This had to be the very worst McDonalds food I've ever had. I had just rolled into town and had about an hour to be somewhere. I figured I hit McD's, eat in the parking lot, and tend to business. Just stopped at Exit 65 of I-77 while traveling. I wanted a sugar free iced coffee, which was not available, however Shelly made me one and revised to not include sugar. It was the best iced coffee I ever had and I really appreciated her effort to please the customer. Evedently these folks don't know the meaning of fast food. Two elderly couples trying to use the electronic pad kiosk to order so I'm wait at register 15-20 mins for some one to take my order. After over a 20 minute wait yet again the food is brought out with a very short "this is below me attitude" hot coffee tasted like just hot water with small coffee flavor. The cold coffee was watered down and half made. This is ridiculous considering went to another location yesterday order the EXACT SAME THING and it was leaps and bounds above this place. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to order. Once ordering, they were out of breakfast burritos and the coke machine was down. After ordering, I was then waiting to even get to the first window for another 15 minutes. There were multiple cars pulling out of line and leaving as the line did not move for a solid 10-15 minutes. I along with 2 other cars got out of line and went across the street to Burger King even after ordering due to the line being stagnant for so long. There seemed to be no effort in trying to get the line moving. I agree with the worst place ever reviews below. Nothing has changed in 2019. I walked in vs drive through. Place was very clean. However there was no one at the counter to wait on me. They were in the back texting and talking after politely waiting what seemed like forever I moved to where I could make eye contact. One person started toward the front, stopping twice to flip switches. Finally they approached the register and just sighed. I asked if they were open. No response so still ordered my big breakfast. Took 6 minutes to get. There was one person assembling meals very slowly. Finally mine came out and then the front person of 4 or 5 standing around goes to start my hash browns. It was unbelievable. I've tried this location several times. Mainly during deer and turkey season for breakfast. As always like this morning on first day of turkey season....horrible service with an attitude. Girls at counter have horrible attitudes. Plain nasty attitudes with customers and other staff. There was no tea made at the self-serve drink station and God forbid you ask the person at the counter for some tea. Last time at this location. One time my wife ordered a hot fudge, it was damn near milk in a normal kiddie cup not even filled up half way, no spoon or napkin in bag or the little peanut bag. They are always out of SOMETHING. Funny, at first i thought it might be like one of those locations in the middle of nowhere with a limited menu. BUT NO, they have all the normal stuff on the menu.
