I stopped by here on a Monday morning to get some kid some lunch after leaving an appointment. I placed order via app at 11:15am. I got him a 6 piece Nuggets kids meal. Apples was supposed to be side but since they were out of them, he got double fries, which he was happy with. I went through the drive through. It wasn't busy at all. It was quick and easy process. Of course, he enjoyed the meal. One thing I did notice is they had a 100 sanitation rating, which is outstanding. read more

Food always takes forever, it's an inconvenience for the staff to ask them for anything. It's basically just a local hangout, they allow customers and friends to just come and hangout and talk to the staff right where they place people's food. I've had several instances where people just hangout at the to go counter, non employees handing customers their food. Zero regard to any sort of food/ health guidelines. Besides the sweet old lady that runs around all day, no one has any sort of customer service. The only upside to this place is the fact that it's conveniently connected to a travel stop. read more

Service took forever. Employees just walking around and sipping drinks. I sat at my table with the number that they gave me for 15 mins.

Got there at 11:40 , sat at speaker for 5 mins and the lady watched me thru the window the entire time then turned off lights

I went here last night for a snack. I got a large fry (the app had a deal that you could get a large fry for a $1) and a vanilla ice cream cone. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru. It was a double drive thru. They had the plastic shields up to protect their workers. Both workers were wearing face coverings and gloves. The young lady working was very nice. I told her I had a coupon on my app. I went to the first window and she looked at my coupon and added it the total. Then we went to the next window and the worker had our food ready and even put ketchup in the bag without me having to ask! I got to the hotel which is like a 2 minute drive. The fries were soo hot and fresh. They must have just come out of the fryer. Great customer service and the food was great! read more

Employees are very rude. Called back to store to speak with a manager about a order that was not correct. The young lady who answered the phone was very rude when i ask to speak with a Manager, said her name was Victoria and I couldn't speak with her, I would just have to call back in the morning. When I ask for the District manager, young lady laughed and said she didn't know. When I ask for her name, she hung up the phone. I called back several times and phone was picked up and hung up several times. Very bad customer service. Bad enough you have to wait 30 minutes for your food, but then to be treated with such disrespect. read more

The service was quick and friendly. I ordered an iced coffee with cream (my usual) and got one with sugar and cream. I should have specified that I wanted no sugar, but the very friendly woman at the window quickly gave me a replacement, also letting me keep the original. Great customer service, although it's still McDonald's food. read more

Would rate a zero if possible. Drove to drive-thru Sunday 6/21 ~11AM. Young woman at pick up window (Caucasian blond hair) was serving customers without even a pretense of a face covering. If they do not care enough to protect their customers then I will not EVER be back. How awful to permit their employees to do this. read more

They took four times to get the order at the drive through correct. They gave us a large Diet Coke instead of a large coke. We asked for ketchup, no ketchup in the bag when they finally brought the food to us. Was basically nothing 'fast' about fast food when trying to push through on a long road trip and trying not to stop much. read more

I was in this McDonalds on Sept. 25, 2019 and had a very bad experience. When I went in there were about 5 men standing back waiting on food and the lady at the counter recognized me and asked if I wanted hotcakes and sausage. I replied, yes, and I would like a large drink and another order of hotcakes only to go. The price didn't seem like enough so I repeated my order again and was assured it was right. I paid, fixed my drink, and stood up front waiting on my food. Fifteen minutes later I'm handed a bag with 4 hotcakes on a plate and a sausage patty. I explained that this wasn't what I ordered. I told the lady she could take one of the hotcakes off the platter and add it to the hotcakes only platter that I was missing. She takes the platter to the back and takes a pancake off my plate and puts on another plate. Then both plates are ran through the microwave conveyor system where they sit until I asked one of the girls would she hand me my order that I was going to be late for work. I finally get my food in a bag and take it to a table. I'm sitting there putting butter on my pancakes, and a girl that didn't wait on me comes over and tells me that I wasn't charged correctly and I owed $2.14. In shock that I would be asked to pay more money since I initially questioned the price of my order and repeated it again, I told her that I had now waited 20 minutes on my food which I was having to eat fast or be late and they ffffd up my order. I didn't cuss, but I did say ffffd up and they also had charged another customer for an extra biscuit that came in while I was waiting on my food. This was the WORST customer service I have ever personally experienced. There were enough people working they were just unorganized and rude. So there was 3 cars in drive thru and about 12 cars total in parking lot. We had to still pull around to the drive thru parking space and wait in a Happy meal. That was the only thing ordered was a Happy Meal. Ridiculous right? Here the kicker, they had 3 people standing around laughing and talking while they took my money at first window and second window had to people there actually working.. Wonder how Chick-fil-A keeps the drive thru a drive thru and not a pull up and park drive thru? Anyways better off going in and getting food. You are gonna have to park and wait either way. read more
