I've called a few of the restaurants over the past couple years and I have no idea what for list in translation from how things used to be. Why in the hell are they serving room temperature buns with BARELY WARM roast beef? Do they NOT understand what this does to a sandwich? It makes it sub par? I really don't think I should have to ask for them to steam my buns, this was a COMMON occurrence until someone didn't care what they serve came along. My chicken strips were not fully cooked and pink in the middle, cheese tasted off I was offended by the smell when I opened my poutine. Also toilets were not pleasant. Employees also left the front counter to go on their phones in the back was not impressed with that service it made me feel like I was being to loud or that I did something wrong. read more

Arby's has always been one of my favorite fast food places. It really remains the case to this day. My favorite thing to get is a couple roast beef sandwiches with Arby sauce and one of their hand crafted milkshakes which are really top notch I'm not really much of a fast food guy these days but Arby's still is a place that I like to go on occasion. What's also cool about both Arby's in Port Huron is that they still have the big 10 gallon hat sign which you just don't see very often anymore in other places. read more

The Sarnia Arby's always serves great sandwiches at a reasonable price. It is also nice to have roast beef instead of a burger.

I walked in the door and immediately heard, "Welcome to Arby's". I placed my order for a Roast Beef & Cheese. The cashier said she would bring it out to my table. I shrugged, because they never do that at fast food restaurants anymore. I walked over to the soda fountain and got my drink, then selected a seat by the window. Before I had a chance to sit down, my order was delivered. What great service! Of course, the meal was perfect. They have a bell by the doorway for customers to ring if they thought they got good service. Everyone seemed to ring it when they exited the store. Including me. It's an old Arby's, but they did an excellent job remodeling (however many times they have done so over the years). The driveway from the street could be widened a little, but other than that, the restroom (the one I used) was clean, the employees were all cheerful, and I had a pleasant experience. I enjoy going to Arby's. It really is good mood food. This particular Arby's has overall friendly service and I have not had issues with getting my order wrong. The manager is one of the nicest quick service managers in the region. Always smiling and kind. My favorites are the medium size beef and cheddars, the gyros, curly fries and jalapeno poppers and the jamocha shake. Their fish sandwich is solid as well. And if you are a secret menu fan, try the meat mountain. A little if all their meats on one bun. Ask for extra sauce. It's like $14 for the sandwich with fries and drink and boy, will you be full. The biggest issue is speed. It takes quite a bit to get in line and get your food. COVID being the go to reason for everything lately, it's still one of the slower drive thru's. And for me, it's why I skip it some days. Definitely not the service though. I genuinely enjoy the staff, and when things open up soon, I want to sit back inside as they are not that bad when you order in. Overall, great food and people, just need to be faster (which for the type of food, I do understand a bit). read more

A quick drive thru for my lunch today. I sampled the new 5 piece Jalapeno Hush Puppies and had a small Andes Mint Chocolate Swirl Shake to wash them down. I'm smiling as I write this because I have no idea why I picked such an odd combo to inhale on my way back to work. It's been awhile since I enjoyed a hush puppy with a bit of "kick" so these sounded yummy. They were crispy and had just the right amount of heat. The shake was perfect for a cool down when the little critters had disappeared. I'm not sure how long Arby's will keep these two items on their menu as they are "limited time only", but I would order them again. read more

It's raw Chicken day!!! Come one come all for some slimy pink chicken between the buns. When I took it back to the counter and told the manager, response? "Oh, oops! I'll make you another one." She slammed the box closed and walked away. WTH? Like I want ANOTHER chicken sandwich?! She needs more raw chicken training. read more

Tonight I looked up to see what time they were open til on Sunday an it said 11 pm on google , so I went an waited in line for 15 mins and I entered the line at 8:45 so when. I almost was at the window the Durango in front of me pulled off all fast just thought he didn't wanna wait any longer so I pulled up an it's 9:03 pm at this time and the Speaker said something but I didn't hear it and then i was saying hello an then when they served the car in front of me their food I drove up to the window and she didn't even wanna open the window to talk to me kinda rolled her eyes and opened it and told her I didn't hear what the speaker said and she said it said we are closed now after I waited in line for 20 mins I said an she said if we served everybody in line we would never leave and mind u it was just me an the Durango that would have been served ... I think that maybe Arby's on 24th street in port Huron should change their business hours on google cause that was complete bull crap an rude as hell of them to act like that an do that ... me and the blue Durango should get free food lmao like that would ever happen .... And the one star is a minus star can't post unless I give them a star . Need to fix that as well thanks rant over ! read more

Great for fast food! Staff is always friendly; and patient if you take a little longer than usual. Ask for your food fresh, and they deliver it to you piping hot, with a smile! (unlike the dirty and rude Wendy's across the street). read more

Arby's food never disappoints. Any time we've dined in they get the order right and the meals are hot. Several times we have visited the drive through and something is missing from our order. Not just straws or napkins usually a sandwich or order of fries. read more
