The food is always made incorrect, cold, and old. Recently I went there and order one large drink through curbside. Waiting 5-7 minutes for them to never bring it out. When I went inside to grab it myself, there were at least 10 people standing around doing nothing besides talking and heckling with each other. Previous times I've asked for cook to order fries and they gave me cold, stale fries but still made me wait 10 minutes. read more

And the next car just did too I only had two burgs and a fry I used to work at McDonald's so something is going kn inside there that isn't right. Today is July 18th I went to McDonald's on 24th Street in Port Huron for fish fillet meal I was hungry I'm a diabetic and I need something to eat on the way home I tasted a fry it was so dry you can tell it had been sitting up under the heat lap for at least an hour I got home I tasted my drink I felt my fish sandwich my dream wasn't good my fish sandwich was barely warm I got in my car went back up to McDonald's talk to manager which she wasn't very friendly they gave me another meal well she gave me the same drink back cuz she put the same straw in it so I got outside I just threw it away I don't like the way she handled it they didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience she wasn't friendly she didn't smile and I'm going to find out her name but I don't know about anybody else but it was awful and usually I go there I don't get a good meal but I keep going back but this time it was just awful and I hope somebody knows the name of the owner of this franchise , so just be aware and maybe somebody can let them know they should have better service and the manager should be more acceptable to the customers I'm 74 years old and I didn't need this today. read more

BEWARE they overcharge, the self serve computers will charge more on some items if you substitute. I've told them it's been months and its still over charging, guess managers don't care since they are probably pocketing the extra money. This is the worse restaurant in town, they are slow as hell, the food orders are either made wrong and/or missing items 90% of the time. I've seen food being dropped and put back in it's place and the employee that did that still works there. The managers are rude and unprofessional, and just don't care about the customers. Once one of the managers a young girl, got my order wrong and she expected me pay for it, when I refused to pay for something I didn't order she threw my food order at me and yelled for me to just leave, and she did this in front of other customers, she's still working there. read more

Absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. After being significantly overcharged I was waiting to try to get my order fixed and I had the manager, Jenna, come from behind the counter and get in my face raising her voice at me over me politely trying to get the errors on their side resolved. Her reasoning for treating me this way was that she supposedly heard another customer complaining loudly and that warranted her being belligerent towards me. She made me cry in the middle of the store and when myself and multiple other customers who were present and witnessed the incident tried to call the location to report what had happened she was the one answering the phone and just kept hanging up the phone. This is someone who is supposed to be management, acting with such a lack of professionalism. read more

My mom got sick from this place for them not cooking the meat correctly a while back, Now this place got worse because I was here with my dad and we were in the drive thru. When we got to the first window This woman started a conversation when that place has a busy drive thru and I just think it's wrong and disrespectful to just start a conversation for minutes talking when you have loads of other people who are hungry and might even have to go to work. read more

I am from this town. I really loved this McDonalds.. they've always done very well here. My father and I used to enjoy a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit every Saturday morning from here which was never anything than perfect. I must admit I am not a McDonalds fan. But my mother is. So to make her happy we went to lunch at this location. Walking in the door there was a funny odor. There were bugs flying around and the seats were a mess. After I cleaned a booth we sat down. Then a woman loudly says to the staff she didn't get bacon on her item. The manager took the partially eaten food to the back and added bacon. At that point I was so disgusted I lost my appetite. read more

Horrible service..went in ordered 1 sausage egg mcmuffin..ordered 3.19 pm..didn't receive till 3.28. Filled orders for 3 drive thru while the open muffin sat there waiting for the egg and sausage..when it was brought to the gals attention I was waiting.she opened the door and grabbed the egg and sausage and wrapped it up. All I wanted was some famous McDonald's French fries after a long trip into Port Huron. I rarely eat at McDonald's now that my kids are older, but I was really craving those fries!! I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, special ordered, and a medium fry. The fries were mushy, under done and cold and the bun on the quarter pounder was stale! I avoid this McDonalds at all costs but every once in a while, I give it another try as the location is very convenient. I've been to the drive thru twice in the last two weeks and both times they have completely messed up my order. Both times I've had to repeat my (basic) order several times for them to get it right, and to make matters worse both times the person taking the order was actually argumentative about what they thought I ordered. I would get a total at the screen, but when I pull around it's a different total at the window and something (or two!) are missing off my order and I've been told they can't add anything at that point. So we either do without that item or we have to go inside to purchase what is missing because another drawback here is the drive thru is VERY slow!!!!!! Do not visit this McDonald's!!! read more

I don't ever leave reviews, especially of fast food places. But literally, the worst experience of my entire life. It was like 11 PM and not even that busy, and like three cars that got there after me in the other drive-through went through before my order was taken. And then, when I had gotten my order taken, finally, it took 15 minutes for them to get through all the people paying and mind you there's only like three cars. And THEN, I get my food which is McDonald's so it's not great anyway, and my iced caramel macchiato, which they put in a hot cup. They said it was on accident, but I think they literally made a hot one on accident and then threw ice in it and then were too lazy to switch cups and were like OK. Because it tasted like watery coffee. Now I don't care that much, but it can't be called fast food if I'm going to sit there for 30 minutes and then have me pay $8 and get actual crap.
