This had to be the very worst McDonalds food I've ever had. I had just rolled into town and had about an hour to be somewhere. I figured I hit McD's, eat in the parking lot, and tend to business. After over a 20 minute wait yet again the food is brought out with a very short "this is below me attitude" hot coffee tasted like just hot water with small coffee flavor. The cold coffee was watered down and half made. This is ridiculous considering went to another location yesterday order the EXACT SAME THING and it was leaps and bounds above this place. After ordering, I was then waiting to even get to the first window for another 15 minutes. There were multiple cars pulling out of line and leaving as the line did not move for a solid 10-15 minutes. I along with 2 other cars got out of line and went across the street to Burger King even after ordering due to the line being stagnant for so long. There seemed to be no effort in trying to get the line moving. I agree with the worst place ever reviews below. Nothing has changed in 2019. I walked in vs drive through. Place was very clean. However there was no one at the counter to wait on me. They were in the back texting and talking after politely waiting what seemed like forever I moved to where I could make eye contact. One person started toward the front, stopping twice to flip switches. Finally they approached the register and just sighed. I asked if they were open. No response so still ordered my big breakfast. Took 6 minutes to get. There was one person assembling meals very slowly. Finally mine came out and then the front person of 4 or 5 standing around goes to start my hash browns. It was unbelievable. These other reviews are no exaggeration. Horrible service, even by fast food standards. They are more interested in texting and chit chatting than serving. Their ice cream machine is almost always "broken" or so they say. I have heard from previous employees that they clean the machine during slow times and to prevent having to reclean at closing they tell customers it's broken. So sorry and lazy. NO JOKE! They were out of McMuffins!!! I have been here a few times and i agree with some of the others, the attitude is POOR! One time my wife ordered a hot fudge, it was damn near milk in a normal kiddie cup not even filled up half way, no spoon or napkin in bag or the little peanut bag. They are always out of SOMETHING. Funny, at first i thought it might be like one of those locations in the middle of nowhere with a limited menu. BUT NO, they have all the normal stuff on the menu.
