Food is always fine. Service is not. Young girl packing orders to go was extremely rude to me when picking up an order.

Food is just made, nice speeds, a bunch of rewards, clean, good taste amazing, service is amazing took about 1 minute to get service.

My friend has gotten hair in her French fries the last two visits told the manager that day she said they wear it tied back didn't offer her money back or anything I went through the drive through tonight order 10 pc nugget got down the road abut 5 miles eating my nuggets felt something on my face a big long hair on my nugget right from the box. We ordered from this McDonalds after visiting all the fun groundhog related sites! We used the app and then curbside and we got our food super quickly, even though it looked like it was a bit busy when we went. The food seemed freshly prepared and the employee who brought it to us was lovely! read more

As a Punxy local, I generally tend to avoid this McDonalds. This is the single slowest McD's I've ever been to. The service is slow inside and the drive thru is dreadfully slow. I recently waited close to 5 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries at the drive thru. This McD's staff is primarily comprised of teenagers (as many McD's are), but at this one the teenaged staff don't believe in serving up smiles along side hamburgers and fries. The attitude I usually get from the employees is a little cold. This restaurant is also notorious for getting orders wrong. Just a heads up. I've had this happen to me on a number of trips. Once I asked for a cheeseburger, no mustard, and I got a hamburger with nothing but mustard. (Not kidding!) Also, I've noticed that sometimes the prices at this McD's can be a bit higher than other McD's restaurants. Is it because it's the only McD in town? Maybe. But still rather ridiculous. If you're THAT desperate to get your Big Mac with fries, go for it. Other wise I have to recommend hitting up one of the other restaurants in town. read more

Seems everyone wants their picture the the plastic groundhog out front. The restaurant. Incredibly busy! Very small. Very small parking lot. I seriously hope the buy the vacant lot next door and expand. As busy as they are the return on investment would be realized in less than a year Btw. They didn't get my order right either. They never get the orders right and on that one occasion where they do your food is cold by the time you get it. It is fast food and I would rather go else where but in a hurry I wouldn't go here. The thing that really makes me mad is that they charge you so much for extra mayo, Mac sauce, sweet and sour, etc. but you NEVER get it or you get a Big Mac placed in the cardboard box and then have Mac sauce dumped in to fill it up. On a separate note, the teens that hangout either outside or inside cuss and swear, throw fits, and be all around ignorant. The food was terrible tasted like plastic, while I was eating my plastic food the workers in the back were arguing with Manager about break, first off when you have break take it. Don't argue and complain later that you didn't get break. A complete and utter dumb. read more

The place is filthy and run by a teenage staff who are more interested in their social lives than serving customers. If you want to go for breakfast you are forced to get it to go because the elderly locals loiter for hours in the dining room. These locals are very rude and should be approached with caution. read more

My experience on sat 19th Was one i've never encountered with any restaurant, I' am 47 years old and the experience was dreadful and I'am not talking about the food, The way i was treated was beyond words, I tried to file a complaint with management and they basically called me a liar and said that i was the problem, Now for me to take time out my busy schedule to write this review, the experience must have really bothered me to the point that i had to resort to filing a complaint with corperate. I could have dealt with them burning my sandwich twice, But when i tried to get a refill on my tea and the response was i went outside, they considered that leaving the premisis, I thought the correct response should have been sorry for the 20 min wait and burning your sandwich twice, certainly sir let me get that refill right away, If i could rate lower i would. read more
