in a healthy way. What I saw, the standard set, Im disgusted and appalled especially considering the issues from the last 2-3 years. Its been a year since I set foot in a McDonalds, Im not sure I ever will again now. Yesterday on June 23rd, we stopped here on the way home from Kansas City to go use the restroom and I went to go buy myself iced coffee. The men's restroom had the toilet clogged up with toilet paper. However, the service was decent and the coffee met my expectations. As we left, I went on my phone to post my feedback on the company's website about the job that was left to be desired. This McDonalds is disgusting!! Stopped to use the restroom and get something to drink. The bathrooms were filthy as was the area to get ketchup and drinks. There were several employees standing around doing nothing with one woman taking orders at the counter, with a long line of customers. She finally yelled for another employee to help at the counter. That employee yelled back that she was busy and did not come to the counter. A few minutes later she yelled for help at the counter again, at which point the other employee, yelled back, "I'm coming, I was mopping". She finally made it to the counter, where the two employees yelled at each other for awhile. Management needs to get this place in shape! read more

At approximately 9AM, there was a long line at the counter, and one man left because it was taking too long. We'd been here in October when the same thing happened to us. We left after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes to order. Ladies restroom had NO toilet paper in 1st stall at 9AM in the morning, which meant it wasn't replenished from the day before. Also, neither dryer worked. An employee told me that that was because I needed to hold my hands right under the dryer, which I had done, to no avail. Typical McDonalds catering to Interstate travelers looking to grab a quick, cheap bite to eat. We've stopped here a couple times over the years, and never had an issue. Yes, it's a McDonalds, so it's automatically sub par, greasy fast food. You know what to expect when you go in. The cashiers have been friendly enough, and the place generally clean. This McDonald's is kind of a mess. I live nearby and this is one of the only few choices I have. The bathrooms are always a mess as is the main sitting areas. More than half of the staff members do not want to be there and it shows. I have asked for fresh fries multiple times because I know if I do not add that they will be an hour old. Every time I say fresh they repeat it back, but then I receive cold fries. The sweet tea is almost always empty and the floors are disgusting. They are also under construction right now and the place is a mess with no room to sit and with lots of stuff in the way. Third McDonald's I stopped at today and easily the worst. I would rate lower than one star if possible. Trash cans over flowing, restroom floor littered with trash, soap dispenser in pieces, employee sitting just out front crouched like a jackal smoking and looking at her phone. The place also smelled worse than some cities I have been to in Afghanistan. Only one customer in the restaurant and they were already seated. I stood at the counter for almost two minutes with four employees that apparently all needed to work on the same drive through order. They all had their backs to me the entire time. I finally walked out and bought nothing. They never even knew I was there. I like to give a zombie report with each review and I have to say this was the first place I have seen them.
