Terrible crew on, on Thursday evening, 30 Nov 2023. Asked to pull up and wait for food! Waited and waited, went inside and complained to fat stupid manager, asst manager! The worst Mcdonalds ever. They completely messed up my order. Then they refused to fix it. Told me I would have to go back around and re-order. When I ask them to fix it at the window they yelled at me and threatened to call the police if I did not exit the drive through window. Never been treated so horrible. Please avoid the Pocahontas AR location at all costs. Argee with other posters that 1 star is one to many for this horrible location. read more

Yes yes.... I know it's a major fast food chain so I shouldn't be so surprised... If I could give 0 fuckin stars I would. Rolled up about 930pm with a simple easy quick order. Was hardly greeted and when I was the bitch was rude. Like I rolled up just to inconvenience her entire existence. I get people have bad days but look it's your fucking job... if don't like your job then find another one... go to the second window and that cunt was just as rude... on top of getting my food it looked like half of it was missing. My fries were cold as fuck and old as fuck. I don't expect much coming from Pocahontas or McDonald's for that matter but this was fucking ridiculous... I've never reviewed a McDonalds since:: (1) Everyone has been there multiple times, right? (2) I try to avoid fast food when possible, so I probably average 1 visit a month to pick up a *Sausage*Egg*Cheese Breakfast Biscuit.* I like their traditional meal of scrambled eggs / biscuit & gravy / sausage * bacon * or ham / But I rarely have the time to go inside in the mornings. I keep odd hours, so late @ night is when I usually make my stop. I just want to commend the Pocahontas location for never poking out the window an overcooked *Biscuit* that has been sitting in the bin. They're always fresh, filling, & taste good. & On the occasions when I do go inside, everything meets my approval. I like the new decor package better than any I can remember. Worst McDonald's in the entire WORLD. in 2016 I was commuting between Texas and Missouri and pulled over here for a desperate drive thru visit. Collecting the order at the window, we saw the staff were acting the fool. After getting 10 minutes down the road, we realized they'd left a couple of major items out of the order. We did not turn around. A couple of days ago we were again commuting and between TX and MO and had to stop for food. And it was the same McDonald's. When I walked to the counter, there were 4 staff members congregated at the counter chatting. No other customers were around and when they saw me, they scattered like cockroaches. Anyway, we ordered chicken tenders and a filet of fish, among other things. The tenders were overcooked, burnt and hard. The Filet was old, dry and if you could say warm, I'd call you a liar. Again, we found out half way down the road. I took one bite of the filet and it went back in the bag, which was now a trash bag. I am so disgusted and repulsed by this McDonald's, it has turned me off every McDonald's for life. read more

I'm not entirely sure what has happened to this McDonald's. They are constantly out of something. Today it was Diet Coke. The drive through is ridiculous. 8 a.m you can't turn into the parking lot because it was into the highway. Their automatic beverage system is broken and 3 days in row we were parked for drinks. Rest assured. Ice cream machine is also broken here, too. :). They are nice people, and the restaurant is clean, though.

My last trip there was literally a disaster. After I finally placed my order I went to have a seat and there wasn't a clean table in the place. I chose the most clean table, but then when my order shows up I knew right away it was wrong. I ordered a large iced coffee but this had to be a small or medium. So I spoke to the person I ordered from who then told me that was their new large. I have bought these at many McDonald's and this is the first one that has been this small. Between this and the lack of cleanliness I will never visit this Restaurant again. read more

When I was a kid 50 years ago a trip to McDonalds was an affordable treat. Nowadays I can buy a meal in a restaurant where I can be served for about the same money and the food will probably be better. Lord knows the food served at a 21st century McDonalds isn't as good as it used to be, and that applies to all McDonalds not just the one in Poky. Their coffee is still the best, though. Most fast food restaurants have suffered lately. Too bad. read more

If you want to go to the McDonald's in my town you're in for something special. I ordered two cheeseburgers and both had no burger and when I went back to the restaurant to tell them, the lady just laughed like she already knew. They didn't even say sorry or offer a free item and or refund. They suck with customer service. read more
