What happened to sausage? No more sausage for breakfast. Going to Bk. Their breakfast has now become more appealing.

Big Emma's is one of those places you walk into hungry and leave absolutely stuffed; in the best…read moreway. The portions are enormous, the menu is full of comfort‑food classics, and the atmosphere has that lively, slightly chaotic charm that makes it feel like a local staple. I went with a group, and everyone found something they loved. The schnitzel was crispy and well‑seasoned, and the burgers were surprisingly great for a place known for German‑style plates. Service was friendly and efficient even though the place was packed, which I really appreciated. If I had to nitpick, the wait times can get long during peak hours, and the sheer size of the portions can be a bit overwhelming if you're not prepared. But honestly, that's part of the Big Emma's experience; go hungry, go with friends, and expect leftovers. Overall, a fun, hearty spot that delivers exactly what it promises. I'd happily come back.

I've heard a lot of people going here especially to take visitors so we tried it out. While the…read morewaitstaff is pleasant and it has neat ambiance, the food was greatly overpriced for what it was. My son ordered a cheeseburger but we didn't realize it was the size of a layer cake. It felt like kind of like a joke; like a spectacle and you're supposed to be amazed. But it was actually disappointing and my son didn't enjoy it. The rest of us thought our meals lacked seasoning and it was overpriced. There are plenty of really good and reasonably priced German restaurants in the area but this isn't one of them.

This is an A-OK spot for dinner. Very nice atmosphere, clean, friendly staff, good quality food…read more Their specialty is a hamburger which is huge. The side salad is fresh and a very good size; we shared it. The Jagarschnitzel is a huge portion. The fries soft inside, crisp outside. I read another review about the pizza and was excited to try it. Having lived in Italy, I cannot agree with that other reviewer. Don't get me wrong - the pizza is good. Just not the same as those found in Italy. Crispy crust. Plenty of cheese. Just different. There is parking for a few cars by the entrance. The hostess/waitress will come out and greet you. Food is made when ordered so not out in a hurry. Full bar, beers on tap or bottles, soft drinks, coffee & tea and Eiscoffee which seems to be a big thing in the area at the moment. This spot is a safe bet.

Superior ingredients and Anna's penchant for implementing quality cooking methods coupled with superior ingredients elevate the pizza here to an art form. I came here many times during my assignment. She is a most personable host and over the years we truly came to consider "Anna's" our second home. The restaurant gets packed on weekends and evenings so come early to ensure a seat. Top picks are the pizza Margherita, and the "ai funghi" (mushroom pizza). The menu is vast and everything is superb. A must-stop for dining if you're in the Ramstein area. Mahalo nui loa for reading my review. Vielen Dank für das Lesen meiner Rezension.

My friends and I ordered a variety of dishes from the wings (bone in and boneless - microwave - more breading than chicken), salads (overdressed, bad lettuce), burger (nothing to write home about). Positives are that it's a great place to get picked up...I mean if you're into that and they have trivia nights/game nights, etc. Negatives...listed above and really think you are cheating during trivia...even when you are just looking at pictures of cats on your phone. #awkward

J.R. Rocker's... where do we begin?…read more I could talk about their service. I really could. I could start with their slow, sub-par service that at its best is painfully average. I could talk about their generally overpriced food, and I could even bring up a few arguments about their menu. Or, instead I'll let their review average speak for itself. Few people I know like this place outside of it being a campy place to get wings, when you've managed to convince yourself that the last time you went there months ago it "wasn't that bad". "Wasn't that bad", what a great reason to come to a restaurant. One of the few American-style places on Ramstein Air Base, I'd be hard pressed to find any American who finds nostalgia or excitement in this place. I'd feel embarrassed taking anyone outside the realm of American sports bars here. J.R. Rocker's embarrasses me. The seemingly irrelevant NFL jerseys tacked on the wall tell the story of a sports bar attitude, bought and hastily tacked on the wall for a profit, with little regard for making this establishment special for any of its patrons. A true failure, that I hope to see die and see rebirth as something useful. Perhaps a White Castle.

Was it a huge, beautiful specimen of greasy bliss? No! I'm sorry, it was ok, but fantastic? No. I'm pretty sure people primarily go there for the novelty aspect of it. Because I'd take a 5-Guys, or an In-n-Out in any day over this burger. Even a Shake Shack burger was better, in my humble opinion. Would I eat another one? Sure! Would I go out of my way for one? Doubtful. But hey, opinions may vary. Cheers.

What we received here was pretty disappointing. The burgers were ok at best, had very little flavor in them. They need sauce to be decent. No where near as fat and juicy like the stateside one. The sweet potato fries were also bland. Best thing we had were the tator tots. I will say that the food came out very quick and the staff was nice, but the missing flavor and difference between the US and this Wahlburgers is too much. I personally wouldn't go back here unless they seriously step up their food. A suggestion is that they should also sell fountain drinks like the rest of the food court. Doesnt make sense to buy a small bottle of coke for nearly the same price as another place next to it and get free refills.
