The quotation marks are because true cheese curds are cheddar. These were definitely mozzarella. My friend is from Wisconsin, so we were sad to see mozzarella, but they were good just not what we expected. We sat in the room that you walk into instead of the room with the bar. All I can say is it was eclectic. Boho meets a longhorn cow. Pick a theme. Will I try again? I don't know.
