This looks like a relatively new McDonald's. It is nicely landscaped and has a clean appearance. I arrived at 3 PM so there was no line. The young man who attended me and took my order seemed nice, though not very engaging. He did in fact take and complete my order accurately, asked me if I wanted fries, etc. I just requested a quarter pounder to go and a drink. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and well put together. Whoever designed the bathrooms must've been high on drugs or something. The mirror is way up at the ceiling on an angle so you have to tip your head back 90° to see yourself. There were no paper towels but they do have two hot air blowers to dry your hands IF you are short enough to reach them without sitting on the floor. Both of the air outlets were at my knee level. I can understand having one lower for children, but at least put one up where adults can get to them! Children that small don't usually come without an adult to pay! The food my friends and I ordered at McDonald's made us sick. My friend and I got it the worst though because we were the only ones to get chicken. We both got chicken nuggets and now we're both throwing and my friend has a fever. My other friends are also not feeling well. There was also a post on Facebook about a worm in one of the spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches. This scared me because that's my go to order. Don't eat here. Traveling home from the coast. We stopped at Bush's Chicken only to find their lobby closed. (Not eating fried chicken while driving!) McDonald's was right next door so we went there! We were greeted upon entering and the young lady taking our order was wonderful at suggestive selling! So I put in a curbside order so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive thru line only to wait for a good 20 min. I had entered the wrong number at check in(my mistake. But they don't even have the number I entered and there was no one else in the curbside pick up for a good 10 min). You'd think they would've walked over to my car to ask what I was waiting on. In the time I was waiting I could see they got at least two orders wrong. I finally called to ask where my food was. customer service is horrendous!!!! My quarter pounder was raw even though I asked for it to be well done. The shift leader wanted to argue with me as to whether qp was raw. Red/pink hamburger meat equals not cooked all the way through. The owner and area supervisor where there and let their employees treat a customer that way. Every time we go here all the employees have a bad attitude and don't want to help customers, since they added the order kiosks. Unfortunately you can't order certain things (like well done or Oreos on the kiosk and you can't pay with cash at the kiosk. The fries are always cold and nasty. So this McDonald's is great. except for the fact that they always either FORGET your food or give you EXTRA! I once asked for 2 $1.00 cheese burgers. And they gave me 1 double cheese burger and then as I guess the other "burger" was just buns with ketchup, cheese and mustard. They also give you the wrong food. Or forget your sauces. Spent $38 for crappy service! Got half my order at the window, kids meals, just to be asked to wait for the rest. After watching cars come and go that was behind me, had to ask where the rest of my order was. My kids meals are already getting cold and didn't get any dipping sauce for their nuggets. I had ordered $27.39 worth of food but received only about $13 worth of the food I ordered, I don't know if there was an issue at the window, but I did not receive the rest of one of my combos nor did I have 3 hash browns that I had ordered as well as 2 sausage burritos and a sausage McGriddle that was with my order, I had also ordered a smoothie but it was not taken down on my receipt, so I did not receive it, I decided to let it be and left not knowing that my order was incomplete. Do not go to this location unless you want the wrong order..time after time this McDonald's seems to amaze me and screw up my order. You want a burger and fries, order a pie and a drink. You want a Big Mac combo, order fries and a Mcflurry. I dont see how all managers at this store can be so unprofessional and unable to run a store. Ive had better service at a rest stop on an unknown highway. The managers are the worse I have seen. I can't see how they even have a job. Spoke to (2) what identified themselves as managers (didn't know they had 2 managers on at a time), and neither could help me in any way after their employees could not help me either.
