I usually go here, it's not horrible but this was a questionable experience. They forgot my 10 piece nugget, but my friend went back with the receipt and I received it. Although while she was gone, I found a piece of blue or purple hair on the straw of my shake. It all started bad when my girlfriend went into the bathroom and a home pregnancy test was left behind. Oh Congratulations by the why to who ever left it behind. There were several other women who comment on the same thing. This McDonald's has changed over to computers that take your orders. Welcome to Massachusetts, the only place were a $30,000 tv screen can replace a minimum wage employee, however other minimum wage employees can still manage to mess up your meal. Bur what the hell you know your order is correct. My girlfriend like piping hot fries and likes to salt them herself. So she orders them with no salt. The salt packets are normally on the side with the other condiments, however tonight McDonald's Staff, the we're out of salt, after a brief argument with one of the staff members, she convinced them to pour some salt into a small container. However waiting more then ten minutes for our food was given to us cold. So my girlfriend ask the manager to remake the fries and he started arguing with her again about how he just made the fries. The another customer started yelling at my girlfriend, which started a verbal altercation between my girlfriend and the other customers. See the staff is so rude they aren't trained correctly on how to not argue with customers in front of other customers, because of how it has an effect around them. Once the staff started getting upset it escalated tensions. All over a small fry with no salt, which is hot and crispy. The staff is trained poorly, which McDonald's claims "its the best first job", however if you can't train teenagers to do things correctly, there will be a lasting impact on their lives, that they can argue with customers or they can fix the issue to the customer liking when it comes to how they enjoy their food, service, and quality of restaurant environment. Training staff correctly will go along way. Maybe even reprimanding staff not with terminations, when they argue with customers. This is a corrective action which might help, reemphasize how important, customer service is. I expect a response back from Management. On how the staff on Saturday night will be taken full responsibility, for not being able to full a very very simple food order. read more

This is a good McDonald's. Nice employees and it's relatively clean. They are great with kids in here too. Quick service and a cool, old school retro design outside. They have a LOT of tables inside and even a handful outside. read more

McDonald's in Rockland MA - Can't Seem To Get It Right!!! I have been going in for breakfast for about a year or more approximately 3 times a week. I get the exact same order every single time. Always has seemed to be problems getting the order right. Just a few weeks ago I go through the drive through and leave. Found out that they gave me ham instead of bacon. I went back and they remade them - 3 times before they got it right. Today I go and order 2 egg sandwiches (same as always) and I get to work, 1/2 hour away, and they forgot the egg. Now, I know people make mistakes. It happens. I too work in the food industry. But all they sell is food. Why is it so difficult to get it right! Is is laziness or lack of paying attention; is it incompetence or is it that they just don't care. I could not go back to ask them to fix it because I would have been late for work. I called the store. Adam answered. He said he would replace the sandwich. He also told me he didn't have time to discuss it right now and he is just to busy. Part of customer service is listening to people. I just wanted to be heard. So now I figure if Adam (the store manager) didn't want to listen, I would let the public listen. This McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken and not working. You would think with the upgrades that they did inside and outside, the owner would put more money into his equipment. The French fries every time I order are always cold. But go down to the Hanover McDonald's and the Ice Cream Machine works and the fries are hot all the time. My Husband and I recently came to this McDonalds and ordered some fries. We were prompted to go to the first window and when we got there Kaylee was waiting on us. She took my husbands card and rudely gave it back to him telling him to hold on and ran away. My husband and I then began to hear Kaylee and her employees fighting in the back which was very unappropriate including the language that was heard. Kaylee came back to the window and told my husband that the card machine was down and that we could go somewhere else or come back. She was very rude explaining to both my husband and I what had happened with the machines. I then had asked Kaylee if we could get the fries for free for the inconvenience and she loudly and rudely responded with NO! I have never recieved such disrespect from an employee and I will absolutely will never be back to this McDonalds.
