We walked in intending to spend money, but we were treated with hostility almost immediately. We left without even seeing the menu or ordering anything. This was one of the most disrespectful and humiliating customer-service experiences I have ever had. A restaurant can have whatever policy it wants regarding outside drinks, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way.
