Do not go inside and try to order. The machine kiosk didn't work. Then we have been waiting almost 40 minutes for our food. They seem to concentrate on the drive thru and not anyone inside the restaurant. At least 2 people inside that came in after us have already gotten their food and we are still waiting. Took forever to be waited on food was good but the place was disgusting every table was nasty floor was nasty we had to try to clean a table just to have something to eat the staff were too busy running outside talking to people to clean the place not sure who was managing it but I think they are under qualified. read more

Absolutely the worst service and management of any McDonalds in western Kentucky. Order plain sandwich cones with everything just thrown together. Rude managers who think they are owed something and employees who don't understand the job. read more

We were just passing though, decided to stop to use the bathroom and grab a couple burgers, this place was no good at all and was not impressed. 1- the bathrooms smelt like a dairy farm, no joke. 2- we waited quite a while for our food, considering it is fast food. 3- when asked for no pickles on a $2 bacon cheeseburger, they didn't put bacon either, which is a $1 cheeseburger! 4- the deluxe Angus quarter pounder was a disappointment as well If you're just passing thru, save yourself and don't stop here. read more

If you want the world's worst Mcdonald's service, go here. They got our order completely wrong, were rude when i went up, and refused to fix it even when I presented the receipt with the correct order on it. They argued with me even though I showed them the food I received and the receipt that said something completely different. I guess it makes sense; crappy small town, crappy Mcdonald's. What can you say? It's Mcdonalds. You can only compare it to other Mcdonalds. In this regard this McDonalds fails. How? I have NEVER seen such incompetence as at this restaurant. The shake machine I'm assuming is inhabited by trolls since it never seems to work. The order is usually wrong. The only good thing about this place is that they have wi-fi. Beyond that, I consider it a tremendous pain in my ass trying to get any food from here. I'd rather cut myself slowly with a razor than attempt to place an order here. I'd rather storm the beaches at Normandy...I'd ALMOST rather eat at Majestic, but I'm not that bad off even though I gave this one a lower rating than it. It's just that bad. I would not go by the old reviews published here. Let me start by saying that I'm not a huge McD's fan these days. Most locations are not clean and the staff at many just don't care. I was on my way to Paducah and needed gas & lunch so I rolled the dice here since choices were limited. Every employee here seems to care from the minute you walk in the door with a friendly hello to taking your order. Even the gentleman cleaning the dining room and the drink machine. He is one of the hardest workers I have witnessed in some time at any dining establishment. The whole restaurant is spotless as a result. My food was fresh and prompt. If all McDonalds were run like this one, McD's would be back on top! read more

Maybe it's because I'm a local, but I love our McDonald's. I've never received bad food there and they have the fastest drive-through in town! (Yes, I've timed them compared to the other fast food restaurants getting similar orders.) The McEnaney's probably do more for our community than most of the other restaurants in town and I appreciate that fact. They own several McDonald's in the area and I think they are just as generous in the other communities as they are in ours. I will continue to patronize our McDonald's as long as I can. I like their food and especially their french fries! read more

I know that this business can do a better job than what it has been doing in the past year. I have just come home from getting supper for my family to see that once again the order is wrong. I went through the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes with no food. Went inside to get it finally with no apology from management. Took it home, looked at the sandwich and it wasn't right. This happens to me ALL the time. I wish the employees can learn to read the screens. It was right on the drive-thru board just not in the bag! I would have to agree with the other person who reviewed this McDonald's. I'm just passing through, and we stopped at this McDonald's to kill some time. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee, and a 4 piece chicken nugget. The nuggets came right out, which was nice. The coffee was another story. After about 10 minutes, it became clear that the only person who knew how to make my iced coffee, was the manager. It can't be that hard. My nice friend Kyle had the exact same problem, only it was with a caramel frappe. We've been sitting down for 20 minutes now, and my other friend Kyle still has not gotten his apple pies he ordered. Yes, i'm sitting in this McDonald's with 2 friends named Kyle. The three of us agree that this is a very poorly run McDonald's. I normally would not be reviewing a McDonald's on yelp, but i'm bored, and this one is just that bad. Also, when we walked in, there was a cluster of Old people sitting by the door. None of them were eating, or had any food around them. We don't look like we're from here, and they looked at us like we were nasty whores. We're 3 pretty average lookin dudes. Im passed up the McDonalds down the road at Eddyville since I had previously had bad experiences there. My next stooped was this McDonalds. Just wish I could have seen the reviews posted by the previous reviewers. The employees just can't get the orders down and then once that happens they can't get the orders delivered. We had a couple of hamburgers which took forever to get. I forgot to order the milkshakes with the order and had to go back a second time Wish i had not done that. These employee need some serious training. Stop here only if you have a lot of patience and time on your hands. read more
