This McDonald's is HORRIBLE!! I work night shift and have been there MULTIPLE times around 1-3am, each time there has been a maximum of one other car other than mine in the drive thru. I swear and I am not exaggerating it takes them AT LEAST 20mins in the middle of the night with maybe one car other than myself. I don't eat meat from there so all I order is fries. I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school, it does not take 20 mins to fry them up, more like 3. It's just unbelievable! It's quicker for me to make my own fries at home. HORRIBLE service! It's McDonald's. It's consistent, usually fast and the fries are always full and hot. Drive thru line is sometimes long but moves quick. Employees are courteous and efficient. They've never messed up my order. I will eat here over Taco Bell across the street where it's always hit or miss or Chick-fil-A where the line is wrapped halfway around Pooler and it's way too expensive for what you get. read more

I'm really curious as to why my husband and I sat by the intercom in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no greeting. Said "hello?" several times, nothing. Pulled up to the Pay window and no one was there. Then pull up to the Pick Up window to see employees hanging out. So we left. This McDonald's service had really improved as of recent, but their late-night (I mean it wasn't that late tonight, it was 9:30) is TERRIBLE. Half the time there's 1-2 cars in the line and we will wait 20 minutes for food. So off to Taco Bell we go lol. So either you love or hate McDonald's. I happen to love them exceot for today. The drive thru line was out to the street so I decided to walk in. Big mistake as the experts tell you, McDonalds only cares about the drive thru. The inside line was out the door too. Maybe they were giving away Free Big Macs. Nope, only one cash register was open at 1145. WTF? We were in line for 23 minutes. Yes, 23 minutes. The manager would appear every few minutes and say he was sorry for the long wait time, only one cash register was working. However, the drive thru was putting them out 2 at a time. I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Mcgriddle meal and a Sausage Egg and Cheese Mcgriddle. I got my receipt at 10:58 and when i arrived at the window where you get your food i was asked to pull into reserved parking spot 2 so i did. It's now 11:21 and i've yet to get my food. this is not the first time the Mcdonald's has been like this. you always have to wait and extreme annoying if time. I frequent this McDonald's as it is close to my work. The drive thru workers are some of the rudest people. There is one lady that I have come across who is extremely pleasant. I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Today I ordered in the drive thru and could not hear the person on the speaker. Rather than speaking up a bit, you could tell she was frustrated and just chose to yell at me. When I got to the window I started to ask a question and she looked at me and closed the window. I realize she is taking other orders but that is not the way to address it. When I got to the window to pick up my food the window was opened, food given out very quickly and window shut immediately. No greeting or anything. There were no napkins in my bag, no straw for my drink. It's McDonald's. I'm not asking for 5 star service but come one... you can do better. Worst experience ever at McDonalds Slow service, followed by missing item(2nd salad) Then, guess what NO PLASTIC FORKS OR KNIVES in the entire restaurant So exactly how do you expect us to eat the salads you just sold us. Others in line had the same issue. The manager actually said to me "I was just about to head over to Walmart to buy forks." I am not sure how a multibillion-dollar corporation runs out of anything in inventory. Especially a commodity item such as eating utensils. Then they rely on Walmart to be their warehouse? This is possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There is a location one exit earlier and one two exits later. Recommend those locations over this one. If I could give less stars I would. Awful service!!! Poor customer service!!! I pulled up at the drive thru to order something very simple, a 6 count mighty kids meal with a choc milk, med fries, 2 choc chip cookies, and a lg sweet tea...paid at window 1...pulled up to window 2 and was given the wrong order, more than what I ordered, could have driven off but didn't...gave the food back, informing them that it wasn't my food. The young lady asked for my receipt and advised me to pull in the online pick up slots because my cookies were not available for just a few minutes. I did just that and the next thing I knew 15 minutes went by and the drive thru was almost empty. It was clear that they had forgotten all about me. I called the store spoke to a manager and informed him about the length of time I was waiting for cookies. He said, "that's the price you pay when you come to the drive thru"....He didn't quite get it, that I was told to pull over, so I repeated myself...then, all he said was Oh. So, I said Now you get it...I told him that he should make sure to inform his team to let the customer know how long something may approximately take, so that the customer can decide if it's worth the wait. I just knew the manager would be the one to come out and apologize for my inconvenience of waiting for 15 minutes for some cookies, but no, he sent a little teenager out to my car with two cookies, without the med fries that I ordered. I told the kid, I could at least be upsized to a large...he came back and said he couldn't upsize, I was actually expecting the manager to come out, but he never did. We are at this McDonalds on our way to Florida. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. Our food was brought out quick and was delicious. The only downside was the men's restroom was a little gross but the staff addressed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. read more

"Train-wreckish." Lunch the other day took 15 minutes to get food. Thought is was an anomaly so I tried breakfast today. Nope, it was still horrible- worse in fact. Currently at 25 minutes waiting for breakfast. Should have known better. This is the absolutely slowest fast food restaurant on the face of the earth. When you go to mcdonalds the bar is usually pretty low. Or at least you're just looking for simple things. This was a poor McDonald's experience. Brand new looking place. Very disorganized. Staff looked like they hated being there. I had order 170. Board said they were serving orders in the 190s. Long wait for food. Tablets dirty. Bathrooms heavily used, not restocked. Garbages overflowing throughout. No ketchup in dispensers by soda. Only 2 stars because they got the order right and food was ok. read more
