Women's bathroom smelled worse than a pit toilet! The only soap dispenser was completely empty...looked like it hadn't had soap in it for a long time. I really wish I could give this no stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered forty nuggets and asked for ranch and buffalo sauce. When we pulled up to the window we saw our bag had two ranch cups and a two bbq sauces, for FORTY nuggets. We politely asked to exchange the bbq for buffalo sauce and asked for more ranch. Upon this the employee rudely grabbed them and gave us two buffalo we asked again for more ranch and she refused to give us more saying "i gave you a handful" we said we only got THREE. She then said she bagged it herself with a horrible, rude, and entitled tone. We asked again and she said we would have to pay and to move forward calling us "buddy". We were willing to pay but because of her horrible tone we decided not to. Horrible environment and I cant imagine what a horrible work place this is. Being mad at us asking for more ranch when given three for forty nuggets is absolutely ridiculous. The staff should be re considered. read more

It's was freezing in the restaurant for one.... When we were eating food was good and warm but there was no tea out at all sweet or unsweetened. Then when we went to go leave and refill our drinks we waited for a good 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting for anyone to just acknowledge, we were standing there... There was a older couple waiting to even order and they got tired of waiting so they walked out... The lady that was working the front walked by us 4-5 times and never asked can I help you with something or we will be right with you. NOTHING... when the couple walked out my kids asked what did they say... so I said kinda loudly said well when you don't wait on people they walk out then the lady came up to us but grabbed another girl to fill our drinks up. This is a brand new Mickey D's they tore down the old one and rebuilt it, it's alot cleaner and nicer than any gas station as well as that crappy Burger King/Shell that a lot of people stop at. I went there today, June 10 orders 2 of the $6 dollar special quarter pounders all 4 quarter pounders was to be cook to order, but got my meal within 3 minutes, I watched them use warmer drawer burgers. I told them these are not cook to order because take a while to from fresh patties. They remade them again, but I got before 5 minutes. I don't think they cook to order because the cheese will be melted from a hot burger patty plus they forgot to put pickles on them. I am very upset for the food and service at McDonald's for the price they sell their food. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I noticed MICE outside near the entrance in some planters that had no plants, just mulch. I told the manager. Manager: "There's nothing I can do about what is outside." Me: "I thought you should know, but I guess I can't make you care about the cleanliness of your business and surrounding property." Manager: "I can't do anything. I guess I can tell the boss man." Me: "Please do, maybe he will care." NOTHING you can do? Really? I can think of a few things. How about removing the planters/MICE HABITATS from the front of your restaurant? Maybe some traps to get rid of them. Maybe some traps INSIDE? Maybe, if noting more, just pretend to care. The one star is not for the food but the service. I stopped here on Saturday to get something which would tide us over till my wife and I got to Corpus Christi in time for lunch. As I walked in I saw a poster in a window announcing McBites. Popcorn sized chicken snack. I walked up to a cashier and saw the mat on the counter with the same item. 3 sizes. I asked the young lady about how many pieces would be in each size give or take a couple. I don't know. It is a new item. Yes, but maybe 10, 20, 100??? I don't know. Young lady next to her looks at me. How many I ask. I don't know. It comes by weight. Okay then approximately how many per container of 4 oz. Hmmm. Hello, are you the manager? Yes, can I help you? I repeated my question. The manager filled the smallest size with good hot McBites. I looked at it, approved, paid the young lady and asked for the sauce. The sign said Jabanero. I asked the young lady again and she said there are a lot of sauces. Which one she asked. I said jabanero to which she gave me this stare, the sauce and walked away. Wow. McDonalds announces McBites. No training or information. Management issue. I read yesterday that this is a pilot introduction. I will find another McDonalds if I need to. Eat my breakfast in Sugar Land and get a snack. I ordered a coffee from inside and as I watched the lady put the cream and Equal in my cup I noticed she didn't pour my coffee from the coffee pot but from 2 cups of coffee on the counter that had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. I confronted her about this and said I wanted the fresh coffee from the pot. She argued with me and handed me the cup. This is the worst customer service! Never stop at this place if you want what you expect to get. You will be ignored as a customer and will not leave satisfied. read more

On 25 December 2017, I was driving into Refugio Tx. Most of the food places were closed for the holidays. I saw a few cars at this McDonalds. As I parked and walked up to the dining room door, it was locked. I did see someone mopping. Odd I thought. I quickly came up with the Dining room could be closed and only Drive thru open. Fair enough as they would be open for 6 hours. 5pm-11 pm. I was there at 530 pm. There were employees running around on the inside. No one was answering the intercom. Drivers were leaving. I left after 20 mins of waiting. How sad that the crew who was set to work on Xmas day were unorganized. The worse part, its all on video. All the running around, cussing, and especially the mopping. Someone messed up. No one was ready. McDonalds, you better wake up and smell your own coffee. read more

The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service was quick and the young lady who waited on us was very friendly. The food was fresh and pretty good. My husband was a little less satisfied with his burger but mine was the best I've had in a while from Mickey D's. Our big complaint would have to be the number of staff (drive-thru and fry station) touching their faces/mouths and then bagging food. read more

This is hands down the worst fast food establishment that I have ever been to. I should've known by the horrendous state the bathrooms were in that the rest of my visit probably wouldn't be any better. If I had to guess, I'd say the restrooms hadn't been cleaned all day (I was there about 7:30pm). There was used toilet paper thrown all over the floor, no hand soap in the dispensers, trash everywhere - just filthy.... After ordering my food, I stood off to the side with a perfect view of the kitchen and watched each employee cook/assemble orders without wearing gloves. The manger was buttering bread, the expeditor unwrapped every food item before handing it off to the customers and the employee overseeing the fry station dropped a person's fries on the counter and then proceeded to place them back in the container using his hands. All without gloves!! But by far the worst had to be the cook assembling burgers who was constantly touching his hair and wiping his hands on his clothes without gloves. He would literally place the lettuce on the burger, run his hands through his hair and then place the tomatoes on top... After witnessing all I could take, I politely told the cashier that I was uncomfortable with the food handling practices in the kitchen and that I would prefer to receive a refund for the food I had not received. She proceeded to tell me that she had no idea how to give customers refunds and that she would have to call the manager over. After waiting about five minutes, I handed her my receipt and told her she could keep the money and the nuggets. read more
