If I could give 0 stars it would be negative zero. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the city and that's saying something. They are actually good on day shift it's that night shift that gets you. Stuck in line 20+ minutes, they have no drive thru etiquette as far as what car is next. Why have 2 speakers if you not going to keep up with who is next? My food was trash tonight, all I ordered was a cheeseburger small fry and a sweet tea they couldn't even get that right. My bottom bun was hard as a rock, tea was so not sweet and the fries was probably the only thing that came out right. Another night I ordered a cheeseburger they gave me a burger no patty. These people gave me food that had remnants of someone else's sauce/snack on it. I ate 3 without realizing as I was driving. Got home and wanted to throw up asap. This was gross as hell, never going back. I would come by 2-3x a week. The GM tried to tell me that wasn't foreign matter in my food and throws the food away. After looking at it and poking it with gloves. I'm beyond disgusted. Offers me a refund. Throws away my receipt. Just know that when you come to this location early in the morning there's a 50/50 chance the doors will be locked. I came to this locale this morning and yesterday morning on the way to work and both times the doors were locked. Got in the drive thru and waited 7 minutes at the intercom before someone took my order. This location must devoid of a manager because the service is horrendous. read more

The location is very convenient because it's only a couple minutes from my house and the nearest McDonalds by far. The food is great, like any other McDonalds. Lol ... this is the messiest McDonalds I've ever been to. Every time I've been there has been something dramatically wrong with their whole ordering process which makes wait times astronomical. They never actually open their window for you to pay, and then they give you your food and act surprised when you say you haven't paid. They tried giving me this HUGE order today when all i ordered was a breakfast muffin . It actually made me laugh, which made the cashier laugh. This is the most poorly managed McDonalds I've ever had the misfortune of living near. Although it is a brand new building as of March 2018, they are frequently out of service. By that I mean quite literally 5 times I have attempted to purchase food from them and they have been unable to accommodate my request. I don't know if they are running Windows 95, but they are INCESSANTLY unable to process food orders. Which baffles me every time I am told either they are not taking orders or their credit card "machine" isn't working. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonalds on Forest Hill near Hathaway Rd. They are only an additional 3 minutes down the road and will likely save you easily 10 minutes. read more

I come to this McDonald's every once in a while and usually it's an okay experience. Today the drive-thru line was rather long which wasn't surprising. What really made this a 4-star experience, was the employee who took my order. He had great manners and was quick and efficient with the follow up questions i.e. asking what sauce I wanted and was there anything else I wanted to add to my order. He also had a positive attitude and seemed like he wanted to be at work. I ordered the 6 piece nugget $3 bundle. The food was fresh and hot! Do not go here if you want ice cream, a McFlurry, milk shake etc. Tonight marked my third try over a 1.5 year span of attempting to go to get a McFlurry and sundae. Every time they told us the ice cream machine is broken! We have even ordered, waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru line, and then when we got to the window they told us it was broken without so much as an apology. Their posted hours are a lie - I've gone at 11:30 and they were closed. They are supposed to be open all night on the weekend but they aren't. As a prerequisite, I've been a line cook for many years in many levels of restaurant so I know how it works in the back... I am DONE coming to this place!! Service is TERRIBLE, food is always cold, no matter how many people are in the drive thru and lobby, I'm always in there for 15-20 mins for an order for just myself. First, no one greets you at the register...you just have to stand there and hopefully make eye contact so that some one on the food line can call the cashier to the front. Then instead of taking peoples orders THEN going to help, they take one order at a time and wont take another until the previous persons food comes out....then the cashier goes to micro manage the people COOKING (without really doing anything), STILL gives me an incomplete order, I would have had to walk back up there like always and be met with attitude and confusion...this has happened 4 out of 5 times. Lastly, the food itself, I get it...its cheap fast food but why does it look like someone sat on my food, cold hashbrowns FILLED with oil...literally inedible...sigh...i dont post negative reviews usually but please dont go here. If we could give this McDonald's zero stars we would. We have only been here twice and had to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive through each time. The first time the store was closed for technical difficulties so we had to go through the drive through and ended up waiting 43min total. The second time there was a line of about 10 cars and no one moved for 4min. A look through the drive through window shows a very dirty workspace. We have never been handed a receipt. Went to this drive thru on 10/11/19 and several of the workers around both drive thru windows were loud, obnoxious and literally hanging out the windows laughing and calling out to each other. So much so that when she rudely and obnoxiously said to move to the next window I was confused as to what was going on. When I moved to the second window they were loudly laughing at a customers dented car as that customer was getting into it. Just disgusting, juvenile behavior and not good representations for McDonalds. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Time Management. Horrible Managers. I almost always have an issue here no matter what time I go which is said because I'm usually there early in the morning 530-630am with hardly anyone in line. I went this morning after not going for awhile because, they had a sign posted that they had no ice (unacceptable) & I was tired of ordering simple morning menu items &waiting 10 mins. Nonetheless, around 5:17am I ordered a large turtle macchiato. As I pulled to the window there was no one there, after about 4mins- two males walked by; they did not come to the window to greet me nor explain the wait. After another few mins, a lady finally came. I used a free coupon from the app. She attempts to pass my beverage & I state to her that there is no coffee in the drink. She tells me there is & I state I know my drinks & there isn't. She tells me that she will make it over. After about 5 mins of waiting, one of the males returns & ask me to move up. I become frustrated & ask how long as I have to go to work. The lady states she is making it now, I pull to the next window & after continuously waiting I look back at the male @ the other window & tell him this is unacceptable & I need to leave now. The lady finally comes to window2 & says something is wrong w/the machine. It is now 535am. The initial maker should have recognized that which would have prevented a second person attempting to make. Now I have wasted my time & the use of coupon and was running behind for work... I only order from the drive-thru around 10:30 pm, every single time it's taken 20 minutes or longer. It doesn't matter if there's a long line or not. On the most recent visit they lost the order and from pulling in to leaving it took 40 minutes. I don't recommend this location. read more
